Description

Chitosan nourishing and skin moistening shower gel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to chitosan nourishing and skin moistening shower gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shower gel is a necessary product for cleaning skin dirt during bathing. Compared with the soap, the bath cream has the advantages of mild property, abundant foam and more convenient use because the pH of the bath cream is close to that of human skin, so that the bath cream becomes a preferred product for cleaning the whole body skin of a consumer. However, the current shower gel is generally formed by mixing chemicals, and particularly, certain specific surfactants and preservatives have irritation or side effects on the skin. When the shower gel is used for cleaning excessive dirt and grease of the skin, the natural grease and other natural conditioning and moisturizing components of the skin can be removed, various skin problems such as dry skin, desquamation, itching and the like can be caused, and the problems are particularly serious when a large amount of components such as a surfactant, a foaming agent, a soap base and the like with extremely strong alkalinity are used in the shower gel.
With the continuous improvement of living standard, the demand and the requirement of people on body bath articles are higher and higher, which also puts forward higher and higher requirements for formula engineers in the technical field: rich foam, good cleaning ability, high mildness and refreshing skin feel after bathing. The skin feel after bathing is not fresh enough, and although the cleansing ability is strong, the skin sebum mucous membrane can be damaged after long-term use, and the skin sensitivity is easily caused. Meanwhile, preservatives and other skin conditioners which are also inevitably added into the shower gel can cause the allergy phenomenon of partial people. The long-term use of the health-care tea causes great hidden danger to health.

Experimental example 1: the performance of the shower gels of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 3 to 4 was measured.
1. Foam performance
Reference GB/T13173-91, using Ross-Miles method determination. 10g of the samples of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 3 to 4 were weighed out and used at 150 mg/kg-1Dissolving the hard water, fixing the volume to a volumetric flask of 1000mL, and placing the prepared solution in a constant-temperature water bath at 40 ℃ for 0.5 h. After 200mL of sample liquid has been poured at 40 ℃ from a height of 90cm onto the surface of 50mL of the same sample liquid at the bottom of the graduated cylinder, the liquid is collided to generate foam, and immediately a stopwatch is started and the corresponding foam height of the system is recorded at 30s and 5 min. Foaming capacity was characterized by a foam height (H0) corresponding to 30s, and stability of the foam was characterized by a ratio (H5/H0) of the corresponding foam height (H5) to (H0) after 5min of equilibrium.
The above experiment was repeated to obtain results with an error of within 5% between the results of at least 3 trials.
2. Usage sensing test
According to the using performances of mildness, moistening type, cleaning property, itching relieving and the like of the shower gel, 160 (20 in each group) volunteers are used for evaluating the effect, the scoring standard is 10 points, the higher the score is, the better the effect is, and the average value of the statistical result is taken.
3. The result of the detection
The results of measuring the foaming properties and the effects of use of the bath gels of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 2 to 5 are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 1 foaming Properties and results of use of the shower gels of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 2 to 5
Figure BDA0002852633150000101
Figure BDA0002852633150000111
The results show that: (1) the sodium laureth sulfate, the cocamidopropyl betaine, the sodium lauroamphoacetate and the lauryl glucoside in optimized proportion are added, and various surfactants have good compatibility and strong cleaning capability, improve the thickening property and the foamability of the shower gel, have mild performance, fine and stable foam, are easy to clean and do not remain; meanwhile, the added sodium chloride can further change the viscosity of the surfactant and improve the surface activity of the surfactant. (2) The cherry blossom extract added with the optimized proportion has the effects of inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, whitening skin and resisting inflammation to a certain extent. The panthenol added in the optimized proportion has the functions of moisturizing the skin and resisting inflammation. (3) The chitosan solution with the optimized proportion is added to improve the skin moisturizing effect.
Experimental example 2: the performances of the bath lotions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were measured
1. Influence on dextran-induced skin itch model of mouse
SPF-grade KM mice, half male and half female, weighing 18-22 g. The groups were randomized into 8 groups of 10 individuals. The back of the mouse is unhaired, and the medicine is applied to the back of the mouse according to the weight of the mouse, wherein the medicine is 0.1ml/g, and is administered for 2 times/day for 7 days. 30min after the last administration, dextran (mw 40000) injected into tail vein of each group of mice at 1.25mg/kg (0.025%, 0.05ml/10g) resulted in an animal model of paroxysmal skin itch. The head of the mouse is grabbed by the front paw, the trunk of the mouse is scratched by the back paw, and all parts of the whole body are bitten by the mouth to serve as pruritus indications. The number of itching episodic episodes of the mice within 30min was recorded.
