For another example, one of the second driving devices drives the first projection 1111c to be contracted to be flush with the side surface of the first plate 111, and the other second driving device drives the first projection 1111b to be extended to be flush with the side surface of the second plate 112 in fig. 2, and the gap depth may be h 2. For another example, the two second driving devices respectively drive the first projection 1111b and the second projection 1111c to be retracted to be flush with the side surface of the first plate 111, the first projection 1111a is attached to the side surface of the second plate 112 in fig. 2, and the gap depth may be h 3. Wherein h1< h2< h 3.
In some embodiments, the second driving device may include a second driving portion and a second power device, the second driving portion may be in transmission connection with the second power device, and the second driving portion may be configured to move under the driving of the second power device, so as to drive the retractable boss to extend to fit with a side surface of another plate of the two adjacent plates, so as to adjust the depth of the gluing gap. In a specific embodiment, the second power device may include a second motor, and the second driving part may include at least two second telescopic bars. By controlling the extension length of at least two second telescopic rods, one telescopic boss can be adjusted to extend to be attached to the side face of the other plate of two adjacent plates. In some alternative embodiments, the second drive portion may also include, but is not limited to, a wire drive, a hinge drive, a rack and pinion drive, a lead screw nut drive, and the like.
FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a glue tank according to some embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the training device 100 may include a glue tank 140. The shape of the glue groove 140 may be the same as the shape of the glue slit 120. For example, the glue applying slit 120 may be in a cross shape, and the glue applying groove 140 may be in a cross shape. In some embodiments, the glue groove 140 can be mounted in the glue aperture 120. In some embodiments, the number of glue wells 140 may include at least one. For example, the number of glue wells 140 may include 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. In some embodiments, the widths of at least two glue applying grooves 140 may be the same or different. In some embodiments, the depth of at least two glue wells 140 may be the same or different. The glue grooves 140 of different widths and/or depths may facilitate students to practice glue in glue gaps of different widths and/or depths. When gluing, glue can be directly glued in the gluing groove 140. After a student practices gluing, the glued gluing groove 140 can be directly taken down, and a new gluing groove 140 is installed again, so that next student can conveniently and quickly practice gluing. Not only can conveniently beat the washing in gluey groove 140, can also improve real teaching efficiency of instructing.
In some embodiments, the material of the glue applying groove 140 may be the same as or different from the material of the four plates 110. By way of example, the material of the glue applying groove 140 may include, but is not limited to, copper, aluminum, iron alloy, stainless steel, phenolic plastic, polyurethane plastic, silicone resin, acryl resin, or the like.
In some embodiments, the training device 100 may include a glue applicator (not shown). Glue solution is stored in the gluing device. The student can beat the glue solution in the gluing device to beat and glue the gap to practice and beat and glue the operation. In some embodiments, the gluing device may be provided with a first sensor. The first sensor can be used for detecting the liquid level of glue solution in the glue applying device before and after single glue applying. For example, the first sensor may comprise an ultrasonic level gauge. For another example, the first sensor may include a flow meter that directly detects the volume of glue used for a single glue stroke.
In some embodiments, the training device 100 may further include a processor (not shown). The processor and the first sensor may have a signal connection. The processor can be used for determining the volume of glue solution used for single gluing according to the detection signal of the first sensor. For example, according to the shape of the gluing device, the processor can calculate the volume of the glue solution used for single gluing according to the glue solution levels in the gluing device before and after the single gluing detected by the first sensor. As an example, the glue applying device is cylindrical, and the processor can calculate the volume of the glue solution used in single glue applying according to the bottom area of the glue applying device and the liquid level of the glue solution before and after single glue applying.
In some embodiments, the training device 100 may further include a second sensor (not shown). The second sensor may be used to detect the width and depth of the dispensing gap. In some embodiments, the processor may determine the volume of the glue gap based on the detection signal of the second sensor. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the four plates have the same shape and the same size. The width and depth of the first glue applying gap 121, the second glue applying gap 122, the third glue applying gap 123 and the fourth glue applying gap 124 are equal. The volume of the glue applying gap may be expressed as (the length of the first plate 111 + the length of the second plate 112 + the width of the first glue applying gap 121) × the width of the second glue applying gap 122 ± (the length of the first plate 111 + the length of the third plate 113 + the width of the second glue applying gap 122) × the width of the third glue applying gap 123 × the depth of the third glue applying gap 123 × the width of the first glue applying gap 121 × the width of the second glue applying gap 122 × the depth of the second glue applying gap 122.
In some embodiments, solidity may represent the ratio of the volume of glue used in a single glue stroke to the volume of the glue gap. In some embodiments, the processor may be further configured to determine the compactness of a single tap based on the detection signal of the first sensor and the detection signal of the second sensor. In some embodiments, the training device 100 may further include a display (not shown). The display can be used for displaying the compactness of single gluing. Teacher and student directly just can know the quality that the single was glued according to the closely knit degree that shows on the display, and need not wait for glue solidification back, take off the glue after the solidification and cut it, beat the quality of gluing through subjective judgement such as the inside bubble of glue after observing the solidification, not only can improve the outer wall and beat the real efficiency of instructing of gluing, can improve the quality of teaching moreover. In some embodiments, when a dispensing tank is used, the solidity may represent the ratio of the volume of glue used in a single dispensing operation to the volume of the dispensing tank.
In some embodiments, the training apparatus 100 may further include a storage device (not shown). In some embodiments, the storage device may store data information for different glue applicators. For example, the storage device may store the floor area of a cylindrical glue applicator, etc. In some embodiments, the storage device may also store the volume of different glue reservoirs. In some embodiments, the storage device may also store the compactness of a single glue stroke for each student. In some embodiments, the storage device may include one or a combination of mass storage, removable storage, volatile read-write memory, read-only memory (ROM), and the like. In some embodiments, a storage device may be communicatively coupled to the processor. For example, the processor may read the volume of the glue bath selected for use. For another example, the processor may read data from an optional glue applicator (e.g., the footprint of the glue applicator). For another example, the processor may read all of the compactness of a student during the glue training period. For another example, the processor may read the compactness of all students of a certain class during gluing practice.
As shown in fig. 1, the practical training device 100 may further include an operation platform 150 and a lifting device 160. In some embodiments, the lifting device 160 may be used to adjust the height of the operation platform 150. The operating platform 150 can be used for a training operator (e.g., a student) to stand so as to facilitate glue practice operations at different heights. The operator platform 150 may also simulate a real glue application environment. In some embodiments, the training device 100 may further include a bracket 170. One end of the lifting device 160 may be connected to the bracket 170, and the other end may be connected to the operation platform 150. In some embodiments, the lifting device 160 may include, but is not limited to, a pulley lifting assembly. In some embodiments, the training device 100 may further include a mounting plate for mounting the four plates 110. The student can adjust operation platform 150's height through elevating gear 160 according to the height of gluing gap 120 to improve and glue the comfort level of instructing the operation. In some embodiments, the training device 100 may further include rollers (not shown). Rollers may be located at the bottom of the bracket 170 to facilitate movement of the device 100.
The embodiment of the specification further provides a practical training method for gluing the outer wall, and the practical training method can comprise the following steps: the width and/or the depth of the gluing gap are/is adjusted through the gap adjusting device. Specifically, at least three plates are driven to move by the gap width adjusting device so as to adjust the width of the gluing gap. The telescopic bosses are controlled to stretch out and draw back through the gap depth adjusting device, so that at least one boss is attached to the side face of the other plate of the two adjacent plates, and the depth of a gluing gap is adjusted. The height of the operating platform is adjusted through the lifting device. And continuously beating the glue solution into the gluing gap by using a gluing device. In the gluing process, the height of the operating platform can be adjusted in real time by controlling the lifting device according to the height of the gluing gap and the real-time gluing operation. And after the gluing is finished, displaying the compactness of the gluing operation through a display. And after the glue solution is solidified, taking down the solidified glue solution and cleaning a gluing gap (such as a boss and the side walls of two adjacent plates close to the gluing gap), thus finishing the practical training operation of gluing the outer wall once.
The embodiment of the present specification further provides another practical training method for gluing an external wall, and the practical training method may include: the width of the gluing gap is adjusted through a gap adjusting device. And installing the gluing groove with the same width as the gluing gap in the gluing gap. Wherein the glue groove may have a certain depth. The height of the operating platform is adjusted through the lifting device. And continuously beating the glue solution into a glue beating tank by using a glue beating device. And after the gluing is finished, displaying the compactness of the gluing operation through a display. And taking down the glue applying groove to finish the practical training operation of applying glue to the outer wall once.
The beneficial effects that may be brought by the embodiments of the present application include, but are not limited to: (1) the glue applying gaps with different widths and/or depths can be simulated, so that students can conveniently practice glue applying to different glue applying gaps, and the glue applying practical training teaching efficiency can be improved; (2) by arranging the glue applying groove, the practical training teaching efficiency can be effectively improved; (3) students or teachers can know the single gluing quality according to the compactness displayed on the display, so that the practical training efficiency of gluing the outer wall can be improved, and the teaching quality can be improved. It is to be noted that different embodiments may produce different advantages, and in different embodiments, any one or combination of the above advantages may be produced, or any other advantages may be obtained.

Claims (9)

glue applying gaps are formed among the four plates; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
at least two first bosses are arranged on one side, close to the gluing gap, of one of the two adjacent plates along the depth direction of the gluing gap;
at least one boss in the at least two first bosses is a telescopic boss;
the gap adjusting device comprises a gap width adjusting device and a gap depth adjusting device, wherein,
the gap width adjusting device is used for driving at least three plates to move so as to adjust the width of the gluing gap;
the gap depth adjusting device is used for controlling the telescopic lug boss to stretch so as to adjust the depth of the gluing gap;
the gap depth adjusting device can drive the telescopic boss to extend out to be attached to the side face of the other plate of the two adjacent plates.
2. The practical training device for gluing external walls according to claim 1, wherein the four plates are arranged in two rows and two columns, and the gluing gaps are in a cross shape.
3. The practical training device for gluing external walls according to claim 2, wherein the gap width adjusting device comprises 4 first driving devices, and each first driving device is used for driving one of the plates to move.
4. The practical training device for gluing of the outer wall according to claim 1, further comprising a gluing groove, wherein the gluing groove can be installed in the gluing gap.
5. The practical training device for gluing of the outer wall according to claim 1, wherein the practical training device comprises a gluing device, glue solution is stored in the gluing device, and the glue solution in the gluing device can be glued into the gluing gap.
6. The practical training device for gluing external walls according to claim 5, further comprising a processor, wherein a first sensor is arranged on the gluing device, and the processor is in signal connection with the first sensor;
the first sensor is used for detecting the liquid level of glue solution in the gluing device before and after single gluing;
the processor is used for determining the volume of the glue solution used for single gluing according to the detection signal of the first sensor.
7. The practical training device for gluing of the outer wall according to claim 6, further comprising a second sensor, wherein the second sensor is used for detecting the width and the depth of the gluing gap;
the processor is further used for determining the compactness of the single gluing according to the detection signal of the first sensor and the detection signal of the second sensor.
8. The practical training device for gluing of exterior walls according to claim 7, further comprising a display for displaying the compactness.
9. The practical training device for gluing the outer wall according to claim 1, further comprising an operating platform and a lifting device;
the lifting device is used for adjusting the height of the operating platform.
