Abstract

本发明涉及一种经漂白后再染色处理的干花制作方法。本发明的制作方法主要是首先将新鲜花材经含氯化学药剂如次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸等漂白脱色后，用自来水冲洗材料，待经自然干燥、真空干燥或微波干燥后，再经染布用的染料煮染、含生物染料的酒精冷染或喷上有色漆后染色。

干花制作方法
本发明涉及一种干花制作方法，特别是经漂白后染色处理的干花制作方法。
现在的干花制作方法都是直接将鲜花通过自然干燥或其它方式干燥脱水后制成的，也有用二氧化氢漂白或硫熏蒸成白色后染色的，这些方法处理的干花光泽度差，色彩暗淡，具有枯燥感，或成本太高，费工费时。
我们在多年的时间内，广泛搜集花材，进行摸索对比实验，筛选不同的漂白药剂和浓度比例，得出了此种干花制作方法。本发明的目的是提供一种将新鲜植物材料经化学药剂漂白后，再根据自己的喜好和市场需求，染成各式各样的颜色的干花制作方法。
本发明的制作方法主要是：首先将植物材料浸泡在含氯化学药剂次氯酸钠(NaClO)或三氯异氰尿酸(C3N3O3Cl3)里漂白脱色，然后经恒温箱烘干或自然干燥后，再经煮染(即用染布的染料倒入开水中染色)，冷染(用生物染料溶解于酒精里给植物染色)或喷有色漆后，最后干燥即成工艺品。
成品花材可以久置不坏，比鲜花更持久，色彩和颜色也可随意设计，还可喷香使其有香味。即可单独使用，也可用做插花、花蓝等。
实施例一：将狗尾草、燕麦等新鲜植物材料放入次氯酸钠50％溶液中漂白，漂白后冲洗掉药液，以倒吊法烘干或晾干，再浸泡在染布用的温度约为90℃的染液里煮染着色，上色后取出清水冲洗掉杂质，晾干即可。
实施例二：将石松、翠云草等新鲜植物材料放入5％三氯异氰尿酸溶液中漂白，漂白后冲洗掉药液，仍以倒吊法烘干或晾干，置入含生物染料的酒精里上色，染色后取出，以清水冲洗杂质，晾干即可。
也可直接在漂白后晾干的植物上喷有色漆染色。

Claims (1)

1、一种经漂白后染色处理的干花制作方法，其特征在于：
首先将鲜材料浸泡在含氯化学药水50％的次氯酸钠或5％的三氯异氰尿酸里漂白脱色；
其次，用自来水冲洗材料后，用自然干燥、真空干燥或微波干燥；
然后再经染布用的染料煮染、含生物染料的酒精里冷染或喷有色漆染色。
