Description
本发明涉及氨纶面料的染色方法。
现有氨纶面料的染色方法,染色面料的色牢度不高,染色均匀性不好,且容易产生色花。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种氨纶面料的染色方法,其染色后的面料具有优异的汗渍色牢度、水渍色牢度、水洗色牢度、干洗色牢度、摩擦色牢度、日晒色牢度、氯漂色牢度、非氯漂色牢度,且染色均匀性好,无色花。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种氨纶面料的染色方法,包括如下步骤:
1)在染缸中依次加入1~2重量份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、2.6重量份二异氰酸酯、2.8重量份聚丙二醇、1.8重量份过氧化苯甲酸丁酯、35重量份植物染料依次投入150重量份去离子水,搅拌均匀,并加热至55℃;
2)再依次投入3.2重量份甘氨酸、0.7重量份顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐、2.1重量份丙烯酸酯、0.9重量份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,并加热至65℃;
3)将面料浸泡在染缸中35分钟;
4)将浸泡后的面料在80℃烘干;
5)将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗35分钟;
6)取出漂洗后的面料自然晾干。

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种氨纶面料的染色方法,其染色后的面料具有优异的汗渍色牢度、水渍色牢度、水洗色牢度、干洗色牢度、摩擦色牢度、日晒色牢度、氯漂色牢度、非氯漂色牢度,且染色均匀性好,无色花。
面料的染色效果是很大程度上是由染缸中染料、助剂的组分及配比所决定的,且工艺步骤、工艺参数(时间、温度等)也起到关键作用。
染缸中“染料、助剂”的不同组分会相互影响,多种组分及其配比的综合,会很大程度上决定面料的最终染色效果,如果“染料、助剂”的组分及配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“染料、助剂”的最优组分及配比,使得多种组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。
本发明更在上述“染料、助剂”的最优组分及配比基础上,配以与该“染料、助剂”相配套的最优工艺步骤、工艺参数,使得面料的最终染色效果达到最优。
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描
述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
氨纶面料的染色方法,包括如下步骤:

4)将浸泡后的面料在80℃烘干;
5)将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗35分钟;
6)取出漂洗后的面料自然晾干。
经上述各实施例染色后的面料具有优异的汗渍色牢度、水渍色牢度、水洗色牢度、干洗色牢度、摩擦色牢度、日晒色牢度、氯漂色牢度、非氯漂色牢度,且染色均匀性好,无色花。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
- 氨纶面料的染色方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)在染缸中依次加入1~2重量份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、2.6重量份二异氰酸酯、2.8重量份聚丙二醇、1.8重量份过氧化苯甲酸丁酯、35重量份植物染料依次投入150重量份去离子水,搅拌均匀,并加热至55℃;2)再依次投入3.2重量份甘氨酸、0.7重量份顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐、2.1重量份丙烯酸酯、0.9重量份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,并加热至65℃;3)将面料浸泡在染缸中35分钟;4)将浸泡后的面料在80℃烘干;5)将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗35分钟;6)取出漂洗后的面料自然晾干。
- 根据权利要求1所述的氨纶面料的染色方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)在染缸中依次加入1重量份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、2.6重量份二异氰酸酯、2.8重量份聚丙二醇、1.8重量份过氧化苯甲酸丁酯、35重量份植物染料依次投入150重量份去离子水,搅拌均匀,并加热至55℃;2)再依次投入3.2重量份甘氨酸、0.7重量份顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐、2.1重量份丙烯酸酯、0.9重量份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,并加热至65℃;3)将面料浸泡在染缸中35分钟;4)将浸泡后的面料在80℃烘干;5)将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗35分钟;6)取出漂洗后的面料自然晾干。
