本发明公开了一种金属表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:表面抛光处理:1)粗抛‑精抛;步骤二:表面烘干:金属表面通过远红外进行快速烘干;步骤三:防腐镀层:在金属表面进行镀锌处理,并在锌中加入铝成分;步骤四:耐磨涂层:利用超音速喷涂设备在金属镀层表面喷涂碳化钨涂层或陶瓷涂层;步骤五:防腐涂层:在金属外表面喷涂凡士林或防腐油漆;步骤六:表面烘干:金属表面通过远红外进行快速烘干;步骤七:检测:对烘干后的金属表面进行检测,在放大50倍的显微镜下观察金属表面是否有缺陷,并查看表面粗糙度是否符合要求。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:表面光洁度较好,同时防腐和耐磨性较好,大大提高金属的美观度和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理技术领域,具体是指一种金属表面处理工艺。
背景技术
金属是我们日常生活中较为常见的材料,金属的种类较多,应用范围非常的广泛,金属在加工制作的过程中必不可少的一项就是表面的处理,金属表面处理的好坏直接影响金属制成品的美观以及使用的寿命。
现有的金属表面处理的工艺较多,处理的工艺步骤通常为,表面清洁抛光,然后进行防腐的处理即可,表面处理的工艺较为简单,表面的光洁度不好,同时仅设有一层防腐处理层,防腐效果较差,另外耐磨性也不好,大大降低了金属的美观度和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种金属表面处理工艺,表面光洁度较好,同时防腐和耐磨性较好,大大提高金属的美观度和使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种金属表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:表面抛光处理:1)粗抛:将金属放入高度旋转的滚筒抛光设备中,并填充钢球、石灰和磨料;
2)精抛:向滚筒抛光设备中填充钢球和毛皮碎块,连续转动3-4小时取出,并将加工表面浸在抛光液中,并用抛光轮再次进行抛光处理,抛光后金属表面粗糙度不大于Ra0.01微米;
步骤二:表面烘干:将步骤一中精抛过的金属表面通过远红外进行快速烘干;
步骤三:防腐镀层:在金属表面进行镀锌处理,并在锌中加入铝成分;
步骤四:耐磨涂层:利用超音速喷涂设备在金属镀层表面喷涂碳化钨涂层或陶瓷涂层;
步骤五:防腐涂层:在金属耐磨涂层外表面喷涂凡士林或防腐油漆;
步骤六:表面烘干:将步骤五中处理过的金属表面通过远红外进行快速烘干;
步骤七:检测:对烘干后的金属表面进行检测,在放大50倍的显微镜下观察金属表面是否有缺陷,并查看表面粗糙度是否符合要求。
优选的,抛光液由粒度为W5-W0.5的氧化铬微粉和乳化液混合而成,抛光轮材质匀细并由经脱脂处理的木材或细毛毡制成。
优选的,步骤三中采用电镀或热浸镀方式。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:采用粗抛光、精抛光使得金属表面光洁度较好,整体较为美观,同时采用防腐镀层和防腐涂层两层防腐,并在镀层锌中加入铝,大大提高金属表面的防腐效果,另外两层防腐层之间涂有耐磨涂层,大大提高金属的耐磨性,延长金属的使用寿命。

实施例1:
本发明公开一种金属表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:表面抛光处理:1)粗抛:将金属放入高度旋转的滚筒抛光设备中,并填充钢球、石灰和磨料;
3)精抛:向滚筒抛光设备中填充钢球和毛皮碎块,连续转动3-4小时取出,并将加工表面浸在抛光液中,并用抛光轮再次进行抛光处理,抛光后金属表面粗糙度不大于Ra0.01微米;
步骤二:表面烘干:将步骤一中精抛过的金属表面通过远红外进行快速烘干;
步骤三:防腐镀层:在金属表面进行镀锌处理,并在锌中加入铝成分;
步骤四:耐磨涂层:利用超音速喷涂设备在金属镀层表面喷涂碳化钨涂层或陶瓷涂层;
步骤五:防腐涂层:在金属耐磨涂层外表面喷涂凡士林或防腐油漆;
步骤六:表面烘干:将步骤五中处理过的金属表面通过远红外进行快速烘干;

采用粗抛光、精抛光,同时使用抛光液使得金属表面粗糙度较小,光洁度较好,整体较为美观,同时采用防腐镀层和防腐涂层两层防腐,并在镀层锌中加入铝,在金属表面的接合口,接头或孔穴附近,镀层会因外力或加工而受到破坏,无法完整的包覆待保护物,铝会移转到镀层被破坏的部分,大大提高金属表面的防腐效果,另外两层防腐层之间涂有耐磨涂层,大大提高金属的耐磨性,延长金属的使用寿命。

1.一种金属表面处理工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:表面抛光处理:1)粗抛:将金属放入高度旋转的滚筒抛光设备中,并填充钢球、石灰和磨料;
2)精抛:向滚筒抛光设备中填充钢球和毛皮碎块,连续转动3-4小时取出,并将加工表面浸在抛光液中,并用抛光轮再次进行抛光处理,抛光后金属表面粗糙度不大于Ra0.01微米;
步骤二:表面烘干:将步骤一中精抛过的金属表面通过远红外进行快速烘干;
步骤三:防腐镀层:在金属表面进行镀锌处理,并在锌中加入铝成分;
步骤四:耐磨涂层:利用超音速喷涂设备在金属镀层表面喷涂碳化钨涂层或陶瓷涂层;
步骤五:防腐涂层:在金属耐磨涂层外表面喷涂凡士林或防腐油漆;
步骤六:表面烘干:将步骤五中处理过的金属表面通过远红外进行快速烘干;
步骤七:检测:对烘干后的金属表面进行检测,在放大50倍的显微镜下观察金属表面是否有缺陷,并查看表面粗糙度是否符合要求。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属表面处理工艺,其特征在于:抛光液由粒度为W5-W0.5的氧化铬微粉和乳化液混合而成,抛光轮材质匀细并由经脱脂处理的木材或细毛毡制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属表面处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤三中采用电镀或热浸镀方式。
