The tea polyphenol essence for lightening fine lines and supplementing water to brighten as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the phase A mixing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of water, 9-11 parts of glycerol, 1-3 parts of nicotinamide, 11.5-2.5 parts of biogum carbohydrate gum, 1-3 parts of betaine, 0.5-1.5 parts of 1-methylhydantoin-2-imide, 0.1-0.3 part of creatine, 0.05-0.15 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.3-0.7 part of retinene, 0.03-0.06 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.03-0.06 part of tea polyphenol, 0.1-0.3 part of carbomer and 0.12-0.16 part of arginine.
