Description

Spot-fading composition, cosmetic and preparation method of spot-fading composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a spot-fading composition, a cosmetic and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Among many cultural and aesthetic trends, whitening or having a whiter skin color is an important factor in evaluating the beauty of women. The facial color spot refers to spots with different colors on the face and the periphery, the causes are many, the types are complex, the functions of melanocytes are enhanced mainly due to factors such as hereditary factors, ultraviolet irradiation, endocrine reasons, living habits and the like, the activity of free radicals is enhanced, the synthesis speed of melanin is far higher than the metabolism speed, abnormal melanin is absorbed by basal layer cells, and when the skin is repeatedly stimulated by the outside, the melanin is gradually shown on the epidermis, so the facial color spot is formed. And with the increase of age, the living pressure is higher, many people often go on a business trip, work outdoors, stay up night, face the screen of an electronic product for a long time, and the like, and do not pay attention to skin care for a long time, and in addition, the external environment pollution causes the ultraviolet rays to damage the skin more and more, so that melanin is continuously precipitated, and the skin becomes dark and speckled. In addition to the non-exclusive route of melanin formation, the activity of melanocytes is complex and variable.
The whitening products sold in the market at present mainly use the combination and matching of the following schemes: 1. 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 2, Symwhite 377 phenethyl resorcinol, 3, niacinamide, 4, AA2G, 5, undecylenoyl phenylalanine, 6, arbutin, 7, octanoyl salicylic acid, 8, 4-methoxy potassium salicylate, 9, dimethoxy tolyl-4-propyl resorcinol.
However, some skin care products with whitening effect on the market have single mechanism pathway acting on melanin, and the whitening effect is not obvious; some contain irritant chemical components, and the skin becomes sensitive after long-term use and is more prone to aging; some products have single function, or only have whitening function, or only have freckle removing function; some are not stable and are prone to discoloration or deactivation. Therefore, the development and development of a skin whitening and caring product which is safe and mild to the skin and can effectively give consideration to the functions of spot lightening, moisture retention and repairing is particularly necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a spot-fading composition which can concentrate spot fading, keep the skin moisture continuously, and is mild and non-irritant.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a spot-lightening composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 1-10 parts of phyllanthus emblica fruit extract, 5-15 parts of raspberry extract and 1-3 parts of seaweed extract.
Wherein, the emblic extract is purchased from Baihabo company of Guangzhou; glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, available from Guangzhou Rongdao chemical company; rubi fructus extract and Sargassum extract are obtained from chemical engineering Co., Ltd, Xinan, Foshan.
According to the invention, the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, the phyllanthus emblica fruit extract, the seaweed extract and the raspberry extract are compounded for use, and the melanin is comprehensively sniped to form by acting on various paths, so that the skin can achieve the effects of whitening, moisturizing and relieving.
The stain is formed by accumulation of melanin in the epidermis, which is produced by melanocytes. Tyrosine on a melanosome of melanocytes forms dopa under the catalysis of tyrosinase, and dopa further reduces the oxidation resistance under the action of free radicals under the action of an oxidation mechanism to form dopaquinone and directly promote the aggregation of melanin. Inhibition of tyrosinase activity and elimination of free radicals are therefore the main routes for reducing pigmentation.
The glabridin contained in the glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract can act on various paths at the same time, snipe melanin comprehensively, is unique and rare licoflavone, and exists only at the root of glabrous greenbrier rhizome. The extract of glabrous greenbrier rhizome is effective in inhibiting tyrosinase, dopachrome tautomerase and melanogenesis. Glabridin also has good anti-inflammatory effect; it is effective in scavenging oxygen free radicals. Protect the skin from the source, and is more thorough and more healthy!
The emblic leafflower fruit extract is a substance separated and extracted from emblic leafflower fruit, and is a freckle-removing whitening agent derived from purely natural plant fruits. The emblic leafflower fruit extract can inhibit the synthesis of tyrosinase without affecting the expression of the tyrosinase; the whitening effect is achieved by inhibiting MSH → reducing the content of tyrosinase → reducing melanin.
The seaweed contains rich alginic acid, crude protein, multiple vitamins and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, copper and zinc, and can effectively maintain healthy growth of epithelial tissues, promote skin moisture absorption, inhibit synthesis of melanin in skin, and reduce generation of pigment spots.
The raspberry contains a large amount of organic acids, saccharides, vitamin C and other nutrients, wherein the organic acids and the vitamin C can remove free radicals and resist the damage of the free radicals to cells, so that skin is lightened, spots are lightened, and the activity of tyrosinase can be inhibited to block the formation of melanin.
Further preferably, the spot-fading composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 5-10 parts of phyllanthus emblica fruit extract, 8-12 parts of raspberry extract and 1-3 parts of seaweed extract.
The glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract and the emblic leafflower fruit extract can effectively inhibit the synthesis of tyrosinase, the raspberry extract can inhibit the activity of the tyrosinase and remove free radicals, and the seaweed extract can inhibit the formation of melanin. Therefore, the glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract, the emblic leafflower fruit extract, the raspberry extract and the seaweed extract inhibit the formation of pigment from each stage of melanin formation, thereby playing a spot-lightening effect; it also has effects in promoting skin growth, and improving cell repair and water absorption.
More preferably, the spot-fading composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 6 parts of emblic leafflower fruit extract, 10 parts of raspberry extract and 2 parts of seaweed extract.

Figure BDA0002825206780000091
And (4) conclusion: the removal rate of scavenging radicals of examples 1 to 5 was higher than that of comparative examples 1 to 10. Because examples 1-5 are synergistic effects between the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, the emblic leafflower fruit extract, the raspberry extract and the seaweed extract, the DPPH and hydroxyl radical clearance rate is improved and is better than that of comparative examples 1-10; thereby inhibiting the generation and accumulation of melanin and realizing the effects of lightening spots and whitening skin. Comparative examples 1-4 are the above extracts wherein three of the synergistic effects are inferior to the synergistic effects of the total extract; thus, comparative examples 5 to 8 are the above-mentioned extracts in which two synergistic effects are inferior to those of comparative examples 1 to 4, and comparative examples 9 and 10 are only the extracts alone having no synergistic effect, and it is clear that the effect of the free radicals is not so good.
Test example 3 melanin test
The skin melanin tester MX 18 of the German CK company is used for testing, the testing environment temperature is 22 +/-1 ℃, and the humidity is 50 +/-5%; the test part is the inner forearm of the two hands and is marked by a test area of 4 x 4cm2, the test part can not be used for any other product for 3 days, the product can be used for 2 times in 1 day, and the dosage of each time is 2.0 +/-0.1 mg/cm2Applied to left and right arms for 1 month, and visit every week. And (3) allowing the test subject to enter a constant-temperature and constant-humidity evaluation room for standing for 30 minutes, testing the melanin content of the face before and after use, and counting the melanin reduction rate.
Melanin reduction rate/% (initial value of skin melanin at 0 th-skin melanin test value)/initial value of skin melanin at 0 th.
The test results are shown in table 6:
TABLE 6 Melanin Change Rate
Figure BDA0002825206780000101
Figure BDA0002825206780000111
And (4) conclusion: the results of experiments in examples 1 to 5, in which the melanin reduction rate was higher than that in comparative examples 1 to 10, show that the melanin content was lower after 1 month of use than before trial use. Since examples 1 to 5 are synergistic effects among the components of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, emblic leafflower fruit extract, raspberry extract and seaweed extract, the melanin reduction rate is relatively high and the content is reduced to achieve the whitening and spot-lightening effects. Comparative examples 1-4 are the above extracts wherein three of the synergistic effects are inferior to the synergistic effects of the total extract; therefore, the comparative examples 5 to 8 are that two of the above extracts have less synergistic effect than the comparative examples 1 to 4, and the comparative examples 9 and 10 are that the extracts alone have no synergistic effect, and the whitening and spot-lightening effect is not good.
Test example 4
The spot-fading compositions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 10 were subjected to evaluation of efficacy by the method using a skin tester, CK MPA10, moisture test probe. 150 healthy volunteers aged 18-50 were selected and randomized into 15 groups, and the face was selected as the test area.
Preparation before testing: the volunteers could not use any cosmetics 2-3 days before the test site. Volunteers cleaned their faces before testing and sat still for at least 20min in a standard room at a temperature of 20-25 ℃ and a humidity of 45-65%.
The testing steps are as follows: measuring an initial value of moisture content of the skin in a test area by using a moisture test probe; then according to the ratio of 0.072mg/cm2The dosage of the composition is applied to face twice a day, and continuously used for one month. The test area was tested for skin moisture content on day 14 and day 28, respectively. The testing of the same volunteer was done by the same measurement staff.
Test data: the increase rate of skin moisture content = (skin moisture test value-initial value before test)/initial value before test 100%, and the test results are shown in table 7:
TABLE 7 increase rate of skin moisture content
Figure BDA0002825206780000112
Figure BDA0002825206780000121
And (4) conclusion: the experimental results of the samples of examples 1 to 5, which are higher in skin moisture increase rate than the samples of comparative examples 1 to 10, show that the products of examples 1 to 5 have the effects of repairing and moisturizing, because examples 1 to 5 are synergistic effects among the components of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, emblica officinalis fruit extract, coppery herb extract and seaweed extract, reduce melanin, enhance skin barrier and promote skin repair. Comparative examples 1-4 are the above extracts wherein three of the synergistic effects are inferior to the synergistic effects of the total extract; therefore, the comparative examples 5 to 8 are that two of the extracts have a less synergistic effect than the comparative examples 1 to 4, and the comparative examples 9 and 10 are that only the extracts alone have no synergistic effect, and the repairing and moisturizing effects are not good.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
