According to the standard of smoking evaluation of the sensory technical requirements of GB5606.4-2005, a small group of smoking evaluation experts organized to consist of 7 smoking evaluation experts smoked cigarettes on sale using the atomized smoking material (powder, sheet and particle) of the invention, and the smoking evaluation results are listed in Table 1.
According to the No. 4 of the GB5606.4-2005 cigarette, sensory quality evaluation in sensory technical requirements is mainly composed of indexes such as smoke temperature, smoke amount, number of suction openings, physiological strength, fragrance, style characteristics, comfortableness and peculiar smell. The sensory quality evaluation score is made in percentage, the highest score is 100, and each item is divided into score units by 0.5.
Wherein, the smoke temperature is the heat of the smoke temperature sensed in the suction inlet cavity when a smoker smokes the cigarette. Therefore, when sensory quality evaluation is performed, the models of the heaters are required to be consistent, the heaters need to be calibrated first, and each heater is ensured to have the same heating temperature and heating time.
The amount of smoke is the amount of smoke exhaled from the mouth of a smoker when smoking a cigarette.
The number of the suction openings is the number of the openings sucked when a smoker sucks the cigarette according to a certain suction mode and the smoke quantity is obviously reduced.
Irritation refers to a slight and noticeable unpleasant sensation caused by smoke to the senses, such as abnormal irritation of the nasal cavity, oral cavity, throat, etc.
The aroma refers to aroma and aftertaste, namely the special tobacco aroma of cigarette smoke which is heated and not burnt and the taste feeling left by the smoke after being exhaled from oral cavity and nasal cavity.
The style characteristic means that the cigarette has the aroma style and the essential smell of the cigarette which is not burnt when being heated, and the change of the aroma can be obviously sensed.
The comfort is composed of two parts, firstly, the smoke gas can not feel comfortable on sense organs during suction, such as spurting on nasal cavity, oral cavity and throat, and singeing with a spike; secondly, the cigarette bullet is inserted into or pulled out of the smoking set before and after smoking, and the feeling of discomfort in sense is caused, such as labor waste during insertion, bending, head dropping during pulling out and the like.
The peculiar smell is a strange smell (except for additional fragrance) which is obviously different from the intrinsic smell of the cigarette which is not combusted by heating, so that the cigarette loses the smoking value.
In the No. 4 of the GB5606.4-2005 cigarette, the evaluation results of the lowest evaluation of the sensory quality of different types of cigarettes in the sensory technical requirements are different, wherein one type is more than or equal to 85, the second type and the third type are more than or equal to 75, and the fourth type and the fifth type are more than or equal to 60, so that the difference between the standard evaluation of the non-combustible product and the traditional cigarette is normal. The invention is modified on the basis of the traditional cigarette scoring standard so as to better accord with the evaluation of the heating non-combustible product. The highest gloss and oil lubrication in the traditional cigarette is divided into 5 points; the highest evaluation of rich and fine fragrance is 32 points; the concordance rating was a maximum of 6; the maximum rating of the miscellaneous gas-free is 12; the highest non-irritation evaluation is 20 points; the highest evaluation of purity and comfort is 25 points. From the foregoing, it will be appreciated that the atomized smoking material of the present invention has the following technical characteristics: the atomized smoking material has large smoking amount, low smoke temperature, certain physiological strength, namely physiological satisfaction, lasting fragrance, full fragrance and obvious areca fragrance style

The sheet smoking material prepared using this example was evaluated for smoking according to the method described in the specification of the application, and the results are shown in table 1.
Meanwhile, the same cigarettes as the above cigarettes using the conventional sheet-like atomized smoking material (CN106714590A, entitled "method for producing homogenized tobacco material") were also subjected to the same evaluation as in control sample 1, and the evaluation results are also shown in table 1.
Example 2: the invention relates to an atomized smoking material

mixing dry fruit powder of Arecae semen (70 wt. parts) with particle size of 40 mesh and sold as semen Canarii albi by Wenzhou, Sasa, 11 wt. parts of potato starch sold as food grade potato starch by Guangzhou deep creative chemical company, 10 wt. parts of pectin adhesive sold as food grade pectin by Shandong Jurong bioengineering, Inc., 2.0 wt. parts of dipotassium citrate regulator sold as food grade sodium lactate by Shandong Jiu, chemical engineering, Inc., 14 wt. parts of propylene glycol fuming adjuvant sold as food grade propylene glycol by Guangzhou Brilliant union, and 0.2 wt. parts of edible flavor of blueberry flavor sold as blueberry flavor by Yunnan Balaozi Biotech, Inc., the resulting mixture was formed into a particulate smoking material having a diameter of 0.5mm using the processing methods described in the specification.
The particulate smoking material prepared using this example was evaluated for smoking according to the methods described in the specification of the application and the results are shown in table 1.
Meanwhile, the same cigarettes as the above cigarettes using the existing particulate atomized smoking material (CN111000282A, entitled "alkaloid smoking particles for low-temperature heating of non-combustible articles and method for producing the same") were also subjected to the same evaluation as in control sample 2, and the evaluation results are also shown in table 1.
Example 3: the invention relates to an atomized smoking material
The implementation of this example is as follows:

Example 6: the invention relates to an atomized smoking material
The implementation of this example is as follows:

Claims (10)

1. An atomized smoking material for heating non-combustible products is characterized by comprising 30-70 parts by weight of dry areca nut powder, 5-15 parts by weight of starch, 2-10 parts by weight of adhesive, 0.1-2.0 parts by weight of acid-base regulator, 5-20 parts by weight of smoking aid and 0.2-2.0 parts by weight of edible spice.
2. An atomized smoking material according to claim 1, wherein the atomized smoking material comprises 40 to 60 parts by weight of dry areca nut powder, 8 to 12 parts by weight of starch, 4 to 8 parts by weight of adhesive, 0.6 to 1.4 parts by weight of pH regulator, 9 to 16 parts by weight of smoking aid and 0.8 to 1.4 parts by weight of flavorant.
3. An atomized smoking material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the arecoline content of the dry powder of areca catechu is 0.05-1.0% by weight.
4. An atomised smoking material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the particle size of the areca nut dry fruit powder is 40-200 mesh.
5. An atomised smoking material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the starch is maize, potato, wheat, sorghum or sweet potato starch having a purity of greater than 90% by weight.
6. An atomised smoking material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the binder is one or more binders selected from water soluble starch, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, pectin or chitosan.
7. An atomised smoking material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pH modifying agent is one or more acid modifying agents selected from sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium lactate, potassium carbonate, dipotassium citrate, monopotassium citrate, potassium malate or monopotassium malate.
8. An atomised smoking material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the smoking aid is one or more smoking aids selected from glycerol, propylene glycol, triacetin, stearic acid or hexadecane.
9. An atomised smoking material according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the flavourant is one or more flavourants selected from menthol, vanillin, ethyl maltol, 1, 4-dimethylpyrazine, coffee flavourants, blueberry flavourants, apple flavourants, orange juice flavourants and similar flavour products.
10. An atomized smoking material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the atomized smoking material is a sheet-like smoking material having a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5mm, a particle-like smoking material having a diameter of 0.3 to 1.2mm, or a powdery smoking material having a particle size of 40 to 100 mesh.
