Abstract

Technical Field

Background

In the heating non-combustion smoke generating body and the preparation method and the product thereof, the formula of the smoking raw material, the smoking assistant and the water is adopted, and the heating non-combustion smoke generating body is made into a paste shape through water quantity control, granularity and the like, thereby being suitable for being filled into a smoke tube in an injection mode. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a heating non-combustible smoke generator 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is a heating non-combustible smoke generator for charging a tubular body 10 of a heating non-combustible non-tobacco product or a tobacco product, including a smoking raw material, a smoking aid, and water, wherein the smoking raw material is pulverized in advance and then sieved with a mesh sieve, preferably 40-200 mesh sieve, and the smoking raw material, the smoking aid, and the water are mixed and blended into a paste, so that the heating non-combustible smoke generator 100 is in a paste rod shape during extrusion and is injected into the heating non-combustible smoke tubular body 10 by being extruded into the paste rod. The mass percentage of the water is more preferably 30-60%. If the water content is too low, the paste which can be extruded into a strip shape is not easy to form, and the forming is not easy due to too much water content.
Preferably, the heating non-combustible smoke generator 100 comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of smoking raw materials, 30-60 parts of smoking aids and 30-50 parts of water. More preferably the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of smoking raw materials, 40-60 parts of smoking aids and 30-40 parts of water.
Preferably, the smoking aid comprises 30-60 parts of glycerol. The smoking aid of embodiments of the invention is preferably an edible glycerin, miscible with water, which helps to heat the non-combustible aerosol generator to a pasty state and has the effect of retaining water, preferably to volatilize when heated to 200 ℃ to 300 ℃ to produce smokable smoke.

Preferably, the raw smoking material comprises a tobacco raw material or a tobacco extract, the raw smoking material can be composed of the tobacco raw material or the tobacco extract alone or can be mixed with one or a combination of two or more of the herbal flavor and the herbal raw material, when the herbal flavor or the herbal raw material is mixed, the tobacco raw material is firstly ground into powder, and then the tobacco raw material powder is mixed into the herbal flavor or the herbal raw material to be ground into powder and mixed together.
Preferably, the density of the heating non-combustion smoke generating body 100 in the shape of a paste strip is 0.5 g/ml to 1.5g/ml, the dynamic viscosity is 150-500pa.s, the dynamic viscosity ensures that the heating non-combustion smoke generating body 100 in the shape of a paste strip, the heating non-combustion smoke generating body 100 in the shape of a paste strip has pores inside to allow smoke to permeate and diffuse, the porosity is 40-75% when being heated, the pores inside the heating non-combustion smoke generating body 100 in the shape of a paste strip are preferably columnar paste, and loose columnar bodies are automatically formed after being heated.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, when the heating non-combustible smoke generating body 100 in the form of a paste strip is injected into the heating non-combustible smoke tube 10, the heating non-combustible smoke generating body is generally injected into the heating non-combustible smoke tube 10 by means of air pressure, hydraulic pressure or mechanical pressure, and then dried to remove moisture, preferably by means of vacuum drying, baking or air drying, the moisture in the paste strip heating non-combustible smoke generating body 100 is evaporated to reduce the moisture to 5 to 10% by mass.
In another aspect of embodiments of the present invention there is also provided a heated non-combustible smoking article comprising a heated non-combustible smoke generator as described above. In the case of a heated non-combustible tobacco product, the smoking material consists solely of a tobacco material or a tobacco extract, which is ground to a powder; or mixing tobacco material or tobacco extract with one or more of herbal perfume and Chinese herbal material, grinding tobacco material into powder, mixing tobacco material powder with herbal perfume or Chinese herbal material, grinding into powder, and mixing.
In yet another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a heat non-combustible smoking article comprising a cartridge body 1 and a smoking article body 100 as described above enclosed in the cartridge body 1, i.e. a heat non-combustible smoking article. The heating non-combustible tobacco product is inserted into a heater, the tobacco product smoke generating body 100 in the heating non-combustible tobacco product generates smoke which can be sucked when being heated to 200 ℃ to 350 ℃ by a heating sheet, the invention preferably generates smoke which can be sucked when being heated to 200 ℃ to 300 ℃, the heating non-combustible tobacco product smoke generating body 100 in the plaster strip shape is provided with pores, and when a user performs suction action, the pores enable the smoke to smoothly pass through the heating non-combustible tobacco product smoke generating body 100 in the plaster strip shape so as to reach the mouth of the user.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a heated non-combustible non-smoking article that includes a heated non-combustible cartridge body 10 and a heated non-combustible smoke generator housed within the body 10. The non-combustible, heated smoking article generates smokable smoke when heated to 200 ℃ to 350 ℃, preferably upon heating to 200 ℃ to 300 ℃, and the heated non-combustible, plaster-like aerosol generating body 100 has apertures therein which allow the smoke to pass smoothly through the heated non-combustible, plaster-like aerosol generating body 100 to reach the mouth of a user during a smoking action by the user.
Preferably, the heating non-combustible cartridge tube 1 comprises a tube body 10, a pasty smoke charging chamber 11, a channeled smoke barrier plug 12, a smoke cooling body or other filler 13 and smoke filter cotton 14, the pasty smoke charging chamber 11 being charged with a heating non-combustible smoke generator 100.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3-1, the pneumatic injection device 2 is a pneumatic injection device 2, the pneumatic injection device 2 includes a material extruding pipe 21, a pneumatic material pushing piston 22 and a pneumatic driver 23, and the heated non-combustible smoke generator 100 is installed in the material extruding pipe 21.

Further, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a method for preparing the above-described heating non-combustible smoke generator 100, including the steps of: crushing the fuming raw material, and sieving the crushed raw material by a 40-200-mesh sieve; the pulverized smoke generating raw material and the smoke generating auxiliary agent are mixed according to the proportion, a predetermined amount of water is added, and the mixture is mixed into paste so as to facilitate the molding when the non-combustible smoke generating body 100 is heated and made into a paste strip.
In the above-mentioned heating non-combustible smoke generating body 100, including smoking raw materials, smoking assistant and water, the smoking raw materials are smashed in advance and are passed through a 40-200 mesh sieve, the smoking raw materials, the smoking assistant and water are mixed and are blended into paste, so that the heating non-combustible smoke generating body 100 is in a paste strip shape when being extruded, and is used for being extruded into the heating non-combustible smoke bomb tube body 11 for the paste strip, the inside of the paste strip-shaped heating non-combustible smoke generating body 100 is provided with pores, preferably is loose paste, and automatically forms a loose columnar body after being heated, when a user performs a suction action, the pores conveniently enable smoke to smoothly pass through the paste strip-shaped heating non-combustible smoke generating body, and the heating non-combustible smoke generating body is suitable for heating non-combustible products or heating non-combustible tobacco products and the like.
The composition of the heated non-combustible aerosol generator formulations of the present invention and their efficacy, as well as the structure, efficacy, etc. of the articles are illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1
The composition of the heated non-combustible aerosol generator in this example is as follows:
1. 50g of tea, 20g of mint, 10g of lotus leaf,
2. 30g of glycerol, namely 30g of glycerol,
3. 50g of water.
The tea contains catechin, cholestenone, caffeine, inositol, folic acid, pantothenic acid, etc., and can promote health. Tea beverage-tea is known as one of the three major beverages in the world.
The lotus leaves contain abundant alkaloid compounds, such as monobenzylisoquinoline compounds, dibenzylisoquinoline compounds, aporphine compounds, dehydroaporphine compounds and the like, and also contain flavonoid compounds, beta-sitosterol, daucosterol, organic acid, beta-sitosterol-3-0-beta-D-glucopyranoside, isophytol, trans-phytol, 7,11, 15-trimethy-2-hexadecanone, 10-eicosanol, 24(R) -ethylholest-6-ene-5 a-ol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, lotus leaf polysaccharide fatty acid, protein, trace elements and other components.
The smoke body raw material formula which takes tea and mint as main materials and lotus leaves as auxiliary materials can obtain the smoke with tea fragrance and lotus leaf faint scent and mint cool taste.
Herba Menthae is a sweating and heat-clearing medicine, and can be used for treating influenza, headache, conjunctival congestion, fever, sore throat, and gum swelling, etc., and also has effects of clearing heart fire and improving eyesight.
The glycerol is edible glycerol, can generate smoke when heated to 200-300 ℃, and plays a role of a smoke generating agent in a smoke body.
The water is used for preparing the powder raw materials into a paste body, and the powder raw materials can be conveniently extruded into the smoke tube body; meanwhile, after the moisture in the smoke body is baked and evaporated, gaps are formed inside the smoke body, so that the smoke body keeps a certain porosity.

Cassia seed, bitter, sweet, salty and slightly cold in nature, enters liver, kidney and large intestine meridians; loosening bowel to relieve constipation, reducing blood lipid, improving eyesight, and treating constipation, hyperlipemia, and hypertension. Clearing liver-fire, improving eyesight, promoting diuresis, relaxing bowels, lowering blood pressure, and reducing blood lipid.
Prunellae Spica contains triterpenoid saponin, rutin, hyperoside, organic acid such as ursolic acid, caffeic acid, free oleanolic acid, etc.; the flower spike contains delphinidin, cyanidin anthocyanin, d-camphor, d-cuminone, etc. Has the effects of clearing fire and improving eyesight, and can be used for treating conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, headache, etc.
Chrysanthemum has the functions of dispelling wind and calming the liver, smells the tea and has the auxiliary treatment effect on cold and headache.
The cassia seed and the selfheal are used as main raw materials of the fuming body, the chrysanthemum is used as an auxiliary material, and meanwhile, the cassia seed and the selfheal are used as a seasoning formula of the smoke aroma, so that unique smoke can be obtained.
