The invention discloses a caffeine-containing fuming particle, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of plant raw materials, 10-40 parts of smoke agent and 0.001-1 part of caffeine-containing component. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the fuming particle and a low-temperature heating non-combustible product prepared from the fuming particle. The smoking particles adopt the formula of the components containing caffeine and natural plant raw materials, can replace tobacco containing nicotine, play a role in refreshing and relieving pressure while reducing addiction and health hazards, are convenient to carry and use in a solid particle form, and avoid the problem that the traditional atomized liquid is easy to leak and is inconvenient to carry.
