1. a method for improving the richness and the coordination of the aroma of a heated non-combustible cigarette is characterized in that a cigarette core base material of the heated non-combustible cigarette is prepared by the following steps:
(1) A moisture regain procedure: the tobacco leaves after threshing, redrying and alcoholizing are subjected to moisture regain process, the moisture regain method is vacuum moisture regain or loose moisture regain, the discharging temperature of the tobacco leaves after being subjected to the moisture regain process is 40.0-65.0 ℃, and the discharging water content is 17.0-21.0%;
(2) a charging process: adding feed liquid into the tobacco leaves obtained in the step (1) after being treated by the moisture regaining procedure, carrying out feeding procedure treatment, and collecting and storing the tobacco leaves after the feeding procedure treatment; the discharging temperature of the tobacco leaves after being treated by the feeding procedure is 45.0-75.0 ℃, and the water content of the discharged tobacco leaves is 17.0-38.0%;
(3) a cut tobacco drying procedure: shredding the tobacco leaves stored in the step (2) and then carrying out cut tobacco drying process, wherein the cut tobacco drying method is sheet drying or air flow drying, the discharge temperature of the cut tobacco processed by the cut tobacco drying process is 50.0-80.0 ℃, and the discharge water content is 11.0-15.0%;
(4) Crushing the cut tobacco obtained in the step (3) after being processed by the cut tobacco drying process to obtain tobacco powder, wherein the temperature of the tobacco powder is lower than 50 ℃, and the particle size of the tobacco powder is 100-400 meshes;
(5) Crushing the aromatic medicine to obtain aromatic medicine powder, wherein the water content of the aromatic medicine is 5% -15%, and the mesh number of the aromatic medicine powder is 50-500 meshes;
(6) Mixing the tobacco powder obtained in the step (4) with the aromatic medicine powder obtained in the step (5), then adding the tobacco paste, stirring uniformly and preparing a tobacco core substrate coating liquid;
(7) And (4) coating the cigarette core base material coating liquid prepared in the step (6) on a production film base, and drying and cutting to obtain the cigarette core base material of the cigarette which is not heated and burnt.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the feed liquid in the step (2) is one or more selected from a flavoring agent, a humectant, a combustion regulator and a mildew preventive, and the mass of the feed liquid is 0.5-5% of that of the tobacco leaves.
3. the method according to claim 1, wherein the aromatic drug in step (5) is one or more selected from clove, sesame, agastache rugosus, sandalwood, cortex moutan, magnolia flower, fennel, aster, tussilago farfarfara, cortex mori, rhizoma atractylodis, magnolia officinalis, fructus amomi, amomum cardamomum and alpinia katsumadai.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the tobacco powder to the aromatic medicine powder in the step (6) is 1: 1-10: 1.
5. the method according to claim 1, wherein the cigarette cream in the step (6) is selected from one or more of yunyan tobacco extract, burley tobacco extract and Zimbabwe extract, and the mass of the cigarette cream is 10-60% of the mass of the coating liquid.
6. the method according to claim 1, wherein before adding the cigarette paste in the step (6), the mixture of the tobacco powder and the aromatic powder is dispersed by using a solvent, wherein the solvent is one or more selected from water, ethanol, propylene glycol and glycerol.
7. the method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (6), the smoke powder and the aromatic medicine powder are mixed and then added with a smoke agent and an adhesive, wherein the smoke agent is selected from one or more of 1, 2-propylene glycol and glycerol, and the mass of the smoke agent is 5-30% of that of the smoke powder; the adhesive is selected from one or more of CMC, guar gum and the like, and the mass of the adhesive is 0.2-1.0% of that of the tobacco powder.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the drying temperature in step (7) is 40 to 90 ℃ and the drying time is 0.5 to 10 min.
9. the method according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco leaf in step (1) is selected from one or more of flue-cured tobacco, burley tobacco, sun-cured tobacco or aromatic tobacco.
