The intermediate conveying device 4 comprises a second conveying belt 41, one end of the second conveying belt 41 is positioned at the blanking position of the discharging pipe 37, and the other end of the second conveying belt 41 is positioned at the inlet of the crushing device 5; the second conveyor belt 41 comprises an inclined conveying part and a horizontal conveying part, a second driving roller 42 is sleeved at the end part of the horizontal conveying part, a second driven roller 43 is sleeved at the end part of the inclined conveying part, a supporting roller 44 and a belt pressing roller 45 are arranged at the joint of the inclined conveying part and the horizontal conveying part, the supporting roller 44 is positioned above the belt pressing roller 45, the second driving roller 42, the second driven roller 43, the supporting roller 44 and the belt pressing roller 45 are all rotatably connected to two sides of the inner wall of the ship body 1, a second rotating motor 46 is installed on the outer side of the ship body 1, and the output shaft of the second rotating motor 46 is in transmission fit with the second driving roller 42.

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the computer-based marine garbage collection and treatment device comprises a ship body 1, wherein a collection feeding device 2, a water filtering device 3, an intermediate conveying device 4, a crushing device 5, a storage device 6 and a power device 7 are sequentially arranged on the ship body 1 from the bow to the stern, a control room 8 is further arranged on the ship body 1, and the control room 8 is electrically connected with electrical equipment of the collection feeding device 2, the water filtering device 3, the intermediate conveying device 4, the crushing device 5 and the power device 7.
The collecting and feeding device 2 comprises a first conveyor belt 21 for collecting and conveying garbage, one end of the first conveyor belt 21 extends into the sea surface, the other end of the first conveyor belt 21 is installed on the ship body 1, a plurality of water filtering holes are uniformly formed in the first conveyor belt 21, rubber blocks 211 are arranged on the outer wall of the first conveyor belt 21 at equal intervals, and the rubber blocks 211 are arranged in a splayed shape; the collecting and feeding device 2 further comprises first supports 22 welded on two sides of the top of the bow of the ship body 1 and second supports 23 welded on two sides of the side wall of the bow of the ship body 1, the two first supports 22 are rotatably connected with first driving rollers 24 through bearings, the two second supports 23 are rotatably connected with first driven rollers 25 through bearings, and the outer walls of the first driving rollers 24 and the first driven rollers 25 are sleeved with the first driving belts 21; a first rotating motor 26 is fixedly mounted on the first bracket 22 through a bolt, and an output shaft of the first rotating motor 26 is in transmission fit with the first driving roller 24.

In order to facilitate the concentrated collection of marine waste, first auxiliary collection device 11 is installed at the bow department of hull 1, first auxiliary collection device 11 is including the bracing piece 111 that is located hull 1 both sides, movable mounting is at running roller 112 between two bracing pieces 111 and evenly installs the inserted bar 113 at running roller 112 outer wall, bracing piece 111 passes through rotation control device 114 and connects on hull 1, rotation control device 114 can be motor or hydraulic motor, thereby make bracing piece 111 rotate relative hull 1, move running roller 112 to other positions, bracing piece 111 is the scalable body of rod, the length of the arm body is steerable to be adjusted promptly, for example, the scalable arm body also can be the pneumatic cylinder, thereby make the position control of collecting the claw more nimble.

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the computer-based marine garbage collection and treatment device comprises a ship body 1, wherein a collection feeding device 2, a water filtering device 3, an intermediate conveying device 4, a crushing device 5, a storage device 6 and a power device 7 are sequentially arranged on the ship body 1 from the bow to the stern, a control room 8 is further arranged on the ship body 1, and the control room 8 is electrically connected with electrical equipment of the collection feeding device 2, the water filtering device 3, the intermediate conveying device 4, the crushing device 5 and the power device 7.
The collecting and feeding device 2 comprises a first conveyor belt 21 for collecting and conveying garbage, one end of the first conveyor belt 21 extends into the sea surface, the other end of the first conveyor belt 21 is installed on the ship body 1, a plurality of water filtering holes are uniformly formed in the first conveyor belt 21, rubber blocks 211 are arranged on the outer wall of the first conveyor belt 21 at equal intervals, and the rubber blocks 211 are arranged in a splayed shape; the collecting and feeding device 2 further comprises first supports 22 welded on two sides of the top of the bow of the ship body 1 and second supports 23 welded on two sides of the side wall of the bow of the ship body 1, the two first supports 22 are rotatably connected with first driving rollers 24 through bearings, the two second supports 23 are rotatably connected with first driven rollers 25 through bearings, and the outer walls of the first driving rollers 24 and the first driven rollers 25 are sleeved with the first driving belts 21; a first rotating motor 26 is fixedly mounted on the first bracket 22 through a bolt, and an output shaft of the first rotating motor 26 is in transmission fit with the first driving roller 24.

The storage means 6 comprises a storage tank 61 in communication with the outlet of the delivery cartridge 55; the power unit 7 comprises a propeller 71, and the propeller 71 is mounted below the stern of the ship.
In order to facilitate the centralized collection of marine garbage, as shown in fig. 4, a second auxiliary collection device 12 is installed at the bow of the hull 1, the second auxiliary collection device 12 includes swing rods 121 located at both sides of the hull 1, a chain net 122 located on the swing rods 121, and a driving assembly 123 driving the swing rods 121 to swing, one end of the swing rods 121 is connected with the driving assembly 123 located at the side wall of the hull 1, the other end of the swing rods 121 extends out of the hull 1, the chain net 122 is installed at the exposed end of the swing rods 121, and a part of the chain net 122 extends into the water below; as shown in fig. 5, the driving assembly 123 includes a driving box 124, a fifth rotating electrical machine 125 located in the driving box 124, a second driving gear 126, a second driven gear 127 and a movable shaft 128, the second driving gear 126 is mounted on an output shaft of the fifth rotating electrical machine 125, the movable shaft 128 is movably inserted into the driving box 124, an upper end of the movable shaft 128 extends out of the driving box 124 and is connected with the swing link 121, the second driven gear 127 is mounted on the movable shaft 128, and the second driven gear 127 is engaged with the second driving gear 126.
All the electric devices and the adaptive power supply are connected through leads, and a proper controller and a proper encoder are selected according to actual conditions so as to meet control requirements, the electric devices are electrically connected in sequence, and all the electric devices are controlled through a computer control system in a control room 8.
The invention provides a computer-based marine garbage collection and treatment device, which has the working principle that: when the device works, the ship body 1 slowly sails forward under the action of the propeller 71, and the garbage collecting and processing device starts to work. The supporting roller 112 is supported by the supporting rod 111 to be positioned above the water surface, the driving device drives the roller 112 to rotate and drives the inserting rod 113 to rotate, and the inserting rod 113 is used for fishing water surface garbage and throwing the water surface garbage onto the first conveyor belt 21; meanwhile, the output shaft of the fifth rotating motor 125 is controlled to rotate repeatedly within a set angle range, so that the swing rod 121 and the chain nets 122 on the swing rod 121 collect floating garbage on the two sides of the hull 1 and on the sea surface on the front side, centralized collection is facilitated, the floating garbage can be used in cooperation with the first auxiliary collecting device 11, and the collecting efficiency is improved; when the marine garbage enters the first conveyor belt 21, the first conveyor belt 21 is driven to operate under the driving of the first rotating motor 26, the marine garbage is brought into the collecting hopper 31 by matching with the rubber blocks 211 arranged in a splayed shape, and water attached in the garbage collecting process can be discharged from water filtering holes in the first conveyor belt 21; after entering the collection funnel 31, the marine garbage enters the water filter tank 33 from the feeding pipe 32, the pressure cylinder 341 drives the pressure plate 342 to extrude the garbage, after the extrusion is completed, the thrust cylinder 351 drives the thrust plate 352 to push the garbage to the right and push the baffle plate 38 open, and the garbage falls onto the intermediate conveying device 4 from the discharging pipe 37, wherein the wastewater in the extrusion process enters the water collection tank 36 through the filter plate 331, and the water collection tank 36 can discharge the wastewater into the sea outside the ship body 1 through the water pump; the intermediate conveyor 4 transports the waste upwards and lets it fall into the crushing device 5; the drive end through third rotating electrical machines 523 drives first crushing roller 521 rotatory, it is equipped with first driving gear 524 and first driven gear 525 respectively to overlap simultaneously on first crushing roller 521 and second crushing roller 522, through the meshing of the two, realize the contra-rotating of two crushing rollers, increase crushing power, rubbish after smashing passes through guide plate 53 and honeycomb duct 54 and gets into transport cylinder 55, drive push rod 552 rotation through the drive end of fourth rotating electrical machines 551, utilize the effect of push rod 552, make the rubbish after smashing directly arrange to bin 61, carry out the thermal pyrolysis treatment to rubbish simultaneously under heating device 554's effect.
