Rapid cultivation method for cherry pot culture
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cherry cultivation, and particularly relates to a rapid cultivation method of cherry potted plants.
Background
The cherry fruits are bright in appearance and color, glittering and translucent, rich in sugar, protein, vitamins, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and other elements, high-grade fruits and high in economic value. The existing cherry cultivation is mostly carried out in open field, and is rarely carried out as bonsai cultivation. Even if the cherry potted plants are grafted and cultivated from annual stock seedlings, the required bonsais can be formed by cultivating the cherry potted plants for 2-3 years, time and labor are consumed, and land is occupied.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a rapid cultivation method for cherry potting, which can complete the cultivation process of the cherry potting within one year, save land and time, utilize redundant branches of the original tree body, and improve the utilization rate of the cherry tree body.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the invention provides a rapid cultivation method of cherry potting plants, which comprises the following steps:
(1) before sprouting in spring, pruning the cherry branches to promote new shoots;
(2) girdling 10-15 cm below the branch of the young sprout in 5-6 months, removing phloem, brushing a rooting agent at the girdling position;
(3) wrapping the girdling position by using a high-pressure propagation box filled with the substrate, so that the substrate is fully contacted with the branches;
(4) and in 11-12 months, cutting the rooted branch groups down for potting, and trimming upper branches to obtain the cherry bonsai.
Preferably, the cherry branches in the step (1) are branches with the growth diameter of more than 2.0cm in 1-3 years.
Preferably, each cherry branch promotes 3-8 young shoots.
Preferably, the width of the girdling in the step (2) is 1-5 cm, and after the girdling, the upper branches at the girdling position are retracted and trimmed.
Preferably, the rooting agent in the step (2) is a mixed aqueous solution of cytokinin, indolebutyric acid and naphthylacetic acid.
Preferably, in the rooting agent, the concentration of cytokinin is 100-200 ppm, the concentration of indolebutyric acid is 100-200 ppm, and the concentration of naphthylacetic acid is 100-200 ppm.
Preferably, the matrix in the step (3) comprises peat soil and the rooting agent, and the volume ratio of the peat soil to the rooting agent is 1: 1-2.
Preferably, the step (3) further comprises timely supplementing water into the matrix of the high-pressure propagation box.
The invention provides a rapid cultivation method of cherry potting, which can complete the cultivation of the tree shape of the potting while promoting rooting by layering at high altitude, can complete the cultivation process of the cherry potting within one year, and can save land and time. The cultivation method can also improve the utilization rate of cherry trees, particularly branches, and solve the problem that a great deal of waste is caused by the fact that most of redundant branches grown in the previous year are removed from the base of the branches except for the cultivation preparation branches.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a rapid cultivation method of cherry potting plants, which comprises the following steps:
(1) before sprouting in spring, pruning the cherry branches to promote new shoots;
(2) girdling 10-15 cm below the branch of the young sprout in 5-6 months, removing phloem, brushing a rooting agent at the girdling position;
(3) wrapping the girdling position by using a high-pressure propagation box filled with the substrate, so that the substrate is fully contacted with the branches;
(4) and in 11-12 months, cutting the rooted branch groups down for potting, and trimming upper branches to obtain the cherry bonsai.
According to the invention, before sprouting in spring, cherry branches are trimmed to promote new shoots. According to the invention, branches with the diameter of more than 2.0cm growing at 1-3 years of mature cherry trees are preferably pruned, and 3-8 new shoots are promoted below the pruned position.
In 5-6 months, girdling is carried out 10-15 cm below the branch of the young sprout, phloem is removed, and a rooting agent is brushed at the girdling position. The invention preferably utilizes a girdling knife to perform girdling, the width of the girdling is preferably 2-4 cm, the girdling is deep to the xylem, and the phloem is removed; and simultaneously, retracting and trimming the upper branches. The invention preferably utilizes a brush to brush the rooting agent at the girdling position once, and the rooting agent is preferably a mixed aqueous solution of cytokinin, indolebutyric acid and naphthylacetic acid, wherein in the rooting agent, the concentration of cytokinin is 100-200 ppm, the concentration of indolebutyric acid is 100-200 ppm, and the concentration of naphthylacetic acid is 100-200 ppm.
The invention utilizes the high-pressure propagation box filled with the substrate to wrap the girdling part, so that the substrate is fully contacted with the branches. The matrix preferably comprises peat soil and the rooting agent, and the volume ratio of the peat soil to the rooting agent is 1: 1-2. When the substrate is prepared, the rooting agent is preferably added into the peat soil, the substrate is grabbed by hands after the rooting agent is uniformly mixed, and the substrate is preferably dispersed after the hands are loosened. The invention uses the high-pressure propagation box filled with the substrate to wrap the branches with phloem removed, so that the substrate is fully contacted with the branches. The source of the high-pressure propagation box is not particularly limited in the invention, and the high-pressure propagation box can be obtained by utilizing conventional commercial varieties in the field. After the high-pressure propagation box is wrapped, the high-pressure propagation box also comprises later management, namely, when the internal matrix is too dry, water is supplemented into the matrix of the high-pressure propagation box.
In 11-12 months, the branches with intact roots are cut off and potted, and the upper branches are trimmed to obtain the cherry bonsai (figure 1). The branch group cut by the invention has a certain crown width and complete rooting, is a complete plant, is potted to prepare the cherry bonsai, and can bloom and bear fruits next year.
The method for rapid cultivation of cherry potting plants according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
1. Culturing cherry potted branches: before germination in spring, pruning the 1-3-year-old branch tips of the cherry trees with the diameter of more than 2.0cm, and promoting 3-8 new tips below the pruning positions.
2. Preparing a rooting agent and a matrix: the cytokinin, the indolebutyric acid and the naphthylacetic acid are dissolved by a small amount of alcohol respectively to prepare the rooting agent containing the cytokinin, the indolebutyric acid and the naphthylacetic acid with the concentrations of 100-200 ppm, 100-200 ppm and 100-200 ppm. Adding the prepared rooting agent into peat soil, uniformly mixing, grasping the substrate with hands, and loosening the substrate to obtain the substrate for wrapping the girdling part.
3. Girdling: in 5-6 months, girdling 3cm below the growth promoting young shoots by using a girdling knife at 10-15 cm, and removing phloem to the depth of xylem; and simultaneously, retracting and trimming the upper branches.
4. And (3) wrapping: wrapping the branches with phloem removed by using a high-pressure propagation box filled with the prepared substrate, and fully contacting the substrate with the branches.
5. And (4) post management: constantly pay attention to the change of the water content of the matrix in the high-pressure propagation box, and if the internal matrix is too dry, water needs to be supplemented in time.
6. Trimming and potting: and in 11-12 months, cutting off the rooted branch groups, removing the high-pressure propagation box, and planting the branch groups in the hole pots.
And (3) counting the survival rate after potting, as shown in the table 1, utilizing different rooting agent combinations, cutting off the rooted branches in 11-12 months, removing the high-pressure propagation box, and planting the branches in a cave pot to obtain the survival rate of 84.44-96.67%.
