The filter 815 is internally provided with three stages of filtering, wherein the first stage is a drawer type filtering frame of a water return port and is made of a 40-mesh stainless steel filter screen; the second stage is a plugboard type filter frame in front of a water pump suction port and is made of a 60-mesh stainless steel filter screen; a stainless steel fine filter is arranged at the outlet of the water pump, and an 80-mesh filter bag is arranged in the filter to prevent the nozzle from being blocked.
The rinsing chamber 82 is constructed in the same manner as the cleaning chamber 81.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. The automatic discharging and cleaning system for the wet garbage can is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a. the garbage can is conveyed into the tray lifter through the first conveying line, enters the second conveying line after being lifted, is uncapped on the second conveying line and is conveyed into the skip bucket machine;
b. after the tipping machine clamps the garbage can, the garbage can is turned over, and garbage is dumped into the material receiving facility;
c. the empty garbage can is taken down by the fork lift and is conveyed into the cleaning system in an inverted state through the third conveying line;
d. after the cleaning is finished, the cleaning garbage can is conveyed to the discharging platform.
2. The wet trash can automatic discharge cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the steps of operating in the cleaning system include:
s1, the garbage can enters a cleaning system, and a carrying arm places the garbage can on a roller path;
s2, the garbage can is conveyed into a cleaning chamber by the roller path, and spraying cleaning is started;
s3, the garbage can is sent into a rinsing chamber by the roller path, and spraying rinsing is started;
s4, the garbage can is conveyed into a water blowing chamber by the roller path, and water blowing treatment is started;
and S5, conveying the garbage can out of the cleaning system by the roller path.

The automatic discharge cleaning system for wet trash cans of claim 1 or 2 wherein the tipper includes a tipper shaft; the two sides of the turnover shaft are symmetrically provided with turnover platforms; a platform slide rail is arranged on the overturning platform; the left side and the right side of the platform slide rail are symmetrically provided with clamps.
4. The automatic unloading and cleaning system for wet trash cans of claim 3, wherein the overturning platform holds 2-5 trash cans.
5. The automatic discharge cleaning system for wet trash cans of claim 4 wherein the trash can includes a can lid and a can body; the barrel cover and the barrel body are detachably connected through a buckle.
6. The automatic unloading and cleaning system for the wet trash can of claim 5, wherein a recess is arranged at the center of the can cover; and a handle is arranged in the recess.
7. The automatic unloading and cleaning system for wet trash cans of claim 6 wherein the outer wall of the can body is horizontally provided with two rings of baffles along the can wall; the two rings of baffles are respectively positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the barrel body.

The automatic discharging and cleaning system for the wet garbage can according to claim 2, wherein the top surface, the left surface and the right surface of the inner wall of the cleaning chamber are respectively provided with a nozzle; rotary nozzles are arranged in the cleaning chamber and below the roller path; the bottom of the rotary nozzle is connected with a telescopic frame.

The automatic discharging and cleaning system for wet trash cans as claimed in claim 8, wherein when the cleaning chamber is operated, water is pressurized from the water tank by the water pump and then is pressed into the nozzle and the rotating nozzle through the filter, when the trash can is conveyed to a proper position, the nozzle sprays the outer wall of the trash can from the upper, left and right directions, and the rotating nozzle extends into the interior of the can body from the lower part to perform rotary spraying cleaning on the inner cavity of the can body.
10. The automatic discharge cleaning system for wet trash cans of claim 8, wherein the rinsing chamber and the cleaning chamber are of the same construction.
