Abstract
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种细致毛孔组合物和护肤品。本发明公开了一种细致毛孔组合物,由以下组分制成:乳糖酸、水杨酸和抗坏血酸衍生物。本发明将乳糖酸、水杨酸和抗坏血酸衍生物进行复配,形成的组合物能够有效抑制皮肤油脂分泌和皮肤中的水分散失,保湿和抗氧化作用强,达到了细致毛孔的功效。该组合物中各组分相互配合,具有协同增效作用。该组合物中各组分价格适宜,且不存在使用风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种细致毛孔组合物和护肤品。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和皮肤护理意识的增强,越来越多的人关注面部皮肤的护理,问题肌肤的类型有很多,分为色素沉着、痤疮、敏感肌、衰老等等,其中毛孔粗大的问题也日益凸显。毛孔粗大与基因、油脂分泌、衰老等有关。基因型的毛孔粗大难以从根本上解决。对于油脂分泌过多导致的毛孔粗大,通过抑制油脂分泌,可一定程度上改善。衰老导致的毛孔粗大,主要由于胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白的分解导致毛孔失去物理支撑。导致衰老的因素有很多,一般分为光衰老和自然老化,普遍认为光衰老是主要因素,占比超过80%。
现有技术解决毛孔粗大的手段主要是医疗手段,比如激光治疗、果酸换肤、外用维甲酸等,存在费用高、风险大的问题,而市售的护肤品疗效不佳,治疗周期长。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种细致毛孔组合物和护肤品,本发明细致毛孔组合物能有效细致毛孔,且各原料价格适宜,不存在使用风险。
其具体技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种细致毛孔组合物,由以下组分制成:
乳糖酸、水杨酸和抗坏血酸衍生物。
本发明细致毛孔组合物中乳糖酸具有抗氧化、保湿和去角质的作用,水杨酸具有抗炎、控油和去角质的作用,抗坏血酸衍生物具有抗氧化和美白的作用。本发明将乳糖酸、水杨酸和抗坏血酸衍生物进行复配,形成的组合物能够有效抑制皮肤油脂分泌和皮肤中的水分散失,保湿和抗氧化作用强,达到了细致毛孔的功效。该组合物中各组分相互配合,具有协同增效作用。同时,该组合物稳定性优异,改善了抗坏血酸易变色的问题。
本发明中,乳糖酸、水杨酸和抗坏血酸衍生物的质量比为(1~5):1:(1.3~20),优选为5:1:20、1:1:1、5:1:2、3:1:2。本发明组合物各组分以适宜的配比组合更有利于各组分协同增效作用的产生。
本发明中,所述抗坏血酸衍生物为抗坏血酸葡糖苷、抗坏血酸磷酸酯的盐类、抗坏血酸乙基醚、抗坏血酸四异硬脂酸酯、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯和抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯中的一种或两种以上,优选为抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯。
本发明还提供了上述细致毛孔组合物在护肤品中的应用,所述护肤品的剂型为水剂、啫喱、乳剂、霜剂或面膜。本发明对护肤品的剂型没有特别限制,化妆品领域的常用剂型均可。
本发明还提供了一种护肤品,包括上述细致毛孔组合物。
本发明中,所述护肤品中所述细致毛孔组合物的质量含量为0.3%~17%。
本发明中,按质量百分数计,包括:
乳糖酸0.1-10%;
水杨酸0.1-2%;
抗坏血酸衍生物0.1-5%;
乳化剂0.5-3%;
表面活性剂0.1-1%;
螯合剂0.01-0.05%;
中和剂0.12%~2.3%;
抗氧化剂0.1-0.5%;
柔润剂1-12%;
防腐剂0.1-1%;
余量为水。
优选地,所述细致毛孔组合物中,乳糖酸0.5-5%;
水杨酸0.1-2%;
抗坏血酸衍生物1-3%。
更优选地,乳糖酸1-5%;
水杨酸0.5-2%;
抗坏血酸衍生物1-3%。
本发明中,所述乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺、C13-14异构烷烃和月桂醇聚醚-7混合物。聚丙烯酰胺、C13-14异构烷烃和月桂醇聚醚-7混合物具有优异的乳化、分散和稳定性能,仅通过简单的搅拌即可乳化。所述乳化剂在护肤品的质量含量为0.5-3%,优选为1.5%。
所述表面活性剂选自吐温-20、吐温-60、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-50氢化蓖麻油、PEG-80氢化蓖麻油、PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26、月桂醇聚醚-9或月桂醇聚醚-4。吐温-20安全温和,无刺激性,因此,本发明优选使用吐温-20。所述表面活性剂在护肤品中的质量含量为0.1-1%,优选为0.1~0.5%,更优选为0.3%。
所述螯合剂选自EDTA-2Na或羟乙二磷酸,优选为EDTA-2Na。所述螯合剂在所述护肤品中的质量含量为0.01-0.05%,优选为0.05%。
所述中和剂选自精氨酸、氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾。本发明中和剂用于中和水杨酸,与水杨酸协同作用可保持皮肤水分,柔滑肌肤。精氨酸为碱性氨基酸,可作为pH调节剂,且安全性高,因此,本发明优选使用精氨酸。所述中和剂在所述护肤品中的质量含量为0.12%~2.3%,优选为0.12%、1.3%、1.5%或2.3%。
所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚乙酸酯或生育酚。生育酚乙酸酯是维生素的一种衍生物,稳定性好,且具有较强的还原性,作为体内抗氧化剂,消除体内自由基,减少紫外线对人体的伤害,因此,本发明优选使用生育酚乙酸酯。所述抗氧化剂在所述护肤品中的质量含量为0.1-0.5%,优选为0.5%。
所述柔润剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物油、合成酯或烷烃。本发明柔顺剂由粘度为350cs和5cs的聚二甲基硅氧烷组成,质量比为1:5。本发明柔润剂在护肤品中超润滑作用,聚二甲基硅氧烷柔软性、透气性较好,且对皮肤和粘膜没有刺激,因此本发明优选使用聚二甲基硅氧烷。所述柔润剂在所述护肤品中的质量含量为,优选为,更优选为12%。
所述防腐剂为化妆品安全技术规范中的准用防腐剂及其有防腐作用的植物提取物等。本发明防腐剂用于抑制护肤品中微生物的繁殖,防止化妆品腐败变质。
本发明中,所述护肤品的pH值为3.5-5.5,优选为3.5-5。本发明实验发现,pH过高会使护肤品的稳定性变差。
本发明还提供了上述护肤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将水杨酸、中和剂和水混合,加热至60~70度,搅拌溶解;
步骤2:向步骤1溶液中依次加入乳糖酸、螯合剂、防腐剂、表面活性剂和乳化剂,搅拌溶解;
步骤3:向步骤2溶液中加入柔润剂、抗坏血酸衍生物和抗氧化剂后,以8000-9000rpm均质2分钟,搅拌均匀,即得护肤品。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:

具体实施方式
为使得本发明的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例中各原料均为市购。
本发明实施例中,聚丙烯酰胺、C13-14异构烷烃、月桂醇聚醚-7混合物的商品名为SEPIGELTM305,欧蓍草提取物商品名为Neurobiox。
实施例1~实施例4
实施例1~4为护肤品的制备,按表1的用量称取原料,具体制备步骤如下:
1、水相:将去离子水、水杨酸和精氨酸混合,加热至65℃,至完全溶解。
2、向步骤1混合液中依次加入乳糖酸、甘醇酸、EDTA-2Na、防腐剂和吐温20,搅拌至均匀;
3、向步骤2制得的混合液中加入聚丙烯酰胺、C13-14异构烷烃和月桂醇聚醚-7;
4、将抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、生育酚乙酸酯混合后加入步骤3料体中,均质8000rpm,均质2分钟,搅拌至均匀;
5、出料灌装。
对比例1~对比例7
对比例1~7为护肤品的制备,按表2的用量称取原料,具体制备步骤同实施例1~7。其中,甘醇酸具有乳糖酸去角质功能,欧蓍草提取物具有乳糖酸的细致毛孔功能。对比例2采用欧蓍草提取物替换乳糖酸,对比例3采用甘醇酸替换乳糖酸。
实施例5
本实施例对实施例1~4和对比例1~7制得的护肤品的细致毛孔效果进行验证
使用人群:20-35岁,女性。
使用方法:全脸早晚使用一次,每次用量1-1.5g(用量根据脸部面积进行适宜调整)。
测试方法:面部照片拍摄VISIA-CR及IPP图像分析
该仪器结合数码照相技术,具备多种光源(2种标准光、UV光、交叉偏振光、平行偏振光),提高了皮肤分析的可视程度。
拍摄区域:左、中、右。
拍摄光源:标准光源1、标准光源2、平行偏振光、交叉偏振光、UV光源分析指标:选用标准光源2的照片,并在左、右两侧各选取一个尺寸为1051×991像素大小的区域,分析可识别毛孔面积占比(分析区域见图1)
拍摄时间:于使用前、使用使用4周后进行拍摄,毛孔面积改善率=(使用前-使用后)/使用前
测试结果如表3所示。
从表3的测试结果可知,相比于对比例1仅采用水杨酸+抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯的组合物,对比例2采用抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯+欧蓍草提取物的组合物,对比例3采用甘醇酸水杨酸+抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯,对比例5采用乳糖酸+水杨酸,对比例6采用乳糖酸+抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯,采用实施例1~4采用乳糖酸+水杨酸+抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯的组合物制得的护肤品对皮肤毛孔的改善率高,改善效果显著。相比于对比例4~5乳糖酸+水杨酸+抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯的用量,采用实施例1~4乳糖酸+水杨酸+抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯的用量制得的护肤品对皮肤毛孔的改善效果更显著。
实施例6
本实施例对实施例1~4和对比例1~5制得的护肤品的稳定性进行测试,测试温度50摄氏度(于烘箱中进行测试),测试时间为4周。
测试结果如表3所示,实施例提供的护肤品的稳定性优异,抗坏血酸未变色。

Claims (10)
1.一种细致毛孔组合物,其特征在于,由以下组分制成:
乳糖酸、水杨酸和抗坏血酸衍生物;
乳糖酸和水杨酸的质量比为1~5:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的细致毛孔组合物,其特征在于,乳糖酸、水杨酸和抗坏血酸衍生物的质量比为(1~5):1:(1.3~20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的细致毛孔组合物,其特征在于,所述抗坏血酸衍生物为抗坏血酸葡糖苷、抗坏血酸磷酸酯的盐类、抗坏血酸乙基醚、抗坏血酸四异硬脂酸酯、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯和抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯中的一种或两种以上。
4.权利要求1至3任意一项所述的细致毛孔组合物在护肤品中的应用,其特征在于,所述护肤品的剂型为水剂、啫喱、乳剂、霜剂或面膜。
5.一种护肤品,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至3任意一项所述的细致毛孔组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的护肤品,其特征在于,所述护肤品中所述细致毛孔组合物的质量含量为0.3%~17%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的护肤品,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,包括:
乳糖酸 0.1-10%;
水杨酸 0.1-2%;
抗坏血酸衍生物 0.1-5%;
乳化剂 0.5-3%;
表面活性剂 0.1-1%;
螯合剂 0.01-0.05%;
中和剂 0.12%~2.3%;
抗氧化剂 0.1-0.5%;
柔润剂 1-12%;
防腐剂 0.1-1%;
余量为水。
8.根据权利要求7所述的护肤品,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺、C13-14异构烷烃和月桂醇聚醚-7混合物;
所述表面活性剂选自吐温-20、吐温-60、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-50氢化蓖麻油、PEG-80氢化蓖麻油、PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26、月桂醇聚醚-9或月桂醇聚醚-4;
所述螯合剂选自EDTA-2Na或羟乙二磷酸;
所述中和剂选自精氨酸、氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾;
所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚乙酸酯或生育酚;
所述柔润剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、植物油、合成酯或烷烃。
9.根据权利要求5所述的护肤品,其特征在于,所述护肤品的pH值为3.5-5.5。
10.权利要求5所述的护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将水杨酸、中和剂和水混合,加热至60~70度,搅拌溶解;
步骤2:向步骤1溶液中依次加入乳糖酸、螯合剂、防腐剂、表面活性剂和乳化剂,搅拌溶解;
步骤3:向步骤2溶液中加入柔润剂、抗坏血酸衍生物和抗氧化剂后,以8000-9000rpm均质2分钟,搅拌均匀,即得护肤品。
