Abstract
本发明涉及减速机领域,提供了一种钢厂大包回转台减速机。利用两个相互垂直的输入轴输入,在一个输入轴的电机故障时,另一输入轴电机输入,保持输入回转台的连续运转。同时可以避免回转台空间限制造成的电机安装的问题;提高减速的适用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及减速机领域,具体涉及一种钢厂大包回转台减速机。
背景技术
炼钢厂的大包回转台用于支承转运钢水包,通过大包回转台的旋转将盛满钢水的钢水包转到浇钢位置,同时把浇注完的空包转到受包位置。回转台的转动由减速机驱动,由于回转台处于高温高振动的环境,减速机的驱动电机容易发生故障,且需要定期进行维护与检修,回转台需要停机,对生产影响。
发明内容
为了满足钢厂大包持续运行的要求,本发明的目的在于提供一种双输入的钢厂大包回转台减速机。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种钢厂大包回转台减速机,包括箱体,箱体内有轴承竖直支承有第一中间轴、第二中间轴和输出轴,所述第一中间轴由中间齿轮副驱动第二中间轴,第二中间轴由输出齿轮副驱动输出轴,所述箱体第一中间轴上安装有大锥齿轮,所述箱体内由轴承座支承有第一输入轴和第二输入轴,所述第一、第二输入轴为锥齿轮轴,所述第一、第二输入轴同时与大锥齿轮啮合,所述第一、第二输入轴垂直设置。
进一步地,所述第一输入轴安装有箱体的左右,第二输入轴安装于箱体的后侧。
再进一步地,所述输出轴的顶部伸出箱体外侧,输出轴伸出端安装有两个键。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:利用两个相互垂直的输入轴输入,在一个输入轴的电机故障时,另一输入轴电机输入,保持输入回转台的连续运转。同时可以避免回转台空间限制造成的电机安装的问题;提高减速的适用性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:如图所示,一种钢厂大包回转台减速机,包括箱体,箱体由上箱体1和下箱体2组成,上、下箱体1,2间由轴承座3支撑有第一输入轴4和第二输入轴5,第一、第二输出轴4,5为水平轴且相互垂直,第一、第二输入轴4,5为锥齿轮轴,第一输入轴4伸出端位于箱体的左侧,第二输入轴5的伸出端位于箱体的后侧。箱体内由轴承竖直支承有第一中间轴6、第二中间轴7和输出轴8,第一中间轴6上安装有大锥齿轮9,第一、第二输入轴4,5同时啮合大锥齿轮9,提供双的输入。第一中间轴6由中间齿轮副10驱动第二中间轴7,第二中间轴7由输出齿轮副11驱动输出轴8。输出轴8自箱体的顶部输出,输出轴8的输出端安装有两个键12,用于与回转台连接,两个键的相位差为120度。
由于该减速机为垂直的双输入轴输入,在实际应用时,可以选择单输入,根据回转台的结构和电机安装空间,选择合适的输入轴连接输入电机;可以选择两根输入轴同时连接输入电机,,两个电机可以一用一备,在一台电机故障时,切换另一台,避免影响生产;也可以一台电机驱动正转,另一台电机驱动反转,达到回转台减速机回转的功能;还可以一个输入轴连接输入电机,另一输入轴连接刹车装置,在回转台转动到固定位置时提供软刹车,降低回转台和大包的振动和冲击,提高安全性能。

1.一种钢厂大包回转台减速机,包括箱体,箱体内有轴承竖直支承有第一中间轴、第二中间轴和输出轴,所述第一中间轴由中间齿轮副驱动第二中间轴,第二中间轴由输出齿轮副驱动输出轴,其特征在于,所述箱体第一中间轴上安装有大锥齿轮,所述箱体内由轴承座支承有第一输入轴和第二输入轴,所述第一、第二输入轴为锥齿轮轴,所述第一、第二输入轴同时与大锥齿轮啮合,所述第一、第二输入轴垂直设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢厂大包回转台减速机,其特征在于,所述第一输入轴安装有箱体的左右,第二输入轴安装于箱体的后侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢厂大包回转台减速机,其特征在于,所述输出轴的顶部伸出箱体外侧,输出轴伸出端安装有两个键。
