S1、将表面活性剂、二甲苯磺酸钠、渗透剂、络合剂、乙醇、蓖麻油酸钠、生物酶分别溶解于去离子水中在搅拌机内搅拌至其完全溶解,搅拌机的转速为800转/min,然后用柠檬酸和氢氧化钠调节酸碱度,使其酸碱度趋于中性后停止搅拌,静置备用;
S2、将氢氧化钠溶于去离子水,然后将氢氧化钠水溶液缓慢加入蓖麻油中并快速搅拌,此时转速为3200转/min,并缓慢加入去离子水进行稀释,待溶液平稳,用柠檬酸、氢氧化钠和柠檬酸钠调节其酸碱度,使其酸碱度趋于中性,继续搅拌25-35min,然后静置4-6h备用;
S3、将所有溶液混合搅拌25-35min,使其充分混合后加入防腐剂,搅拌5-10min后关闭搅拌机静置10-12h,待沉淀物完全沉淀即可制得。

S3、将所有溶液混合搅拌25-35min,使其充分混合后加入防腐剂0.04份,搅拌5-10min后关闭搅拌机静置10-12h,待沉淀物完全沉淀即可制得。
实施例2
一种新型布艺除味剂,其原料按重量份比包括:表面活性剂1.2份,二甲苯磺酸钠0.5份,柠檬酸钠0.7份,氢氧化钠0.12份,柠檬酸0.12份,防腐剂0.06份,0.12份渗透剂,络合剂0.12份,乙醇2.2份,蓖麻油0.9份,蓖麻油酸钠0.012份,生物酶1.2份,去离子水94.84份。
其制作方法具体包括以下步骤:
S1、将1.2份表面活性剂、0.5份二甲苯磺酸钠、0.12份渗透剂、0.12份络合剂、2.2份乙醇、0.012份蓖麻油酸钠、1.2份生物酶分别溶解于82.84份去离子水中在搅拌机内搅拌至其完全溶解,搅拌机的转速为800转/min,然后用0.06份柠檬酸和0.01份氢氧化钠调节酸碱度,使其酸碱度趋于中性后停止搅拌,静置备用;
S2、将0.1氢氧化钠溶于2份去离子水,然后将氢氧化钠水溶液缓慢加入0.9份的蓖麻油中并快速搅拌,此时转速为3200转/min,并缓慢加入10份去离子水进行稀释,待溶液平稳,用0.06份柠檬酸、0.01份氢氧化钠和0.7份柠檬酸钠调节其酸碱度,使其酸碱度趋于中性,继续搅拌25-35min,然后静置4-6h备用;
S3、将所有溶液混合搅拌25-35min,使其充分混合后加入防腐剂0.06份,搅拌5-10min后关闭搅拌机静置10-12h,待沉淀物完全沉淀即可制得。
实施例3
一种新型布艺除味剂,其原料按重量份比包括:表面活性剂1份,二甲苯磺酸钠0.4份,柠檬酸钠0.6份,氢氧化钠0.1份,柠檬酸0.1份,防腐剂0.05份,渗透剂0.1份,络合剂0.1份,乙醇2份,蓖麻油0.8份,蓖麻油酸钠0.01份,生物酶1份,去离子水93.84份。
其制作方法具体包括以下步骤:
S1、将1份表面活性剂、0.4份二甲苯磺酸钠、0.1份渗透剂、0.1份络合剂、2份乙醇、0.01份蓖麻油酸钠、1份生物酶分别溶解于84.25份去离子水中在搅拌机内搅拌至其完全溶解,搅拌机的转速为800转/min,然后用0.05份柠檬酸和0.01份氢氧化钠调节酸碱度,使其酸碱度趋于中性后停止搅拌,静置备用;
S2、将0.08份氢氧化钠溶于1.6份去离子水,然后将氢氧化钠水溶液缓慢加入0.8份的蓖麻油中并快速搅拌,此时转速为3200转/min,并缓慢加入8份去离子水进行稀释,待溶液平稳,用0.05份柠檬酸、0.01份氢氧化钠和0.6份柠檬酸钠调节其酸碱度,使其酸碱度趋于中性,继续搅拌25-35min,然后静置4-6h备用;
S3、将所有溶液混合搅拌25-35min,使其充分混合后加入0.05份防腐剂,搅拌5-10min后关闭搅拌机静置10-12h,待沉淀物完全沉淀即可制得。
综上所述,该新型布艺除味剂及其制作方法,通过加入二甲苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸钠、氢氧化钠、防腐剂、络合剂、乙醇、蓖麻油、蓖麻油酸钠和生物酶,不会对布艺造成褪色,变色损坏,通过加入渗透剂可快速渗透,反应迅速,对各种布艺异味均有明显除味作用,并且制作过程简单易操作。

1.一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:其原料按重量份比包括:表面活性剂0.8-1.2份,二甲苯磺酸钠0.3-0.5份,柠檬酸钠0.5-0.7份,氢氧化钠0.08-0.12份,柠檬酸0.08-0.12份,防腐剂0.04-0.06份,渗透剂0.08-0.12份,络合剂0.08-0.12份,乙醇1.8-2.2份,蓖麻油0.7-0.9份,蓖麻油酸钠0.008-0.012份,生物酶0.8-1.2份,去离子水92.84-94.84份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:其原料按重量份比包括:表面活性剂0.8份,二甲苯磺酸钠0.3份,柠檬酸钠0.5份,氢氧化钠0.08份,柠檬酸0.08份,防腐剂0.04份,渗透剂0.08份,络合剂0.08份,乙醇1.8份,蓖麻油0.7份,蓖麻油酸钠0.008份,生物酶0.8份,去离子水92.84份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:其原料按重量份比包括:表面活性剂1.2份,二甲苯磺酸钠0.5份,柠檬酸钠0.7份,氢氧化钠0.12份,柠檬酸0.12份,防腐剂0.06份,渗透剂0.12份,络合剂0.12份,乙醇2.2份,蓖麻油0.9份,蓖麻油酸钠0.012份,生物酶1.2份,去离子水94.84份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:其原料按重量份比包括:表面活性剂1份,二甲苯磺酸钠0.4份,柠檬酸钠0.6份,氢氧化钠0.1份,柠檬酸0.1份,防腐剂0.05份,渗透剂0.1份,络合剂0.1份,乙醇2份,蓖麻油0.8份,蓖麻油酸钠0.01份,生物酶1份,去离子水93.84份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠、蓖麻油酸锌脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:所述渗透剂包括异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:所述络合剂包括柠檬酸、羟基乙叉二磷酸和乙二胺四乙酸四钠的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂包括苯甲酸钠和卡松的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种新型布艺除味剂,其特征在于:其制作方法具体包括以下步骤:
S1、将表面活性剂、二甲苯磺酸钠、渗透剂、络合剂、乙醇、蓖麻油酸钠、生物酶分别溶解于去离子水中在搅拌机内搅拌至其完全溶解,搅拌机的转速为800转/min,然后用柠檬酸和氢氧化钠调节酸碱度,使其酸碱度趋于中性后停止搅拌,静置备用;
S2、将氢氧化钠溶于去离子水,然后将氢氧化钠水溶液缓慢加入蓖麻油中并快速搅拌,此时转速为3200转/min,并缓慢加入去离子水进行稀释,待溶液平稳,用柠檬酸、氢氧化钠和柠檬酸钠调节其酸碱度,使其酸碱度趋于中性,继续搅拌25-35min,然后静置4-6h备用;
S3、将所有溶液混合搅拌25-35min,使其充分混合后加入防腐剂,搅拌5-10min后关闭搅拌机静置10-12h,待沉淀物完全沉淀即可制得。
