the glue spreading platform is provided with a photoelectric sensor, and a transmitting end and a receiving end of the photoelectric sensor are respectively arranged on two sides of the glue spreading workbench;
the product detection platform comprises a pneumatic indexing disc and at least one fixed support, wherein the pneumatic indexing disc is arranged on the main bottom plate, and a detection tray or a clamp is arranged on the pneumatic indexing disc; the fixed support is positioned at the periphery of the pneumatic indexing disc, a camera and a light source which face the detection tray or the clamp are arranged on the fixed support, the camera is used for shooting pictures of products on the detection tray or the clamp and conveying the pictures to the image processing unit, and the image processing unit is used for carrying out defect detection on the products;
and a control unit is arranged in the control platform and is electrically connected with the limit sensor, the photoelectric sensor, the X-axis driving device, the Z-axis driving device, the Y-axis driving device and the pneumatic dividing plate respectively.

The automatic gluing device with the detection platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the needle assembly comprises a needle cylinder frame, a needle cylinder, a needle head connecting piece and a needle head, the needle cylinder is fixedly arranged on the Z-axis sliding block through the needle cylinder frame, and the needle head is arranged on the needle cylinder through the needle head connecting piece.

The automatic gluing device with the detection platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the X-axis guide rail device comprises an X-axis base plate, an X-axis rail and an X-axis lead screw, the X-axis base plate is fixed on the XZ-axis bracket, the X-axis rail is fixed on the X-axis base plate, the X-axis lead screw is parallel to the X-axis rail and is rotatably disposed on the X-axis base plate, and the X-axis slider is movably disposed on the X-axis rail and the X-axis lead screw respectively; the X-axis driving device comprises a first motor and a first gear transmission assembly, wherein the first motor is fixedly arranged on the X-axis bottom plate and is in driving connection with the X-axis lead screw through the first gear transmission assembly;
the Z-axis guide rail device comprises a Z-axis bottom plate, a Z-axis rail bar and a Z-axis lead screw, the Z-axis bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the X-axis sliding block, the Z-axis rail bar is fixed on the Z-axis bottom plate, the Z-axis lead screw is parallel to the Z-axis rail bar and is rotatably arranged on the Z-axis bottom plate, and the Z-axis sliding block is movably arranged on the Z-axis rail bar and the Z-axis lead screw respectively; the Z-axis driving device comprises a second motor and a second gear transmission assembly, the second motor is fixedly arranged on the Z-axis bottom plate and is in driving connection with the Z-axis lead screw through the second gear transmission assembly;
the Y-axis guide rail device comprises a Y-axis bottom plate, a Y-axis rail bar and a Y-axis screw rod, the Y-axis bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the control platform, the Y-axis rail bar is fixed on the Y-axis bottom plate, the Y-axis screw rod is parallel to the Y-axis rail bar and is rotatably arranged on the Y-axis bottom plate, and the Y-axis slider is movably arranged on the Y-axis rail bar and the Y-axis screw rod respectively; the Y-axis driving device comprises a third motor and a third gear transmission assembly, the third motor is fixedly arranged on the Y-axis bottom plate and is in driving connection with the Y-axis lead screw through the third gear transmission assembly;
the first motor, the second motor and the third motor are all electrically connected with the control unit.

The automatic gluing device with the detection platform as claimed in claim 3, wherein drag chains are respectively arranged between the X-axis bottom plate and the X-axis slide block, between the Z-axis bottom plate and the Z-axis slide block, and between the Y-axis bottom plate and the Y-axis slide block.
5. The automatic gluing device with the detection platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the XZ-axis bracket is a portal frame, the lower end of the XZ-axis bracket is fixed on the general bottom plate, and two sides of the XZ-axis bracket are fixed on two sides of the control platform.

The automatic gluing device with the detection platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pneumatic indexing plate comprises a base, a rotating plate and a driving cylinder, and the base is fixed on the general bottom plate; the driving air cylinder is installed on the outer side wall of the base, the turntable is rotatably arranged on the base, and the driving air cylinder is in driving connection with the turntable;
the detection tray or the clamp is fixedly arranged on the turntable;
the driving cylinder is electrically connected with the control unit.

The automatic gluing device with the detection platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control platform is further provided with a display panel, a control keyboard for controlling the gluing movement direction and speed, a start button in XYZ directions, an emergency stop button, a start button and a power switch, which are respectively electrically connected with the control unit.
9. The automatic gluing device with the detection platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control platform is further provided with a communication port for communication connection with a computer, and gluing tracks can be customized by the computer.
