Claims (5)
1. The ternary protein powder is characterized by comprising the following substances in percentage by weight: 50% of animal protein, 25% of plant protein and 0-25% of functional peptide powder.
2. The three-element protein powder as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the functional peptide powder is prepared from mushroom protein.
3. The three-element protein powder as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the animal protein is whey protein, and the plant protein is soybean protein isolate.
4. The preparation method of the three-component protein powder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, which comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively crushing and grinding raw materials of animal protein, plant protein and functional peptide powder, and separately storing;
(2) accurately weighing the crushed raw materials according to the formula proportion, directly putting the raw materials into a mixer, starting the mixer to stir and mix for 5-8 minutes to obtain uniformly mixed powder;
(3) screening the mixed powder to obtain mixed fine powder;
(4) weighing the mixed fine powder and packaging.

The preparation method of the three-component protein powder as claimed in claim 4, which is characterized in that: the peptide powder is functional peptide powder with the functions of expanding blood vessels and lowering blood pressure, and the preparation method of the functional peptide powder comprises the following steps: pouring mushroom protein into a reaction kettle, stirring for 5-20 minutes, and simultaneously ensuring that the temperature in the reaction kettle is 80-100 ℃; after stirring, reducing the temperature in the kettle to 15-55 ℃, and then adding saccharides accounting for 1-8% of the total weight of the mushroom proteins; further, adding a composite leaven which is 0.1-5% of the total weight of the mushroom proteins into the reaction kettle for fermentation, stopping fermentation after 48-144 hours of fermentation, and adjusting the pH value of the solution in the reaction kettle to 6.0-8.5; then, introducing the solution in the reaction kettle into a filter for filtering, and simultaneously carrying out decoloration treatment on the filtered solution through activated carbon; and finally, treating the decolorized solution by using freeze drying equipment to obtain functional peptide powder.
