Abstract
一种电火花磨削复合加工工具,包括砂轮基体(1)、磨削段(5)和电极段(2),所述砂轮基体(1)为圆盘状,所述磨削段(5)与所述电极段(2)交替设置于所述砂轮基体(1)的外缘端面,通过设置高性能电极段(2)与磨削段(5)相间分布的砂轮工具,在一次装夹范围内即可完成超硬与难磨削材料的高效率粗加工和高质量精加工。还提供了这种电火花磨削复合加工工具的制备方法及电火花磨削复合加工方法。
