车辆车轮轮毂组中的滚子轴承需要有效的保护,以免受诸如水、泥土和灰尘的外部污染物的影响,这种滚动轴承介于带外部凸缘的支撑轮毂与车辆的立柱的支撑销之间。

从前述内容中显而易见的是,采用简单的刚性的环形遮蔽件80与轮毂51的圆柱形自由端部14的简单机械加工相结合以获得锥形表面16,提供了明显占据较小的轴向空间并且易于制造且制造经济的密封单元10。锥形表面16和在前腔11区域中的圆柱形表面15的动态作用与环形遮蔽件80(特别是离心部分85)的静态作用之间的协同作用,能够在滚子轴承60上实现有效且可靠的密封以及保护作用,随着时间的流逝,该有效且可靠的密封以及保护作用仍被保持,并且不会遭受任何元件的磨损,然而元件的磨损可能会在存在动态弹性密封唇的情况下发生。最后,使用安装在销52上的简单的环形遮蔽件80,不仅确保了密封单元10的非常容易的组装以及潜在的拆卸,而且避免了对销52进行任何机械加工的需要,然而在使用动态弹性密封唇的情况下对销52进行机械加工将是必要的。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于车辆用的车轮轮毂组(50)的密封单元(10),所述车轮轮毂组(50)设置有介于用于车辆车轮的旋转轮毂(51)与所述车辆的立柱的固定销(52)之间的滚子轴承(60),所述密封单元(10)包括环形前腔(11)、动态部分(12)和静态部分(13),所述环形前腔(11)配置在所述滚子轴承(60)的轴向前部位置处,所述动态部分(12)在使用时绕着轴线(A)旋转,所述静态部分(13)与所述动态部分(12)配合以保护所述滚子轴承(60)免受外部污染物的影响,所述密封单元(10)的特征在于,所述动态部分(12)具有形成在所述轮毂(51)的自由端部上的离心表面(16),并且,以组合的方式,所述静态部分(13)包括固定遮蔽件(80),所述固定遮蔽件(80)在所述前腔(11)内部装配到所述支撑销(52)上并且具有面对所述离心表面(16)的离心部分(85),以促进将污染物驱逐和排放到所述环形前腔(11)外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封单元,其特征在于,所述离心部分(85)和所述离心表面(16)一起限定出锥形间隙(86),所述锥形间隙(86)使所述环形前腔(11)与所述密封单元(8)的外部联通,或者所述锥形间隙(86)朝向所述滚子轴承(60)的外部敞开。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密封单元,其特征在于,所述动态部分(12)具有形成在所述轮毂(51)的自由端部上的预离心表面(15),所述预离心表面(15)与所述离心表面(16)配合以将污染物从所述前腔(11)驱逐和排放。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封单元,其特征在于,所述固定遮蔽件(80)是U形的,并且朝向所述预离心表面(15)开口,以在所述前腔(11)中的任何污染物内产生湍流。
5.根据权利要求4所述的密封单元,其特征在于,所述固定遮蔽件(80)包括装配到所述销(52)的装配部分(81)以及与所述装配部分(81)形成U形遮蔽件(80)的第一凸缘部分(82)和第二凸缘部分(83),其中,所述第一凸缘部分(82)在径向上短于所述第二凸缘部分(83),并且所述第一凸缘部分(82)在轴向上面对所述滚子轴承(60)配置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的密封单元,其特征在于,所述离心部分(85)在面对所述离心表面(16)的位置处由所述第二凸缘部分(83)支撑。
