the movable assembly comprises a fixed box (28), a driving plate (29), a driving rod (30) and a plurality of elastic ropes (31), wherein the fixed box (28) is fixed at the bottom in a base (1), two ends of each branch pipe (26) are respectively communicated with the two fixed boxes (28), the driving plate (29) is arranged in the fixed box (28), the driving plate (29) is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the fixed box (28), two ends of the driving rod (30) are respectively fixedly connected with the lower part of the driving plate (29) and the fixed plate (27), a plurality of round holes are formed in the lower part of the base (1), the number of the round holes is equal to the number of the elastic ropes (31), the round holes are circumferentially arranged above the fixed plate (27) by taking the axis of the driving rod (30) as the center, two ends of each elastic rope (31) are respectively fixedly connected with the lower part of the fixed box (28) and the upper part of the fixed plate (27), and the elastic ropes (31) penetrate through the round holes.
