The energy-saving and environment-friendly irrigation equipment with the adjusting function is characterized by comprising a base (2), a water tank (3), a connecting pipe (4), a water pump (5), a hose (6), a nozzle (27), an adjusting mechanism, an energy-saving mechanism and four wheels (1), wherein the four wheels (1) are respectively fixed at four corners below the base (2), the water tank (3) and the water pump (5) are both fixed above the base (2), the water pump (5) is communicated with the water tank (3) through the connecting pipe (4), a water inlet is arranged above one side of the water tank (3) far away from the water pump (5), the water pump (5) is communicated with the nozzle (27) through the hose (6), the nozzle (27) is arranged above the water tank (3) through the adjusting mechanism, the energy-saving mechanism is arranged on the water tank (3), the adjusting mechanism is connected with the energy-saving mechanism, a PLC is arranged in the base (2), and the water pump (5) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the energy-saving mechanism comprises a rotating assembly, two solar panels (7), two transmission assemblies and two dust removal assemblies, wherein the rotating assembly is arranged inside the connecting pipe (4), the transmission assemblies correspond to the dust removal assemblies one by one, the rotating assemblies are connected with the dust removal assemblies through the transmission assemblies, and the two solar panels (7) are respectively fixed on two sides of the water tank (3);
the dust removal component comprises a reciprocating unit, a connecting rod (18), a rack (19), a cleaning plate (23) and two moving units, wherein the reciprocating unit is arranged inside the base (2), the reciprocating unit is connected with the transmission component, two strip-shaped openings are formed in the upper portion of the base (2), the strip-shaped openings correspond to the dust removal component one by one, one end of the connecting rod (18) is connected with the reciprocating unit, the other end of the connecting rod (18) penetrates through the strip-shaped openings to be arranged above the base (2), the other end of the connecting rod (18) is fixedly connected with the center of the rack (19), one side, close to the solar panel (7), of the water tank (3) is provided with a groove, the rack (19) is arranged inside the groove, the rack (19) is matched with the groove, the rack (19) is connected with the groove in a sliding mode, the two moving units are respectively arranged on two sides of the solar panel (, two ends of the cleaning plate (23) are respectively connected with the two moving units, the rack (19) is connected with the moving units, and the cleaning plate (23) is connected with the adjusting mechanism;
