the environment-friendly mechanism comprises a protective cover (6), a connecting box (9), an activated carbon filter screen (10), a suction nozzle (7), a communicating pipe (8), a driving assembly, a connecting assembly and two air exhaust assemblies, wherein the connecting box (9) is fixed above the charging barrel (3), the activated carbon filter screen (10) is fixed inside the connecting box (9), the protective cover (6) is fixed on the spray gun (5), the suction nozzle (7) is fixed on the inner wall of the protective cover (6), the suction nozzle (7) is communicated with the connecting box (9) through the communicating pipe (8), the two air exhaust assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides above the connecting box (9), the driving assembly is connected with one of the air exhaust assemblies, and the two air exhaust assemblies are connected through the connecting assembly;
the air exhaust assembly comprises an air exhaust box (11), a piston (17), an air inlet pipe (12), an air outlet pipe (13) and a plurality of springs (18), the air exhaust box (11) is fixed above a connecting box (9), the piston (17) is arranged inside the air exhaust box (11), the piston (17) is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the air exhaust box (11), the springs (18) are uniformly distributed below the piston (17), two ends of the springs (18) are respectively connected with the lower part of the piston (17) and the bottom of the air exhaust box (11), the air exhaust box (11) is communicated with the connecting box (9) through the air inlet pipe (12), the air exhaust box (11) is communicated with the air outlet pipe (13), one-way valves are arranged in the air inlet pipe (12) and the air outlet pipe (13), the one-way valves are electrically connected with the PLC, the two pistons (17) are connected through a connecting assembly, and the driving assembly is arranged at the top of one air exhaust box (11), the drive assembly is connected with one of the pistons (17);
the anti-caking mechanism comprises a first filter screen (21), a stirring component and a scraping component, the first filter screen (21) is fixed in the charging barrel (3), the stirring component and the scraping component are both arranged in the charging barrel (3), and the stirring component is connected with the scraping component;
the stirring subassembly includes first motor (22), pivot (23) and a plurality of stirring piece (24), one side that is close to handle (2) at feed cylinder (3) is fixed in first motor (22), one side that is close to first motor (22) of feed cylinder (3) is equipped with the aperture, first motor (22) is connected with the one end transmission of pivot (23), the other end of pivot (23) passes the inside of aperture setting at feed cylinder (3), stirring piece (24) circumference is evenly fixed on the other end of pivot (23), pivot (23) with strike off the subassembly and be connected.

The environment-friendly spraying system with anti-caking function according to claim 1, wherein the scraping assembly comprises a transmission unit, a transmission shaft (27), a first bevel gear (28), a second bevel gear (29), a connecting shaft (30), a scraper (31), a first bearing and two second bearings, the two second bearings are respectively fixedly connected with the inner walls of the two sides of the charging barrel (3), the two ends of the transmission shaft (27) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner rings of the two second bearings, the transmission shaft (27) is connected with a rotating shaft (23) through the transmission unit, the rotating shaft (23) is arranged in parallel with the transmission shaft (27), the first bevel gear (28) is fixed on the transmission shaft (27), the two ends of the connecting shaft (30) are respectively fixedly connected with the scraper (31) and the second bevel gear (29), and the first bearing is fixed inside the charging barrel (3), the connecting shaft (30) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the first bearing, the connecting shaft (30) is perpendicular to the transmission shaft (27), the first bevel gear (28) is meshed with the second bevel gear (29), and the scraper (31) abuts against the upper side of the first filter screen (21).
