技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输工具和一种用于输出由运输工具的驾驶员接管车辆驾驶的请求(接管请求,英文“Take-Over-Request”(TOR))的装置。尤其是本发明涉及一种如下改进的安全性,即,实际上并且也可在故障情况下输出所述请求。
背景技术
当前私人交通的自动化正在迅速发展。但在量产车辆中目前仅已知这样的驾驶员辅助系统,所述驾驶员辅助系统在存在无法再在传感技术上/自动地进行充分可操纵的情形时要求驾驶员接管车辆驾驶。对于驾驶员辅助功能、尤其是对于那些具有用于高度自动驾驶(HAF)的应用的驾驶员辅助功能的功能显示,到目前为止尚未采用具有硬件冗余度的长/大面积功能显示。更确切地说,通常在显示器上显示标记(英文“Icon”)并且替代或附加地输出声音信号,以请求驾驶员接管车辆驾驶。由于缺乏冗余度,通过该功能显示可达到的安全等级也是有限的(例如达到按照ASIL-B的等级或更高的安全等级)。

控制设备也可设置在运输工具的方向盘内部。以此方式可特别简单且低成本地(例如通过常规布线)将其电气和/或信息技术地连接到LED灯带。该控制设备尤其是可接管光信号的类型以及为此所需的对LED灯带的LED的控制。该控制设备优选可与设置在方向盘外部的第二控制设备电气和/或信息技术地连接。该连接可包括滑动接触和/或电感耦合。但由于方向盘最大可能旋转的次数有限,有线或导线连接的信息/能量传输也是可能的。设置在方向盘外部的第二控制设备尤其是可负责执行当前要求由驾驶员接管车辆驾驶的驾驶员辅助功能。换句话说,设置在方向盘外部的控制设备尤其是可用于发起接管请求(TOR)。
优选所述装置还可包括光学扩散器,该光学扩散器构造用于在光学上均匀化从第一LED灯带和第二LED灯带发出的光。光学扩散器可作为“乳白色”盖罩设置在LED灯带上方。换句话说,通过设置光学扩散器驾驶员无法从外部单独地识别各个LED,由此增强了在一个LED灯带故障之后输出的光信号也没有变化的印象。
设置在方向盘内部的控制设备可具有一个微控制器,该微控制器接管第一LED灯带和第二LED灯带的控制。为了监控微控制器的高效能性,看门狗可在信息技术上与微控制器连接并且只要微控制器的高效能性存疑时就发出警告信号。另外,可在第一控制设备中设置总线控制器,以便与车辆基础设施、尤其是与设置在方向盘外部的第二控制设备进行通信。总线控制器尤其是可构造为CAN总线控制器、Flex-Ray总线控制器、Most总线控制器等。
代替或附加于看门狗,控制设备也可具有另一微控制器,每个微控制器构造用于控制控制设备的一个相应电气端子。此外,这两个微控制器可具有彼此之间的信息技术连接,通过该信息技术连接它们可相互监控高效能性并且在需要的情况下甚至可(临时)接管另一微控制器的功能并且替代或附加地可将相应另一微控制器的故障通知设置在方向盘外部的控制设备。
根据本发明的第二方面,提出一种运输工具,其例如可构造为轿车、交通工具、卡车、飞机和/或船只。所述运输工具尤其是具有驾驶员辅助功能,该驾驶员辅助功能在需要的情况下被关闭。为了能够输出由运输工具的驾驶员接管车辆驾驶的请求,设置根据本发明的第一方面的根据本发明的装置。特征、特征组合和优点为了避免重复参考上述说明而以相应的方式得知。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的装置10的一种实施例的示意图,该装置安装在用于轿车的方向盘9中。方向盘9的方向盘轮缘被两个LED灯带1、2环绕,所述灯带的LED3、4彼此交替地交错设置并且在整体上线形地包围方向盘轮缘。在控制设备7的接口8上的电气端子5、6设置用于借助这两个LED灯带1、2输出基本上彼此相同的光模式,以用于输出共同的光信号作为由驾驶员接管车辆驾驶的请求。与屏幕相比,使用单个的LED可产生显著更高的光强,由此大大提高了对于驾驶员的报警潜力。这两个LED灯带1、2形成了互补的环形总线拓扑,在所述环形总线拓扑中例如使用两个总线/汇流条来控制LED3、4。对于技术人员显而易见的是,可将其它LED灯带和LED集成到装置中,以便再一次增加冗余度。
图2示出根据本发明的装置10的第二种实施例,该装置通过方向盘9缓冲器(Pralltopf)中的第一控制设备7和经由信息技术接口12与方向盘9外部的第二控制设备11信息技术连接。控制设备11尤其是设置用于接管驾驶员辅助功能以及确定是否需要发出由驾驶员接管车辆驾驶的请求,而位于方向盘9中的控制设备7尤其是设置用于根据本发明控制LED灯带1、2以输出上述光信号。
图3示出可根据本发明使用的控制设备7的部件的示意图,该控制设备的微控制器15构造用于经由电气端子5、6来控制(未示出的)LED灯带。在信息技术上与微控制器15连接的看门狗13构造用于监控或检查微控制器15的符合规定的功能。微控制器15构造用于经由总线控制器14与设置在控制设备7外部的实体进行通信。
图4示出控制设备7的一种替代实施方式,其与图3相结合示出。代替看门狗13设置一个附加微控制器16,其在信息技术上既与微控制器15又与总线控制器14连接。在正常情况下,微控制器15接管第二电气端子6的控制,而附加微控制器16经由第一电气端子5接管第一LED灯带的控制。这两个微控制器15、16在信息技术上均与总线控制器14连接,该总线控制器构造用于与设置在方向盘外部的实体进行通信。
本发明允许通过具有环形通信拓扑的LED灯带形式的大面积功能显示来发出由运输工具的驾驶员接管车辆驾驶的请求,该功能显示可在封装和成本方面优化地实现。核心思想在于:代替一个环可实现LED灯带形式的两个或可选的三个并行环。在具有两个LED灯带的实施方式中,设置LED的交替布置形式,使得每个具有奇数索引的LED是第一LED灯带的组成部分,而每个具有偶数索引的LED是第二LED灯带的组成部分。在具有三个LED灯带的实施方式中实现相应的布置形式,即代替模2运算将模3运算应用于LED的位置上。一种LED布置形式的替代可能性在于:LED灯带不并行地设置,而是分段地依次设置,例如在方向盘中通过第一LED灯带照亮方向盘轮缘的第一半部并且通过第二LED灯带照亮方向盘轮缘的第二半部。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于输出由运输工具的驾驶员接管车辆驾驶的请求的装置(10),所述装置包括:
-线形的、具有第一数量的LED(3)的第一LED灯带(1),所述第一LED灯带具有第一电气端子(5),
-线形的、具有第二数量的LED(4)的第二LED灯带(2),所述第二LED灯带具有第二电气端子(6),
-具有接口(8)的控制设备(7),所述接口构造用于接纳第一电气端子(5)和第二电气端子(6),
-所述第一数量的LED(3)与所述第二数量的LED(4)交替地设置并且所述控制设备(7)构造用于通过控制第一电气端子(5)和第二电气端子(6)将所述请求作为光信号输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置(10),其中,所述光信号借助两个在时间上变化的、尤其是也在位置上变化的、基本上相同的光模式产生。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(10),其中,所述控制设备(7)构造用于识别第一LED灯带(1)的故障并且响应于此地以预定义的方式调整第二LED灯带(2)的控制。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(10),其中,所述控制设备(7)构造用于识别第一LED灯带(1)的故障并且响应于此地以预定义的方式增加第二LED灯带(2)的光功率。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(10),其中,所述LED灯带(1、2)构造用于设置在运输工具的方向盘(9)中。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(10),其中,所述控制设备(7)设置在运输工具的方向盘(9)内部,并且所述控制设备——尤其是通过滑动接触和/或通过电感耦合——在电气和/或信息技术上连接到设置在方向盘(9)外部的第二控制设备(11)上。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(10),其中,所述装置还包括光学扩散器,所述光学扩散器构造用于在光学上均匀化从第一LED灯带(1)和第二LED灯带(2)发出的光。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(10),其中,所述控制设备(7)具有一个看门狗(13)、一个微控制器(15)和一个总线控制器(14)。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(10),其中,所述控制设备(7)具有两个微控制器(15、16)和一个总线控制器(14)。
10.运输工具,所述运输工具包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置。
