Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种叶片泵,该叶片泵可以是可切换的并且可以用作变速器油泵,该变速器油泵优选地是可切换的。
这种泵的零部件必须在轴向方向上以机械的方式预加载,以避免零部件之间的间隙,该间隙会在运行期间导致凸轮环嵌入端板中。泵芯还必须保持在一起以进行组装、拆卸和运输,以避免泵的零部件之间出现间隙(该间隙是由零部件之间的间隙引起的,只要零部件之间没有相互挤压就会如此)。
在某些情况下,安装空间不足导致无法使用现有的解决方案。此外,由于特殊的、必要的泵设计、比如轴端部被压板包围,有时无法使用轴将泵的零部件相互压紧以进行运输和操作。
背景技术
在JP 4026931 B2中示出了叶片泵,该叶片泵具有销(图2中的12)。
在运输和操作期间,泵可以被拧紧在压板一侧上的具有弹簧元件的轴端部与凸缘一侧处的另一元件或轴肩之间。不具有这种拧紧的解决方案会导致在操作期间在零部件之间出现不期望的间隙。
在运行期间,压板上的弹簧元件由壳体支撑,并因此产生泵部件的预加载。
问题是在运行期间凸轮环的嵌入以及在泵操作期间零部件之间的轴向间隙。此外,当泵作为泵芯或芯交付时,在不具有壳体的情况下,无法再以这种方式在泵与壳体之间使用先前使用过的弹簧。
发明内容
上述问题通过泵芯借助于独立于轴和壳体的一个或更多个弹簧元件的内部预加载来解决。换句话说,轴向弹簧用于使环和端板预加载并夹持在一起。然而,本发明可以适用于任何类型的泵,泵的部件在泵中通常需要在泵轴的轴向方向上被预加载。优选地,本发明当前用于可切换的叶片泵中,该可切换的叶片泵基本上具有沿圆周方向分开的两个半部,所述两个半部可以分别在相同或不同的压力下运行。
以前,在安装状态下,使用支撑在压板上和壳体中的弹簧元件对泵芯进行预加载。在未组装的状态下,芯的零部件通过与弹簧元件组合的轴被轴向地预加载在压板与凸缘之间,以补偿零部件的公差。
现在,本发明提供了一种用于在卸载和安装条件下独立于轴和通常由用户方提供的壳体对芯进行轴向预加载的解决方案,该解决方案使用销穿过优选地在泵的凸缘侧结合有弹簧元件的泵。
弹簧元件在一侧上由凸缘支撑,在另一侧上由销支撑。这些销穿过凸缘和凸轮环。销在轴向上锁定至压板(例如用卡环或压配合)。这将在零部件上产生预加载。优选地,销还具有使零部件彼此对准的功能(凸轮环至凸缘以及压板至凸缘和凸轮环)。此外,销吸收横向力,从而在操作以及运行方面产生进一步的优点。
在流动通道、比如压板中不需要布置任何部件、比如下文所述的杯形弹簧(cupspring),从而不会因偏转而产生流量损失、或者仅有很小的流量损失,这将导致功率降低。此外,压板的后侧上的安装空间仍然可以用于压力肾、密封件和类似部件。
也可以将弹簧元件放置于压板的这一侧。关于弹簧元件的构型,碟形弹簧或杯形弹簧已被证明是有利的。
因此,本发明是一种空间优化的解决方案,该解决方案独立于轴和通常由用户方提供的壳体。特别是在这种情况下,本发明提供了下述优点:可以在操作和运输过程中有利地使用轴向预载荷,以避免泵部件的运动。以有效的方式,不必改变所提供的预载荷,从而避免间隙及在运行期间该间隙的负面影响。此外,在用户方,如果在交付的芯中已经提供预加载,则有利的是不再需要用户的壳体或其周围的任何紧固件来为泵提供预加载。特别地,这些优点可以用于泵轴的端部被压板包围的构型中。
最后,如果至少一个销借助于软密封件密封,则对于根据本发明的叶片泵的可靠性是有利的。

具体实施方式
从图1中可以看出,本文中所描述的叶片泵通常被提供为芯10,该芯10包括凸缘12、压板14、凸轮环16和具有轴20的转子18。芯10在使用中被安装到通常由用户方提供的壳体(未示出)上。例如,壳体可以与变速器成一体,特别是与变速器的控制单元或隔板成一体。
从图1中可以看出,在所示的实施方式中,两个销24轴向地设置、即平行于轴20设置,并且在所示的情况下借助于卡环或保持件26保持在压板的一侧处。在另一侧、即在凸缘12的这一侧上,所述销各自设有销凸缘28,以便将碟形弹簧30夹持在销凸缘28与泵凸缘12之间。由于弹簧30以预加载的方式被夹持,泵的上述部件通过预加载保持在一起,以便既用于运输和操作也用于运行。
图2还从泵凸缘12的这一侧以立体图示出了碟形弹簧30和泵轴20的端部。
在图3中,可以看到压板14的包括销24的由保持件26锁定的端部的这一侧。应当注意的是,可以在泵凸缘12的这一侧设置保持件26或用于锁定销24的任何其他装置,并且可以在压板14的这一侧设置碟形弹簧30或任何其他合适的弹簧元件。
从图1中还可以看出,泵轴20在压板14的这一侧的端部被压板14包围,换句话说,泵轴20在压板14的这一侧的端部容纳在压板14的凹部中并且不延伸穿过压板14,因此该端部不用于提供必要的预加载。
在图4中,示出了压板14的包括销24的端部和为此设置的保持件26的后侧。此外,可以看到密封件32和压力肾(pressure kidneys)34。在密封件32和压力肾34需要安装空间的背景下,将弹簧30设置在凸缘12的这一侧以便在图4中所示的后侧处形成必要的安装空间是明显有利的。如上所述,密封件32的可识别的两个半部包围两个表面,使得两个泵半部可以在不同的压力下运行,这可以例如在转换泵中使用。
Claims (5)
1.一种叶片泵,所述叶片泵具有泵凸缘(12)、凸轮环(16)、压板(14)以及轴向延伸穿过所述泵凸缘(12)、所述凸轮环(16)和所述压板(14)的至少一个销(24),所述销(24)在所述销(24)的轴向方向上借助于至少一个弹簧元件(30)预加载。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述销(24)具有销凸缘(28),并且所述弹簧元件(30)设置在所述销凸缘(28)与所述泵凸缘(12)或所述压板(14)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件(30)为碟形弹簧或杯形弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的一项所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述压板(14)包围泵轴的一个端部。
5.根据权利要求1或4中的一项所述的叶片泵,其特征在于,所述至少一个销(24)借助于软密封件密封。
