After the control button 6 corresponding to the rest of the garbage is pressed, the PLC controller 8 sends a signal to the second motor 45, the second motor 45 drives the third sealing plate 42 to slide upwards to be dislocated with the fourth discharge hole 74, the through hole 413 is located between the second discharge hole 72 and the third discharge hole 73, only the fourth discharge hole 74 is opened, the garbage drops into the recycling bin 2 through the fourth discharge hole 74, and then the second sealing plate 41 resets.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a discharge channel 13 is arranged at the lower side of the first discharge hole 71, a baffle 14 for closing the recycling bin 2 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the lower end of the discharge channel 13, and the baffle 14 is fixedly connected with a front cover plate and a rear cover plate of the box body 1. After falling from the first discharge port 71, the garbage falls into the recovery tank 2 below through the discharge passage 13 and the baffle plate 14. The baffle plate 14 and the discharge channel 13 mainly play a role in sealing, and the leakage of the peculiar smell gas in the recovery barrel 2 is reduced. The lower side of the baffle 14 is glued with a deodorization box 9, the surface of the deodorization box 9 is provided with a vent hole, and the interior of the deodorization box is filled with active carbon. The lower side of the baffle plate 14 is concave to form a cavity for accommodating the odor removal box 9, so that the recycling bin 2 is not obstructed by the odor removal box 9 when going in and out. The active carbon can effectively adsorb peculiar smell and improve the air environment.
Referring to fig. 6, the bottom of the recycling bin 2 is provided with rollers, and the upper end of the recycling bin is hinged with a bin cover, so that the recycling bin is convenient to move and can reduce peculiar smell generated during moving. After the cover of the recycling bin 2 is opened, the recycling bin is pushed into the bin body 1, and the cover is exposed at the outlet 15 after being pushed.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the recycling bin 2 located at the lower side of the first discharging hole 71 is a kitchen garbage recycling bin 2, i.e., a kitchen garbage bin. The inner part of the upper end of the kitchen waste barrel is rotatably connected with a puncture roller 21, and the inner part of the lower end of the kitchen waste barrel is fixedly connected with a filter plate 22. The pricking roller 21 is opposite to the discharging channel 13, and the filter plate 22 is horizontally arranged and has a gap with the bottom of the recycling bin 2. The piercing roller 21 includes a roller body 211, and a plurality of spikes 212 fixedly attached to a surface of the roller body 211. The kitchen waste falls onto the piercing roller 21, the pricks 212 pierce the bag body, so that the kitchen waste is subjected to dry-wet separation, dry matters are left on the upper side of the filter plate 22, and wet liquid flows into the lower part of the filter plate 22.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the opposite sides of the upper end of the kitchen waste bin are provided with the notches 28 for the ends of the roller bodies 211 to be inserted and horizontally slid, so that the pricking roller 21 can horizontally slide along the notches 28. The pricking roller 21 is located in the middle part and is opposite to the discharging channel 13 when sliding to one end of the clamping groove 28, and is close to one side of the recovery barrel 2 facing the barrel cover when sliding to the other end of the clamping groove 28, so that garbage can be poured out conveniently. One side of the filter plate 22 facing the barrel cover is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped filter holes, the lower part of the other side is attached with a blocking plate 23, two opposite ends of the blocking plate 23 are respectively provided with a guide rail 24 fixedly connected with the filter plate 22, and the guide rails 24 are L-shaped and are used for clamping the end part of the blocking plate 23. Therefore, the plugging plate 23 can horizontally slide along the guide rail 24, and can plug the filter holes.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the two ends of the roller body 211 are rotatably connected with first connecting strips 25, the two ends of the blocking plate 23 are fixedly connected with second connecting strips 26, the first connecting strips 25 and the second connecting strips 26 are parallel to each other and horizontally arranged, one side of the recovery barrel 2 facing the barrel cover is provided with connecting holes 29 for the first connecting strips 25 and the second connecting strips 26 to pass through, and one ends of the first connecting strips 25 and the second connecting strips 26 passing through the connecting holes 29 are fixedly connected with holding strips 27.
When the garbage is dumped, the holding strip 27 is pulled firstly, the plugging plate 23 and the puncture roller 21 are driven to slide simultaneously, so that the filter plate 22 is plugged by the plugging plate 23, the puncture roller 21 slides to be close to the inner wall of the recovery barrel 2, the dry garbage on the upper side of the filter plate 22 is dumped, then the holding strip 27 is pushed, the plugging plate 23 and the puncture roller 21 are reset, and the wet liquid on the lower side of the filter plate 22 is dumped.
The implementation principle of the comprehensive treatment and recovery device for urban domestic garbage is as follows:
