The preparation method of the stomach-protecting fermentation product comprises the following steps:

Example 4
Animal experiments
50 ICR mice with weight of 18-22 g are randomly divided into a model control group, a magnesium aluminocarbonate sheet (represented by magnesium aluminum carbonate in figure 1) positive control group (0.78g/kg) and a three-dose group (3.5, 1.75 and 0.875g/kg) of the fermentation product of the stomach protection of any one of the examples 1-3, 10 mice in each group are respectively subjected to stomach irrigation according to 10ml/kg of weight to be respectively administered with corresponding medicaments, the stomach irrigation is performed for 1 time per day for 8 days, and the model control group is subjected to stomach irrigation with distilled water with the same volume. Fasting is not forbidden for 24h before the last administration, absolute ethyl alcohol (represented by Ethanol in figure 1) is 0.1 ml/per stomach after 2h after the last administration, the mice are killed by dislocation of cervical vertebrae 1h after the model is made, the whole stomach is cut off after the abdomen is opened, the stomach is cut off along the greater curvature, dirt on the surface of gastric mucosa is slightly washed by brine ice, mucus on the surface of gastric mucosa is completely removed by sucking dry by filter paper, partial gastric tissue is homogenized and centrifuged, and the supernatant is taken for low-temperature freezing storage of the sample. And fixing another part of the gastric formaldehyde, performing HE staining, and performing pathological observation.
Results of the experiment
See table 1 and fig. 1 for experimental results.
Table 1 shows the effect of the gastroprotected fermentation products on the total SOD activity in gastric tissues of gastric ulcer with gastric mucosa injury in mice induced by absolute ethanol (x ± s, n ═ 10).

As can be seen from Table 1, the gastric protection fermentation product significantly improves the SOD activity of mouse gastric tissue, and the high-dose gastric protection fermentation product significantly reduces the MDA content of mouse gastric tissue, and the result shows that the gastric protection fermentation product has very strong gastric protection activity.
As can be seen from figure 1, ethanol can cause swelling of mouse mucous membrane, infiltration of submucosa white cells, hemorrhagic injury and epithelial cell deletion, and the stomach protection fermentation product can relieve the stomach injury to a great extent.

Claims (8)

1. A culture medium for preparing a stomach-protecting fermentation product is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of sea buckthorn pulp, 10-15 parts of clove extract, 10-15 parts of fine yam powder, 3-5 parts of extracts of bamboo fungus, ganoderma applanatum and phellinus igniarius, 1-2 parts of fine turmeric powder, 3-6 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide and 80-100 parts of water.
2. The medium for preparing a stomach-protecting fermentation product according to claim 1, wherein the sea buckthorn berry is prepared by the following method: removing stem from fresh fructus Hippophae, removing rotten fruit, washing with water, draining, and squeezing to obtain juice.

The medium for preparing a gastroprotected fermentation product according to claim 1, wherein the clove extract is prepared by the following method: pulverizing flos Caryophylli, adding 20-30 times of water, extracting in shaking table at 40-50 deg.C for 10-14 hr, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure, and vacuum freeze drying to obtain flos Caryophylli extract.

The medium for preparing a stomach-protecting fermented product according to claim 1, wherein the extracts of bamboo fungus, Ganoderma applanatum and Microporus gracilis are prepared by the following method: respectively pulverizing bamboo fungus, Ganoderma Applanatum and Botrytis Tenaci, mixing at a weight ratio of 1: 0.5: 1, adding 20-30 times of 20 vol% ethanol solution, extracting in shaking table at 40-50 deg.C for 10-14 hr, filtering to obtain supernatant, concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure, and vacuum freeze drying to obtain extracts of bamboo fungus, Ganoderma Applanatum and Botrytis Tenaci.
5. A preparation method of a stomach-protecting fermentation product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) inoculating the activated Hericium erinaceus strain into seed liquid culture medium, and performing fermentation culture for 3-7 days to obtain Hericium erinaceus liquid seed liquid;
(2) the culture medium of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the hericium erinaceus liquid seed solution accounting for 2 to 5 percent of the volume of the culture medium is inoculated firstly, the hericium erinaceus liquid seed solution is cultured for 5 to 8 days at the temperature of 24 to 27 ℃, after the fermentation is finished, the fermentation liquid is subjected to vacuum freeze drying to obtain the stomach-protecting fermentation product.

The method for preparing a stomach-protecting fermentation product according to claim 5, wherein in the step (1), the seed liquid culture medium comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of potato, 2 parts of glucose, 0.05 part of magnesium sulfate and 0.02 part of monopotassium phosphate.
7. The method for preparing a stomach-protecting fermented product according to claim 5, wherein in the step (1), the Hericium erinaceus species is selected from Hericium erinaceus 99.
8. A fermented product for protecting stomach, which is produced by the production method according to any one of claims 5 to 7.
