Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bacteriostatic liquid traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a bacteriostatic liquid traditional Chinese medicine for rapidly dissipating stagnation and reducing swelling, removing blood stasis and promoting vital function, and relieving itching and pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The common Chinese herbal medicines of the bauhinia championii have bitter, astringent and warm properties, have wide pharmacological actions of dispelling wind and removing dampness, clearing and activating the channels and collaterals and promoting qi and blood circulation, the common Chinese herbal medicines of the suberect spatholobus stem have bitter, sweet, astringent and mild properties, have pharmacological actions of promoting blood circulation and activating the collaterals and mainly treating blood deficiency and rheumatic osteodynia, and the effects of widely treating itching and pain of hands and feet, bruise and swelling, arthralgia, scald, burn and skin trauma of people are achieved by combining the Chinese herbal medicines of the bauhinia championii, the suberect spatholobus stem and the like, sealing by ethanol with different alcoholic strength and carrying; traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostatic solutions are prepared by mixing traditional Chinese medicines and hormone medicines, do not have the effects of quickly diminishing swelling, removing blood stasis, relieving itching and relieving pain, contain the hormone medicines which are easily produced and have side effects and are not beneficial to the health of users, and meanwhile, traditional bacteriostatic solution traditional Chinese medicine production is prepared by squeezing, cooking and filtering, the drug effect is damaged, and the use of the traditional bacteriostatic solution is not beneficial to users; aiming at the defects, it is necessary to design a bacteriostatic traditional Chinese medicine for rapidly dispersing stagnation, relieving swelling, removing blood stasis, promoting vital function, relieving itching and relieving pain and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bacteriostatic traditional Chinese medicine for quickly dispersing stagnation, relieving swelling, removing blood stasis, promoting vital function, relieving itching and relieving pain and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems in the background art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a traditional Chinese medicine of bacteriostatic solution for rapidly dissipating stagnation, relieving swelling, removing blood stasis, promoting vital function, relieving itching and alleviating pain comprises the following components: the medicine comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-25 parts of bauhinia championii, 25-35 parts of musk, 15-25 parts of camphor, 10-20 parts of mint, 2-4 parts of golden cypress, 10-20 parts of borneol, 1-3 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5-10 parts of safflower and 3-5 parts of ethanol.
A preparation method of a bacteriostatic liquid traditional Chinese medicine for rapidly dissipating stagnation, relieving swelling, removing blood stasis, promoting vital function, relieving itching and relieving pain comprises the following steps of selecting materials; step two, processing raw materials; step three, grinding and processing; step four, mixing and manufacturing; step five, packaging and storing;
in the first step, the components are as follows according to the mass parts: selecting 15-25 parts of bauhinia championii, 25-35 parts of musk, 15-25 parts of camphor, 10-20 parts of mint, 2-4 parts of golden cypress, 10-20 parts of borneol, 1-3 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5-10 parts of safflower and 3-5 parts of ethanol;
in the second step, the raw material treatment comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning caulis et folium Piperis Longi, Camphora, herba Menthae, cortex Phellodendri, radix Saposhnikoviae and Carthami flos, and soaking in appropriate amount of water for 1.5-2 hr;
2) removing impurities from Moschus and Borneolum Syntheticum, cleaning, drying, parching to give fragrance, taking out, standing, cooling, and grinding;
3) taking out caulis et folium Piperis Longi, cortex Phellodendri, radix Saposhnikoviae and Carthami flos, draining water, mincing in a pulverizer, adding pulverized Moschus and Borneolum Syntheticum, and stirring;
in the third step, the grinding process comprises the following steps:
1) manually preparing a percolation barrel, checking the integrity of the percolation barrel, cleaning the barrel wall of the percolation barrel, and wiping by adopting ethanol;
2) putting the mixture obtained in the step two 3) into a percolation cylinder, adding ethanol from the upper part, covering a sealing cover, wetting and sealing for standing for 1-2h, and then starting percolation for 15-20h to obtain a percolate;
3) after the percolation is finished, taking out the traditional Chinese medicine residues in the percolation barrel, grinding the medicine residues, adding the ground medicine residues into the percolation liquid, and stirring for 10-10min to obtain a mixed liquid;
in the fourth step, the mixing and manufacturing comprises the following steps:
1) manually rolling camphor and mint into powder by a rolling machine, and collecting the powder in a material placing basin for later use;
2) adding the mixed solution obtained in the third step 3) into camphor and mint which are ground into powder, stirring for 10-20min, then pouring into a centrifuge for centrifugal stirring processing, and performing centrifugal processing for 1-2 h;
3) manually filtering the mixed solution after centrifugal processing with gauze, collecting filtrate, and continuously filtering for 3-4 times to obtain antibacterial traditional Chinese medicine with effects of rapidly relieving swelling, removing blood stasis, relieving itching and relieving pain;
and in the fifth step, the bacteriostatic liquid traditional Chinese medicine which is used for rapidly dissipating stagnation, relieving swelling, removing blood stasis, promoting vital function, relieving itching and relieving pain is obtained in the fourth step 3) through manual inspection, and is packaged in a glass bottle in a sealing manner after passing inspection, and the glass bottle is integrally packaged and stored in a shade place.
According to the technical scheme, the components are as follows by mass percent: 20 parts of bauhinia championii, 30 parts of musk, 20 parts of camphor, 15 parts of mint, 3 parts of golden cypress, 15 parts of borneol, 2 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5 parts of safflower and 3 parts of ethanol.
According to the technical scheme, a grinding rod is adopted for extruding and grinding in the step two 2).
According to the technical scheme, the temperature is kept at 20-30 ℃ during the percolation in the step three 2).
According to the technical scheme, in the step four 1), the camphor and the mint need to be cleaned before processing.
According to the technical scheme, a filter screen can be adopted for filtering in the step four 3).
According to the technical scheme, the glass bottle needs to be sterilized by ultraviolet irradiation before being packaged.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the traditional Chinese medicine of the bacteriostatic solution for quickly dissipating stagnation, relieving swelling, removing blood stasis, promoting vital function and relieving itching and pain is prepared by taking Chinese alpine rush, musk, golden cypress, divaricate saposhnikovia root and safflower as raw materials and adding camphor, mint and borneol for mixing.
