Refined snake oil extracted by ultrasonic wave and common snake oil were subjected to the following high-low temperature and illumination experiments, as shown in the following table 2:
the following high-low temperature and illumination experiments are carried out on the refined snake oil extracted by ultrasonic waves and the common snake oil, and the stability of the snake oil after ultrasonic wave treatment is better than that of the common extracted snake oil under the conditions of 25 ℃, 45 ℃ and illumination. Ultrasonic extraction of snake oil is therefore preferred.
The snake oil extracted by ultrasonic wave has rich oil content, high content of active ingredients in the snake oil, high content of oleic acid and linoleic acid, lighter color of the snake oil, as shown in the following table 3:
appearance of Viscosity (Pa, s) Oleic acid (%) Linoleic acid (%)
Ultrasonic extraction of snake oil Clear and transparent 890 42.16 9.46
Common snake oil extraction Semitransparent liquid 1260 38.56 8.83
The ultrasonic treated snake oil has better transparency, lower viscosity and higher oleic acid and linoleic acid contents than common treated oil. Therefore, the process for extracting the snake oil by using ultrasonic waves is better than the common extraction.
The extraction and purification technology and process of the snake oil can lead the snake oil to be widely applied to foods, for example, the snake oil can be eaten, the snake oil can be fried to prepare cans, in addition, the snake oil (taken) is applicable to preventing arteriosclerosis of middle-aged and elderly people, constipation and the like, has the efficacy of relaxing bowel, and can be taken by using two to three drops of hot water.
