Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an ointment for treating arthralgia and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Osteoarthritis is a chronic and degenerative change of bone joint structure, including a series of changes such as joint cartilage exfoliation, hyperosteogeny, meniscus injury, synovitis, etc., which is one of the main causes of knee joint pain, deformity and dysfunction in middle and old aged people. It has many different names, such as osteoarthritis, proliferative arthritis, degenerative arthritis, senile arthritis, etc.
The main clinical manifestations of osteoarthritis are slow onset of disease, morning stiffness does not exceed half an hour, the affected joints are mainly painful and pressure-painful, occasionally accompanied by soft tissue swelling around the joints, or transient periostitis, with fricative sound of the joints during movement, and joint deformity in severe cases. The pathological changes of cervical vertebra or lumbar vertebra can cause nerve compression or stimulation symptoms, and the symptoms of negative serum rheumatoid factor, non-rapid blood sedimentation and non-rising C-reactive protein are avoided.
At present, the medicines and the methods for treating osteoarthritis are many, and western medicine preparations are mainly used for relieving pain and eliminating inflammation, have large toxic and side effects, are not suitable for long-term administration, can only relieve pain and cannot completely cure the osteoarthritis; the traditional Chinese medicine has a certain treatment effect on the diseases, but has slow effect, long time, poor palatability and poor treatment effect on intractable pain patients.
