技术领域
本发明涉及乳猪饲料领域,具体的涉及一种乳仔猪饲料。
背景技术
随着规模化养殖技术的发展,为提高母猪的繁殖效率,仔猪早期断奶(18 到21日龄)已经被越来越多的规模猪场采用。但是由于早期断奶,仔猪的胃肠道发育尚未成熟,断奶仔猪要从吃母乳转到吃完全固体饲料(粉状或颗粒状饲料,水分通常低于14%),仔猪会出现极大的应激反应,主要表现在:仔猪采食量低(饥饿)、肠粘膜萎缩,抵抗力下降,细菌和病毒大量繁殖,进而导致拉稀、生长性能下降,死亡率增加,养殖效益大大降低。
一些规模养猪场使用人工乳(配方奶粉加水)作为营养补充,结合固体饲料一起饲喂断奶仔猪,以弥补饲喂单纯固体饲料导致的仔猪采食量不足,提高仔猪的断奶成活率。但人工乳需要猪场现配现用,保质期短,容易腐败变质,人工劳力效率低下,给实际生产带来很大的不便,再加上人工乳价格昂贵,人工乳的使用很难大规模推广。
目前随着国家禁抗,抗生素禁止在商品饲料中使用,各企业都在尝试用各种新的方法来控制乳仔猪的腹泻情况,但目前为止,效果一般,均达不到使用抗生素时的效果,乳仔猪腹泻导致死亡率升高时长发生。

本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种乳仔猪饲料。

一种乳仔猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)量称取各原料组分;
2)将步骤1)中称取的原料混合均匀后,经过超微粉碎机,使所有成分都能够通过210-230μm的筛网;
3)将步骤2)中所有原料加入到调制器,通入80-89℃的水蒸气调制5~10 分钟,然后在80℃条件下进行挤压制粒;
4)在90℃条件下将饲料颗粒烘干;
5)冷却、包装。
与现有的技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
选用膨化玉米和碎米作为能量饲料,来代替常用的玉米;膨化玉米选用了不同膨化度的,来改善其适口性,提高消化率,降低腹泻发生率;选用膨化大豆和发酵豆粕来代替膨化豆粕,提高吸收率,降低腹泻发生率;选用秘鲁进口超级蒸汽鱼粉,严格控制其新鲜度和细菌指标;选用甲酸钙代替石粉,使用有机钙,保持胃内酸性环境;同时添加酸化剂,来保证乳仔猪胃内的PH值不升高;选用磷酸氢钙Ⅲ型作为磷的来源,水溶性磷含量高,好吸收;添加赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、缬氨酸等,来维持氨基酸之间的比例平衡;添加霉菌毒素生物降解剂,来降低各种霉菌毒素对乳猪带来的不良影响,特别是引起的腹泻情况;添加霉菌毒素生物降解剂,来降低各种霉菌毒素对乳猪带来的不良影响,特别是引起的腹泻情况。

一种乳仔猪饲料,所述乳仔猪饲料主要由以下重量百分份数的原料混合而成:膨化玉米:45份;碎米:10份;膨化大豆:8份;发酵豆粕:8份;进口超级蒸汽鱼粉:3份;乳清粉:2份;葡萄糖:0.5份;白糖:1份;甲酸钙: 0.7份;磷酸氢钙Ⅲ型:0.5份;氯化钠:0.15份;胆碱:0.07份;赖氨酸:0.40 份;蛋氨酸:0.11份;苏氨酸:0.15份;色氨酸:0.02份;缬氨酸:0.01份;植酸酶:0.02份;霉菌毒素生物降解剂:0.02份;复合酶制剂:0.04份;复合益生菌:0.01份;丁酸钠:0.1份;香味剂:0.03份;甜味剂:0.02份;酸化剂: 0.15份;抗氧化剂:0.03份;防霉剂:0.04份;多维:0.04份;多矿:0.3份。
进一步的,所述膨化玉米的膨化度为35°、45°、50°60°、75°。所述膨化大豆的膨化度为40°、50°、55°60°、70°。
其中,所述霉菌毒素生物降解剂由黄曲霉毒素降解菌、玉米赤霉烯酮降解菌和呕吐毒素降解菌组成,所述黄曲霉毒素降解菌、玉米赤霉烯酮降解菌和呕吐毒素降解菌的重量比为50:40:10。
其中,所述复合酶制剂主要成分包括淀粉酶、蛋白酶、木聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶;淀粉酶的酶活≥300U/g、蛋白酶的酶活≥3000U/g、木聚糖酶的酶活≥8100U/g、甘露聚糖酶的酶活≥1000U/g。
其中,所述复合益生菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌;枯草芽孢杆菌≥1.50×1010CFU/克、地衣芽孢杆菌≥1.50×1010CFU/克、凝结芽孢杆菌≥2.0×108CFU/克、乳酸菌≥6.0×108CFU/克。
其中,所述酸化剂主要成分包括乳酸、柠檬酸、富马酸;所述的乳酸、柠檬酸、富马酸重量比为55:20:10。

其中,所述多矿的主要成分包括碱式氯化铜、蛋氨酸铜、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸锌、硫酸锰、蛋氨酸锰、硫酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁、亚硒酸钠、酵母硒、碘酸钙。
其中,微量元素的组成为每千克饲料中含有铜80mg、锌120mg、锰60mg、铁100mg、硒0.3mg、碘0.5mg。
一种乳仔猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)量称取各原料组分;
2)将步骤1)中称取的原料混合均匀后,经过超微粉碎机,使所有成分都能够通过220μm的筛网;
3)将步骤2)中所有原料加入到调制器,通入85℃的水蒸气调制5~10分钟,然后在80℃条件下进行挤压制粒;
4)在90℃条件下将饲料颗粒烘干;
5)冷却、包装。
实施例2
一种乳仔猪饲料,所述乳仔猪饲料主要由以下重量百分份数的原料混合而成:膨化玉米:50份;碎米:15份;膨化大豆:12份;发酵豆粕:12份;进口超级蒸汽鱼粉:6份;乳清粉:6份;葡萄糖:2份;白糖:3份;甲酸钙:1 份;磷酸氢钙Ⅲ型:0.7份;氯化钠:0.2份;胆碱:0.1份;赖氨酸:0.6份;蛋氨酸:0.2份;苏氨酸:0.2份;色氨酸:0.04份;缬氨酸:0.04份;植酸酶: 0.03份;霉菌毒素生物降解剂:0.08份;复合酶制剂:0.08份;复合益生菌: 0.03份;丁酸钠:0.3份;香味剂:0.05份;甜味剂:0.04份;酸化剂:0.3份;抗氧化剂:0.05份;防霉剂:0.06份;多维:0.08份;多矿:0.5份。
进一步的,所述膨化玉米的膨化度为35°、45°、50°60°、75°。所述膨化大豆的膨化度为40°、50°、55°60°、70°。

其中,所述多矿的主要成分包括碱式氯化铜、蛋氨酸铜、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸锌、硫酸锰、蛋氨酸锰、硫酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁、亚硒酸钠、酵母硒、碘酸钙。
其中,微量元素的组成为每千克饲料中含有铜100mg、锌130mg、锰80mg、铁150mg、硒0.4mg、碘0.9mg。

1)量称取各原料组分;

进一步的,所述膨化玉米的膨化度为35°、45°、50°60°、75°。所述膨化大豆的膨化度为40°、50°、55°60°、70°。

其中,所述多矿的主要成分包括碱式氯化铜、蛋氨酸铜、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸锌、硫酸锰、蛋氨酸锰、硫酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁、亚硒酸钠、酵母硒、碘酸钙。
其中,微量元素的组成为每千克饲料中含有铜125mg、锌150mg、锰100mg、铁200mg、硒0.6mg、碘1.2mg。
一种乳仔猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)量称取各原料组分;
2)将步骤1)中称取的原料混合均匀后,经过超微粉碎机,使所有成分都能够通过210-230μm的筛网;
3)将步骤2)中所有原料加入到调制器,通入80-89℃的水蒸气调制5~10 分钟,然后在80℃条件下进行挤压制粒;
4)在90℃条件下将饲料颗粒烘干;
5)冷却、包装。
实验例
本实验动物为28日龄断奶仔猪,共计90头,共分为三个实验组,实验组 1使用的是河南某知名厂家饲料正大乳猪宝猪用预混料猪饲料,实验组2使用的是某集团的双胞胎乳猪奶粉猪配合饲料产品,实验组3使用的是实施例1的饲料产品,每个实验组30头猪,每组五个重复,每个重复六头猪,实验周期为 28天;实验结果如下表:

由表1可知,本发明的能够提高仔猪对饲料的吸收利用率;能够减少仔猪的腹泻及死亡率。

1.一种乳仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述乳仔猪饲料主要由以下重量百分份数的原料混合而成:膨化玉米:45-65份;碎米:10-20份;膨化大豆:8-15份;发酵豆粕:8-15份;进口超级蒸汽鱼粉:3-10份;乳清粉:2-10份;葡萄糖:0.5-3份;白糖:1-5份;甲酸钙:0.7-1.2份;磷酸氢钙Ⅲ型:0.5-1.1份;氯化钠:0.15-0.4份;胆碱:0.07-0.12份;赖氨酸:0.40-0.80份;蛋氨酸:0.11-0.36份;苏氨酸:0.15-0.35份;色氨酸:0.02-0.06份;缬氨酸:0.01-0.05份;植酸酶:0.02-0.05份;霉菌毒素生物降解剂:0.02-0.10份;复合酶制剂:0.04-0.10份;复合益生菌:0.01-0.05份;丁酸钠:0.1-0.5份;香味剂:0.03-0.08份;甜味剂:0.02-0.06份;酸化剂:0.15-0.50份;抗氧化剂:0.03-0.08份;防霉剂:0.04-0.08份;多维:0.04-0.12份;多矿:0.3-0.80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述霉菌毒素生物降解剂由黄曲霉毒素降解菌、玉米赤霉烯酮降解菌和呕吐毒素降解菌组成,所述黄曲霉毒素降解菌、玉米赤霉烯酮降解菌和呕吐毒素降解菌的重量比为50:(30-50):10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶制剂主要成分包括淀粉酶、蛋白酶、木聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶;淀粉酶的酶活≥300U/g、蛋白酶的酶活≥3000U/g、木聚糖酶的酶活≥8100U/g、甘露聚糖酶的酶活≥1000U/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述复合益生菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌;枯草芽孢杆菌≥1.50×1010CFU/克、地衣芽孢杆菌≥1.50×1010CFU/克、凝结芽孢杆菌≥2.0×108CFU/克、乳酸菌≥6.0×108CFU/克。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述酸化剂主要成分包括乳酸、柠檬酸、富马酸;所述的乳酸、柠檬酸、富马酸重量比为55:(10-30):10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述多维的主要成分包括维生素A乙酸酯、维生素D3、DL-a-生育酚乙酸酯、亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌、盐酸硫铵、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、氰钴胺、烟酰胺、D-泛酸钙、叶酸和生物素;所述维生素A乙酸酯10000-16000IU/kg、维生素D3 4000-5000IU/kg、DL-a-生育酚乙酸酯80-150mg/kg、亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌5.0-10.0mg/kg、盐酸硫铵3.0-8.0mg/kg、核黄素10.0-20.0mg/kg、盐酸吡哆醇6.0-10.0mg/kg、氰钴胺0.05-0.09mg/kg、烟酰胺50-90mg/kg、D-泛酸钙40.0-90.0mg/kg、叶酸2.5-6.5mg/kg、生物素0.2-0.7mg/kg。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述多矿的主要成分包括碱式氯化铜、蛋氨酸铜、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸锌、硫酸锰、蛋氨酸锰、硫酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁、亚硒酸钠、酵母硒、碘酸钙。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种乳仔猪饲料,其特征在于,微量元素的组成为每千克饲料中含有铜80-125mg、锌120-150mg、锰60-100mg、铁100-200mg、硒0.3-0.6mg、碘0.5-1.2mg。
