Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮及其制备方法,具体涉及适用于动物的喂养饲料领域。所述猫粮包括鲜肉50‑100份、动物内脏10‑50份、混合油脂3‑10份、薯类淀粉8‑20份、奶粉2‑8份、蛋黄粉1‑5份、复合维生素及微量元素1‑5份、幼猫健康发育复合包5‑10份、牛磺酸0.5‑3份、复合益生菌0.5‑3份;所述幼猫健康发育复合包包括乳清蛋白粉、乳钙、低聚半乳糖和鸡肝粉。本发明采用的幼猫健康发育复合包包含了母乳中的重要成分;本发明的幼猫粮中使用的蛋白盐微量元素具有高稳定性且高安全性的特点,酿酒酵母布拉迪氏菌具有促进幼猫肠道健康的作用;本发明全价幼猫粮蛋白质含量丰富且优质,营养物质吸收率高,适宜离乳后幼猫食用,可促进其健康发育。

技术领域
本发明涉及适用于动物的喂养饲料领域,具体涉及一种具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前针对宠物猫的食品层出不穷,但主要是针对全期猫或成年猫。然而,对于幼猫,由于生长需要和体质处于比较脆弱的时期,在喂食时应考虑其特定营养需求和合理喂食量。幼猫一般在2月龄左右时断奶,之后进入快速生长期及性成熟期,至12月龄后成长为成年猫。目前市场上的幼猫粮主要针对的是6个月龄以上的猫咪。但在幼猫粮精准细分领域,针对2-4月龄期间的幼猫专用粮较为少见。这个阶段的幼猫,正处于从吮吸母乳过度到固体食物的关键时期,存在抵抗力低,消化能力弱等生理特性。
发明内容
为此,为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮及其制备方法,该幼猫粮主要是针对2-4月龄刚断奶至成年期前的幼猫。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
根据本发明的一方面提供一种具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮,所述猫粮包括鲜肉50-100份、动物内脏10-50份、混合油脂3-10份、薯类淀粉8-20份、奶粉2-8份、蛋黄粉1-5份、复合维生素及微量元素1-5份、幼猫健康发育复合包5-10份、牛磺酸0.5-3份、复合益生菌0.5-3份;
所述幼猫健康发育复合包包括乳清蛋白粉、乳钙、低聚半乳糖和鸡肝粉。
本发明发现先制备幼猫健康发育复合包,再将其与其他组分进行混合,这样制备的幼猫粮,可以降低乳糖的含量,避免了幼猫因乳糖不耐受引起腹泻、呕吐等症状。
进一步的,所述鲜肉为新鲜的家畜肉类,作为示例,所述鲜肉包括但不限于鸡肉、鱼肉、鸭肉、牛肉、羊肉、兔肉中的一种或几种;
和/或,所述动物内脏为新鲜的家畜内脏,作为示例,所述动物内脏包括但不限于鸡肝、鸡心、牛肝、牛心中的一种或几种;
和/或,所述混合油脂为常用的动植物油脂,作为示例,所述混合油脂包括但不限于鱼油、鸡油、牛油、豆油、菜籽油中的一种或几种;
和/或,所述薯类淀粉为含有丰富淀粉的植物根茎类,作为示例,所述薯类淀粉包括但不限于甘薯、马铃薯、木薯中的一种或几种;
和/或,所述奶粉为常用的羊、牛等动物奶制成的奶粉,作为示例,所述奶粉包括但不限于全脂羊奶粉。
进一步的,所述复合维生素及微量元素包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素B1、核黄素、烟酸、D-泛酸钙、维生素B6、叶酸、D-生物素、维生素B12、dl-α-生育酚乙酸酯、蛋白铁、蛋白铜、蛋白锌、蛋白锰和酵母硒。
复合维生素及微量元素的适当比例添加可以保证营养的全面且均衡,还可以提供生长发育所需的充足营养物质,确保机体功能可以正常发挥作用。
进一步的,所述幼猫健康发育复合包包括乳清蛋白粉10-20份、乳钙3-8份、低聚半乳糖0.5-3份、鸡肝粉15-25份。
乳清蛋白粉:乳清蛋白是营养最全面的动物蛋白质之一,蛋白质效价高。
乳钙:又称乳矿物盐,营养成分丰富,是公认的优质有机钙源,已证明其具有提高免疫功能的作用。
低聚半乳糖:肠道中双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌等有益菌的良好营养源,促进钙吸收,对幼龄动物具有改善肠道消化功能的作用,此外,低聚半乳糖具有较高热稳定性,可适应挤压膨化的高温高压加工过程。
鸡肝粉:优质动物蛋白质,同时具有提高适口性作用,鸡肝粉细腻均匀,在本复合包中作为载体。
进一步的,所述复合益生菌为枯草芽孢杆菌和酿酒酵母布拉迪氏菌1:1混合菌。
进一步的,所述枯草芽孢杆菌保藏编号为BLCC1-0442;
和/或,所述酿酒酵母布拉迪氏菌保藏编号为CNCM I-1079。
枯草芽孢杆菌在代谢过程中可产生抑菌物质抗菌肽,能够抑制链球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门菌等有害菌的生长。
酿酒酵母布拉迪氏菌经口服后可以促进生成免疫蛋白IgA,并帮助其他有益菌定植于肠道,强化肠道天然屏障的防御能力,且可有效克制梭状杆菌感染及球虫感染。
根据本发明的一方面提供制备如上所述具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮的方法,包括:
步骤一,将乳清蛋白粉、乳钙、低聚半乳糖和鸡肝粉混合均匀,制得幼猫健康发育复合包;
步骤二,将鲜肉和动物内脏经绞肉机粉碎后经乳化机进行乳化制成肉糜;
步骤三,将薯类淀粉、奶粉、蛋黄粉、复合维生素及微量元素、幼猫健康发育复合包和牛磺酸经自动称重系统混合均匀后,经粉碎机研磨成细粉,得粉状原料;
步骤四,将粉状原料和肉糜经调质器进行调质,经挤压膨化后制粒,得初始颗粒;
步骤五,将初始颗粒烘干后,使用真空喷涂器在干燥的初始颗粒表面喷涂油脂,喷完后再喷涂复合益生菌粉,即得。
进一步的,所述步骤三中,细粉的目数为60目。
进一步的,所述步骤四中,初始颗粒的大小为直径3.5-4.5毫米,高度3.5-4.5毫米圆柱体。
进一步的,所述步骤五中,初始颗粒烘干条件为90-95℃热风干燥10分钟。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明采用的幼猫健康发育复合包包含了母乳中的重要成分,但降低了乳糖的含量,避免了刚断奶的幼猫因乳糖不耐受引起的腹泻、呕吐等症状。幼猫健康发育复合包中含有的乳清蛋白粉、乳钙、低聚半乳糖和鸡肝粉不仅能够提高幼年猫对营养物质的吸收,促进钙质吸收,提高采食量,还适合挤压膨化等高温高压的加工工艺。
本发明的幼猫粮中使用的蛋白盐微量元素具有高稳定性且高安全性的特点,酿酒酵母布拉迪氏菌具有促进幼猫肠道健康的作用。本发明制得的全价幼猫粮蛋白质含量丰富且优质,营养物质吸收率高,适宜离乳后幼猫食用,可促进其健康发育。
本发明的制备工艺简单,易于工业化大生产。

本发明所用的复合维生素及微量元素为:维生素A 10g、维生素D3 0.2g、维生素B115g、核黄素0.1g、烟酸2g、D-泛酸钙1g、维生素B6 3g、叶酸0.2g、D-生物素0.5g、维生素B120.2g、dl-α-生育酚乙酸酯25g、蛋白铁30g、蛋白铜3g、蛋白锌20g、蛋白锰8g、酵母硒1g和玉米淀粉1kg混合均匀后制得。
复合益生菌为枯草芽孢杆菌(保藏编号为BLCC1-0442)和酿酒酵母布拉迪氏菌(保藏编号为CNCM I-1079)1:1混合菌。
实施例1
幼猫粮组分:鸡胸肉和三文鱼肉1:1混合50份、鸡肝和牛肝1:1混合50份、鱼油3份、马铃薯淀粉和甘薯淀粉1:1混合8份、全脂羊奶粉8份、蛋黄粉5份、复合维生素及微量元素5份、幼猫健康发育复合包5份、牛磺酸3份、复合益生菌3份;
其中,幼猫健康发育复合包:乳清蛋白粉20份、乳钙8份、低聚半乳糖3份、鸡肝粉25份;
幼猫粮的制备方法:
步骤一,将乳清蛋白粉、乳钙、低聚半乳糖和鸡肝粉混合均匀,制得幼猫健康发育复合包;
步骤二,将鸡胸肉、三文鱼、鸡肝和牛肝经绞肉机粉碎后经乳化机进行乳化制成肉糜;

步骤一,将乳清蛋白粉、乳钙、低聚半乳糖和鸡肝粉混合均匀,制得幼猫健康发育复合包;

本对比例制备一种幼猫粮,其与实施例1的区别在于本对比例不含幼猫健康发育复合包,制备方法与实施例1完全相同。

本对比例制备一种幼猫粮,其与实施例1的区别在于本对比例不含复合益生菌,制备方法与实施例1完全相同。
对比例3
本对比例制备一种幼猫粮,其与实施例1的区别在于本对比例不含复合维生素及微量元素,制备方法与实施例1完全相同。
试验例1
为了说明本发明猫粮的推广应用价值,选择2-3月龄刚断奶的健康幼猫200只,其性别比例为1:1,随机分成4组,断奶后分别喂养实施例1和对比例1、对比例2和对比例3的幼猫粮,喂养4个月,对比观察各组幼猫的成长情况,具体见表1所示。
腹泻:含轻微软便。

由表1可见,结合对比例3,全价幼猫粮中缺乏必需的维生素和微量元素会降低幼猫的日增重和成活率,对幼猫健康非常不利;结合对比例2,复合益生菌可有效降低腹泻率,如若不添加,幼猫则可能因腹泻降低体增重和成活率;结合对比例1,幼猫健康发育复合包具有母乳成分中的核心物质,能够提高幼猫免疫力,进而提升幼猫健康水平。
试验例2
为了进一步说明本发明猫粮的推广应用价值,将实施例1和对比例1-3制成的猫粮后,对猫喂养试验。挑选100只2-3个月大的幼猫作为试验猫,其性别比例为1:1。这些小猫体型相当,但均有厌食或营养不良的情况。
将这100只猫随机分为4组,每组25只,每一组用相应的猫粮连续喂养15天,并保证试验期间每只试验猫都不能接触其它食物。
为每一试验组提供一个食盆,每天喂食3餐,每餐喂相同的量,记录每一天提供猫粮的总量,到第二天第一餐前再记录每个食盆的猫粮剩余量,计算每个试验组猫的采食率,再计算每个试验组猫的日均采食率,并记录每个试验组猫的日均采食率。幼猫精神状态良好,运动活跃,且无腹泻、无过多眼屎、无精神沉郁等状况,认定为健康。结果见表2所示。

由表2可见,实施例1可提高体弱幼猫的采食率、成活率和健康率,改善幼猫体况。采用实施例1喂养的幼猫,其普遍更加活泼健康,精神状态更为良好。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮,其特征在于,所述猫粮包括鲜肉50-100份、动物内脏10-50份、混合油脂3-10份、薯类淀粉8-20份、奶粉2-8份、蛋黄粉1-5份、复合维生素及微量元素1-5份、幼猫健康发育复合包5-10份、牛磺酸0.5-3份、复合益生菌0.5-3份;
所述幼猫健康发育复合包包括乳清蛋白粉、乳钙、低聚半乳糖和鸡肝粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮,其特征在于,所述鲜肉选自鸡肉、鱼肉、鸭肉、牛肉、羊肉、兔肉中的一种或几种;
和/或,所述动物内脏选自鸡肝、鸡心、牛肝、牛心中的一种或几种;
和/或,所述混合油脂选自鱼油、鸡油、牛油、豆油、菜籽油中的一种或几种;
和/或,所述薯类淀粉选自甘薯、马铃薯、木薯中的一种或几种;
和/或,所述奶粉为全脂羊奶粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮,其特征在于,所述复合维生素及微量元素包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素B1、核黄素、烟酸、D-泛酸钙、维生素B6、叶酸、D-生物素、维生素B12、dl-α-生育酚乙酸酯、蛋白铁、蛋白铜、蛋白锌、蛋白锰和酵母硒。
4.根据权利要求1所述具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮,其特征在于,所述幼猫健康发育复合包包括乳清蛋白粉10-20份、乳钙3-8份、低聚半乳糖0.5-3份、鸡肝粉15-25份。
5.根据权利要求1所述具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮,其特征在于,所述复合益生菌为枯草芽孢杆菌和酿酒酵母布拉迪氏菌1:1混合菌。
6.根据权利要求5所述具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮,其特征在于,所述枯草芽孢杆菌保藏编号为BLCC1-0442;
和/或,所述酿酒酵母布拉迪氏菌保藏编号为CNCMI-1079。
7.制备权利要求1-6任一所述具有促进幼猫健康发育功能的全价幼猫粮的方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一,将乳清蛋白粉、乳钙、低聚半乳糖和鸡肝粉混合均匀,制得幼猫健康发育复合包;
步骤二,将鲜肉和动物内脏经绞肉机粉碎后经乳化机进行乳化制成肉糜;
步骤三,将薯类淀粉、奶粉、蛋黄粉、复合维生素及微量元素、幼猫健康发育复合包和牛磺酸经自动称重系统混合均匀后,经粉碎机研磨成细粉,得粉状原料;
步骤四,将粉状原料和肉糜经调质器进行调质,经挤压膨化后制粒,得初始颗粒;
步骤五,将初始颗粒烘干后,使用真空喷涂器在干燥的初始颗粒表面喷涂油脂,喷完后再喷涂复合益生菌粉,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中,细粉的目数为60目。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,初始颗粒的大小为直径3.5-4.5毫米,高度3.5-4.5毫米圆柱体。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中,初始颗粒烘干条件为90-95℃热风干燥10分钟。
