本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
一种防紫外线防蚊虫织物,包括叠合的三层织物层,最外层织物层为防紫外线织物层,中间层为防蚊虫织物层,最内层为棉纺织物层,所述防紫外线织物层由60-80wt%棉、8-25wt%的聚酯纤维和8-25wt%的氨纶制成,防蚊虫织物层由95-99wt%棉和1-5wt%的氨纶制成,棉纺织物层为100%棉;防蚊虫织物层中粘附有防蚊虫微胶囊,防蚊虫微胶囊的直径为20-80nm。

步骤(4)中的耐水性粘合剂为水溶性环氧树脂与聚乙烯醇的混合物,水溶性环氧树脂的质量分数为10-25%。
防紫外线织物层和防蚊虫织物层中均还有棉和氨纶,因为棉的成分高吸湿能力强、透气弥补了氨纶吸湿差,棉的强度高弥补了氨纶强度最差的特点,但是氨纶具有优良的延展性和弹性,使服装具有良好的尺寸稳定性,紧贴人体又能伸缩自如,便于活动,弥补棉的弹性差,氨纶耐光性弥补了棉耐光性差的特点。
苯并三唑为良好的紫外光吸收剂,吸收波长290-360纳米,氧化锌微粒、氧化钛微粒、氧化铈微粒和氧化锆微粒均具有良好的吸收紫外线的功能;防蚊虫整理剂中大部分为天然物质,产生的气味能够有效的驱避蚊虫,防止蚊虫叮咬;织物的最内层为棉纺织物层,与人体皮肤接触,提高舒适感。
夜来香,又名夜香树,叶片心形,边缘披有柔毛,每逢夏秋之间,在叶腋就会绽开一簇簇黄绿色的吊钟形小花,当月上树梢时它即飘出阵阵清香,这种香味,却令蚊子害怕,是驱蚊佳品。
天竺葵花团锦簇,丰满成球,南北各地都能适应。高温时节,摆放室外疏荫环境,天竺葵具有一种特有的气味,这种气味使蚊蝇闻味而逃。
七里香,是一种四季常绿的小灌木,外形呈伞房状,分枝多,叶小亮泽,花白繁密,开花后还能结红色浆果,为陋室增加美感,摸其叶片,会感到浓浓的甜香味,驱蚊效果很好。
柠檬中含有大量柠檬酸,其特有的香味能够驱避蚊虫。
藿香本身是一种具有芳香味的植物,全株都具有香味,其香味驱避蚊虫效果很好。
艾草具有一种特殊的香味,这特殊的香味具有驱蚊虫的功效,所以,古人常在门前挂艾草,一来用于避邪,二来用于赶走蚊虫。
菖蒲可以提取芳香油,有香气,该香气可以驱避蚊虫。
相对于现有技术,本发明的中的织物能够有效的吸收紫外线,防止紫外线对人体皮肤的伤害,通过防蚊虫织物层产生的气味,驱避蚊虫,减少蚊虫的叮咬和伤害,最内层的棉纺织物层能够提高人体皮肤的舒适感。

一种防紫外线防蚊虫织物,包括叠合的三层织物层,最外层织物层为防紫外线织物层,中间层为防蚊虫织物层,最内层为棉纺织物层,所述防紫外线织物层由60-80wt%棉、8-25wt%的聚酯纤维和8-25wt%的氨纶制成,防蚊虫织物层由95-99wt%棉和1-5wt%的氨纶制成,棉纺织物层为100%棉;防蚊虫织物层中粘附有防蚊虫微胶囊,防蚊虫微胶囊的直径为20-80nm。

所述步骤(4)中的固着剂为AF6100。
所述步骤(4)中的耐水性粘合剂为水溶性环氧树脂与聚乙烯醇的混合物,水溶性环氧树脂的质量分数为10-25%。
实施例2
一种防紫外线防蚊虫织物,包括叠合的三层织物层,最外层织物层为防紫外线织物层,中间层为防蚊虫织物层,最内层为棉纺织物层,所述防紫外线织物层由70.9wt%棉、17.5wt%的聚酯纤维和11.6wt%的氨纶制成,防蚊虫织物层由96.8wt%棉和3.2wt%的氨纶制成,棉纺织物层为100%棉;防蚊虫织物层中粘附有防蚊虫微胶囊,防蚊虫微胶囊的直径为30nm。

将上述实施例制成的织物进行抗紫外线性能测试,采用BS EN13758-1:2002服装面料抗太阳紫外线测试方法,测量其紫外线防护系数(UPF)和UVA的透过率值,具体测试数据见表1。

将上述实施例制成的织物进行防蚊虫测试,采用GB/T 30126-2013防蚊虫纺织品测试标准,通过人员驱避测试方法,测量驱避率,具体测试数据见表2,表3为驱避率防蚊等级参照表。

从上述实验可以看出,本申请中的防紫外线防蚊虫织物层防紫外线效果好,远远超出标注的设定值,防蚊虫效果良好,而且耐洗涤,气味持久,长时间的使用和清洗后,微胶囊破损,防蚊虫剂释放出来,依然具有良好的防蚊虫驱避效果。
