背景技术
窗帘布的主要作用是将室内与外界光源隔绝,保持居室的私密性,同时它又是家装不可或缺的装饰品之一。
目前,现有技术的窗帘布所采用的窗帘面料,仅可以减光、遮光,以适应人对光线不同强度的需求,功能较为单一。而在实际使用环境中,要求窗帘布具有更多的功能性,其一是隔音功能,现有的窗帘较为单薄,很难阻隔噪音,一旦外界出现较大噪声,即使将整张窗帘布展开,也无法阻隔噪声传入房间,其二是防紫外线功能,现有的窗帘布仅能简单遮阳,但无法阻挡紫外线直射窗帘布,则窗帘布在经过紫外线照射后容易出现褪色和脆化,导致使用寿命变短,其三是防蚊驱虫功能,在夜晚开灯后,即使整张窗帘布展开,也会有光透出,由于蚊虫的趋光性,很容易吸引蚊虫进入房内,使得窗帘布无法起到较好的阻隔作用。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种窗帘面料及其制备工艺,具有隔音降噪、防紫外线、防蚊驱虫的作用。

通过采用上述技术方案,由于设置有隔音层,在隔音层上开设有若干吸音孔,且在隔音层与功能层之间设置有吸音棉层,能够起到隔音降噪的功能,在将窗帘布整张拉开后,能够阻隔噪声进入房间,有效提升了窗帘布的综合性能,而由于设置有功能层,且功能层通过坯布浸轧防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂得到,能够避免紫外线伤害窗帘面料,大大延长了窗帘面料的使用寿命,在防蚊驱虫整理剂中通过添加防蚊驱虫剂,能够起到强效的防蚊驱虫作用,且通过中草药的添加,既能增强防蚊驱虫的效果,又能去除异味,避免滋生螨虫,且能产生草药香,从而使得窗帘面料既具有防蚊驱虫的效果,又具有除臭防螨的效果,在夜晚展开窗帘布时,能够驱除蚊虫进入房内,使得窗帘布能够起到较好的阻隔作用。

通过采用上述技术方案,由于功能层由第一纺织纱和第二纺织纱经纬编织而成,且第一纺织纱由若干芳纶纤维加捻而成,芳纶纤维具有较好的阻燃性,从而使得窗帘面料还具有阻燃的功能,第二纺织纱由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成,莱赛尔纤维具有柔软悬垂、飘逸动感、透气透湿的优点,从而使得窗帘面料具有较好的手感和舒适度。
一种窗帘面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)原布准备:准备用于制备隔音层和功能层的坯布,对坯布依次进行检验、翻布和缝头,检查坯布质量,检查出坯布表面的纺疵、织疵和破损,对检验合格的坯布分开存放;
2)水洗烘干:将经过步骤1)处理后的坯布置于水洗机内进行清洗,去除坯布上的油剂、脏污和土污,松弛坯布张力及内应力,再将清洗后的坯布取出并使用烘干机进行干燥;
3)浸轧处理:将防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂通过浸轧的方式施加到用于制备功能层的坯布上,得到功能层面料;
4)电晕处理:将吸音棉层置于电晕机上进行电晕处理,在吸音棉层表面击打出孔洞;
5)复合处理:将热熔胶经螺杆熔融挤出并附着在经过步骤4)处理后的吸音棉层上下表面上,再将隔音层面料和功能层面料分别覆盖在吸音棉层上下表面上,然后通过对辊进行压延冷却,实现隔音层、功能层与吸音棉层之间的复合,制成窗帘面料;
6)砂洗:将经过步骤5)制成的窗帘面料置于水洗机内,添加膨化剂进行膨化,再添加砂洗剂和柔软剂进行砂洗和柔软处理,完成后通过离心泵脱水机脱水,再通过转筒烘干机烘干;
7)定型:将经过步骤6)处理后的窗帘面料置于面料定型机内进行定型,整理平整,得到成品面料;
8)抽样质检:对成品面料进行抽样质检,检验合格后置于打卷机上进行打卷。
通过采用上述技术方案,整个流程前后衔接较好,设备与人工协作有序,连贯性较高,降低次品率,生产效率高,通过电晕处理的步骤,能够在吸音棉层表面上击打出若干孔洞,使得热熔胶更容易渗透,既能够增加吸音棉层的结合面积,又使得吸音棉层表面具有更高的附着性,从而能够提高窗帘面料结构的稳固性,通过砂洗的步骤,能够去除窗帘面料上的各种杂质,提升窗帘面料的悬垂性,增强窗帘面料的质感,从而提升了窗帘面料的成品质量。
本发明进一步设置为:将所述防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂通过浸轧的方法施加到所述坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)配比轧液:将防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂分别稀释得到轧液,且坯布与稀释后的轧液的浴比为1:8;
2)前处理:将用于制备功能层的坯布置于烧毛机内,使得坯布平幅快速通过高温火焰,烧去坯布表面的短毛,再对坯布进行浸轧生物酶、汽蒸的生物酶处理,水洗后完成前处理;
3)预浸:将坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的轧液中,并使用工具翻搅使其分散,浸渍3-5小时,进行一浸一轧;
4)二浸:将经过步骤3)处理的坯布浸置在轧液中进行二次浸轧,浸渍3-5小时,再用轧车轧一遍,进行二浸二轧;
5)清洗烘干:将经过步骤4)处理后的坯布置于清洗机内进行清洗,再通过烘干机烘干。
通过采用上述技术方案,步骤简单便捷,浸轧效率较高,浸轧效果较好。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置隔音层,能起到隔音降噪的功能,在将窗帘布整张拉开后,能够阻隔噪声进入房间,有效提升了窗帘布的综合性能,而由于设置有功能层,且功能层通过坯布浸轧防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂得到,能够避免紫外线伤害窗帘面料,大大延长了窗帘面料的使用寿命,能使窗帘面料既具有防蚊驱虫的效果,又具有除臭防螨的效果,在夜晚展开窗帘布时,能够驱除蚊虫进入房内,使得窗帘布能够起到较好的阻隔作用;
2、本发明的工艺流程前后衔接较好,设备与人工协作有序,连贯性较高,降低次品率,生产效率高,能有效提升窗帘面料的成品质量。

请参阅图1-3所示,一种窗帘面料,包括隔音层1和功能层2,隔音层1包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,花型按照上针盘到下针筒的排列顺序,第一路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第二路依次为集圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织、集圈组织,第三路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第四路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第五路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第六路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,功能层2由第一纺织纱6和第二纺织纱7经纬编织而成,且第一纺织纱6由若干芳纶纤维加捻而成,第二纺织纱7由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成,在隔音层1与功能层2之间设置有吸音棉层3,在吸音棉层3的上表面和下表面上均开设有若干孔洞5,且隔音层1、功能层2与吸音棉层3之间通过热熔胶粘合在一起,在隔音层1上开设有若干吸音孔4,且功能层2通过坯布浸轧防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂得到,其中,
防紫外线整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
水杨酸苯酯10-15份;
烷基糖苷8-15份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-12份;
氟碳乳液12-15份;
柠檬酸1-3份;
去离子水20-40份;
防蚊驱虫整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
防蚊驱虫剂1-5份;
艾草3-9份;
薄荷2-5份;
七里香5-10份;
天竺葵5-10份;
增稠剂1-2份;
甲醇12-20份;
余量为水。
由于设置有隔音层1,在隔音层1上开设有若干吸音孔4,且在隔音层1与功能层2之间设置有吸音棉层3,吸音棉层3内部存在大量微小且连通的孔隙,则在窗帘面料制成窗帘布使用时,一旦外界出现噪声,则声波会通过吸音孔4进入吸音棉层3,再沿着吸音棉层3的孔隙不断深入,与吸音棉层3发生摩擦作用来将声能转换成热能,从而起到隔音降噪的功能,在将窗帘布整张拉开后,能够阻隔噪声进入房间,有效提升了窗帘布的综合性能,而由于设置有功能层2,且功能层2通过坯布浸轧防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂得到,在防紫外线整理剂中通过添加水杨酸苯酯、烷基糖苷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,再通过添加氟碳乳液和柠檬酸进行中和,具有较好的防紫外线功能,能够吸收高能量的紫外线并将其转化为低能量的热能或者电磁波,从而能够避免紫外线伤害窗帘面料,大大延长了窗帘面料的使用寿命,在防蚊驱虫整理剂中通过添加防蚊驱虫剂,能够起到强效的防蚊驱虫作用,而通过添加艾草、薄荷、七里香和天竺葵,通过这些中草药自身散发的气味,既能增强防蚊驱虫的效果,又能去除异味,避免滋生螨虫,且能产生草药香,从而使得窗帘面料既具有防蚊驱虫的效果,又具有除臭防螨的效果,在夜晚展开窗帘布时,能够驱除蚊虫进入房内,使得窗帘布能够起到较好的阻隔作用。
由于隔音层1包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,这样的编织结构稳固性好,不易脱线,结构强度较高,且编织结构层次分明,立体感强,使得窗帘面料具有较好的手感,在制成窗帘布后更有质感。
由于在吸音棉层3的上表面和下表面上均开设有若干孔洞5,使得热熔胶更容易渗透,既能够增加吸音棉层3的结合面积,使得吸音棉层3表面具有更高的附着性,从而使得隔音层1和功能层2的粘合更为牢固,有效保证了窗帘面料结构的稳固性。
由于功能层2由第一纺织纱6和第二纺织纱7经纬编织而成,且第一纺织纱6由若干芳纶纤维加捻而成,芳纶纤维具有较好的阻燃性,从而使得窗帘面料还具有阻燃的功能,第二纺织纱7由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成,莱赛尔纤维具有柔软悬垂、飘逸动感、透气透湿的优点,从而使得窗帘面料具有较好的手感和舒适度。
请参阅图4、图5所示,一种窗帘面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)原布准备:准备用于制备隔音层和功能层的坯布,对坯布依次进行检验、翻布和缝头,检查坯布质量,检查出坯布表面的纺疵、织疵和破损,对检验合格的坯布分开存放;
2)水洗烘干:将经过步骤1)处理后的坯布置于水洗机内进行清洗,去除坯布上的油剂、脏污和土污,松弛坯布张力及内应力,再将清洗后的坯布取出并使用烘干机进行干燥;

本发明采用原布准备、水洗烘干、浸轧处理、电晕处理、复合处理、砂洗、定型、抽样质检的制备工艺流程,整个流程前后衔接较好,设备与人工协作有序,连贯性较高,降低次品率,生产效率高,通过电晕处理的步骤,能够在吸音棉层表面上击打出若干孔洞,使得热熔胶更容易渗透,既能够增加吸音棉层的结合面积,又使得吸音棉层表面具有更高的附着性,从而能够提高窗帘面料结构的稳固性,通过砂洗的步骤,能够去除窗帘面料上的各种杂质,提升窗帘面料的悬垂性,增强窗帘面料的质感,从而提升了窗帘面料的成品质量。
本发明采用的浸轧方法,包括配比轧液、前处理、预浸、二浸、清洗烘干的步骤,步骤简单便捷,浸轧效率较高,浸轧效果较好。

1.一种窗帘面料,其特征在于:包括隔音层(1)和功能层(2),所述隔音层(1)与功能层(2)之间设置有吸音棉层(3),所述隔音层(1)、功能层(2)与吸音棉层(3)之间通过热熔胶粘合在一起,所述隔音层(1)上开设有若干吸音孔(4),所述功能层(2)通过坯布浸轧防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂得到,其中,
所述防紫外线整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
水杨酸苯酯10-15份;
烷基糖苷8-15份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-12份;
氟碳乳液12-15份;
柠檬酸1-3份;
去离子水20-40份;
所述防蚊驱虫整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
防蚊驱虫剂1-5份;
艾草3-9份;
薄荷2-5份;
七里香5-10份;
天竺葵5-10份;
增稠剂1-2份;
甲醇12-20份;
余量为水。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种窗帘面料,其特征在于:所述功能层(2)由第一纺织纱(6)和第二纺织纱(7)经纬编织而成,所述第一纺织纱(6)由若干芳纶纤维加捻而成,所述第二纺织纱(7)由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任意一项所述窗帘面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)原布准备:准备用于制备隔音层和功能层的坯布,对坯布依次进行检验、翻布和缝头,检查坯布质量,检查出坯布表面的纺疵、织疵和破损,对检验合格的坯布分开存放;
2)水洗烘干:将经过步骤1)处理后的坯布置于水洗机内进行清洗,去除坯布上的油剂、脏污和土污,松弛坯布张力及内应力,再将清洗后的坯布取出并使用烘干机进行干燥;
3)浸轧处理:将防紫外线整理剂和防蚊驱虫整理剂通过浸轧的方式施加到用于制备功能层的坯布上,得到功能层面料;
4)电晕处理:将吸音棉层置于电晕机上进行电晕处理,在吸音棉层表面击打出孔洞;
5)复合处理:将热熔胶经螺杆熔融挤出并附着在经过步骤4)处理后的吸音棉层上下表面上,再将隔音层面料和功能层面料分别覆盖在吸音棉层上下表面上,然后通过对辊进行压延冷却,实现隔音层、功能层与吸音棉层之间的复合,制成窗帘面料;
