Abstract

一种工艺陶瓷套彩珍珠釉及其制法,是在坯上涂以高温色釉,厚度达1~3mm,稍干在浅一些部位蘸一层较深颜色的高温釉,稍干再在浅一部位蘸一层颜色更深的釉,如此一层层蘸不同色釉,釉稍干可入窑,在1300~1350℃下烧10小时,冷却10小时,取出即成。产品为形成珍珠的釉粒凸出在陶瓷品表面,一层一种颜色,十分美观。

Description

工艺陶瓷套彩珍珠釉及其制法
本发明涉及的是工艺陶瓷及其制法,特别是釉上套彩立体珍珠釉陶瓷及其制法。
带有各种色彩的工艺陶瓷是十分美观的,釉上和釉下的单色和多色彩绘已经繁花似锦;各种天目釉自然花纹也是色彩缤纷,开片陶瓷可以使其纹丝凹凸分明(中国专利申请号为94100767.7),具有明显的立体感。
本发明的目的是提供一种特殊的制作和烧制工艺,使工艺陶瓷具有更强的立体感,且可制成各种套彩。
本发明的套彩珍珠釉是在底坯上烧制成形如一粒粒大小不同的珍珠似的釉粒,犹如粒粒珍珠嵌在底坯上,立体感甚为强烈。同时,整个陶瓷品的釉粒具有上深下浅的多层色彩,十分美观。这种工艺陶瓷的烧制方法是底坯、上釉、套色一次烧成,其具体做法是:底坯是带有麻纹的粗陶,阴干后上浅色高温釉,其厚度达1~3mm。稍干后将其浸入比第一层颜色稍深的高温色釉中并较快取出,浸入深度要浅于头一层色釉,稍干后再在浅一层部位蘸上一层颜色更深的高温色釉,如此一层层蘸上颜色不同的但一层比一层颜色深的高温釉,以共有2~5层为宜。最后蘸上的釉稍干即可入窑,在1300~1350℃下烧10小时,然后降温冷却10小时,开窑取出即得成品。
本发明与现有技术相比其具有特点为:(1)珍珠形的釉粒凸出如嵌在陶瓷品的表面,釉粒间可相连亦可不连;总体看釉粒从上至下以颜色分成数层,上深下浅,最后突出的是只有釉粒着色,而釉粒间的间隙仍是底坏原色。这种套彩立体珍珠釉是陶艺界前所未有的。(2)上述陶艺品制作是底坯、上釉、套彩入窑一次烧制而成,这种工艺方法也是极为新颖别致的。
                    实例
塑一瓶形陶坯,高约25cm,面粗并带麻纹,阴干后涂以浅黄色高温釉,达1.5~3.0mm厚,稍干底朝下在浅兰色高温釉中蘸一下,着色深度为距底5cm,待浅兰色釉稍干再如法在紫色高温釉中蘸一下,着色深度为距底约10cm,稍干再入深兰色釉中蘸一下,着色深度距底约15cm,稍干入窑,在1320~1330℃烧10小时,降温冷却10小时,开窑取出。形如大粒珍珠的釉粒凸、嵌在陶瓷品的表面,从整体看颜色上深下浅:按深兰、紫、浅兰、黄分成4层,横向釉粒皆不相连,而上下釉粒有的则连成串,釉粒间的间隙只是原坯的原(白)色,十分美观。

Claims (5)

1、一种工艺陶瓷套彩珍珠釉,其特征为珍珠形的釉粒凸出如嵌在陶瓷品的表面,釉粒从上至下以颜色分成2~5层上深下浅,且只有釉粒着色,而釉粒间的间隙仍是底坯原色。
2、如权利要求1所述的工艺陶瓷,其特征为釉粒间可相连也可不连,可以上下间有的釉粒相连而横向釉粒间不相连;亦可横向间有的釉粒相连,而上下釉粒不相连。
3、如权利要求1所述的工艺陶瓷套彩珍珠釉的制法,其特征在粗陶并带有麻纹的坯上涂以浅色高温釉,厚度1~3mm,稍干后将其在另一种颜色的高温釉中蘸一下,浸入深度要浅于头一层色釉,稍干后再在浅一层部位蘸上一层另一颜色的高温色釉,如此一层层蘸上颜色不同的高温釉,最后蘸上的釉稍干即可入窑,在1300~1350℃下烧10小时,然后降温冷却10小时,开窑取出即得产品。
4、如权利要求3所述的工艺陶瓷套彩珍珠釉的制法,其特征为所述一层层蘸上颜色不同的高温釉共为2~5层。
5、如权利要求3所述的工艺陶瓷套彩珍珠釉的制法,其特征为所述的一层层蘸上颜色不同的高温釉,其颜色为一层比一层深。
