Abstract
本发明明皇菊精油,包括明皇菊花的成分。本发明还公开了一种精油,包括明皇菊精油、罗马洋甘菊精油、薰衣草精油和基础油。所述明皇菊精油、罗马洋甘菊精油和薰衣草精油的体积比为3:2:1,所述明皇菊精油的浓度为2%。本发明的明皇菊精油对金黄色葡萄球菌具有很强的杀灭和抑制作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种精油,特别是涉及一种明皇菊精油及其应用。
背景技术
‘明皇菊’(Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Minghuangju’)是菊科菊属的一个重要的传统茶用菊花品种,在我国有悠久的栽培历史,在江西、河南等南方传统茶菊产地广泛栽培。‘明皇菊’为皇菊的一种,有观赏、食用、保健等价值。皇菊属菊花主要以头撞花序供茶用,具有“香、甜、润”三大特点,还有散风热,明目等功效,还可与其他食材一起制作精美可口的菊花菜肴。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种明皇菊精油及其应用。
一种明皇菊精油,包括明皇菊花的成分。
一种精油,包括所述的明皇菊精油。
本发明所述的精油,包括明皇菊精油、罗马洋甘菊精油、薰衣草精油和基础油。
本发明所述的精油,其中,所述明皇菊精油、罗马洋甘菊精油和薰衣草精油的体积比为3:2:1。
本发明所述的精油,其中,所述明皇菊精油的浓度为2%。
本发明所述的精油,其中,所述基础油为葡萄籽油,甜杏仁油或橄榄油。
本发明所述的明皇菊精油在消炎,镇静,清除自由基、抗癌中的应用。
本发明所述的明皇菊精油在抑菌中的应用,能够抑制或杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的活性。
本发明所述的应用,所述金黄色葡萄球菌为ATCC 6538菌株。
本发明所述的明皇菊精油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将3千克‘明皇菊’的花加入蒸馏锅中,加6升水,采用电陶炉加热,2000瓦加热至沸腾,后调至1500瓦,打开冷凝水,蒸馏2小时,获得3.4毫升精油;精油提取率(精油重量/鲜花重量)为1.13/1000。
本发明明皇菊精油与现有技术不同之处在于:
以‘明皇菊’的花作为材料提取精油,可以利用采收茶菊后剩余的花或者因为花期、花型等因素不能烘干制茶的花提取精油,将显著提高‘明皇菊’的经济价值,显著提高茶菊种植者的收益,推动地区产业升级,带动农民增收致富。
本发明同时开发了明皇菊精油的新应用,在消炎,镇静,清除自由基、抗癌中有明显效果。金黄色葡萄球菌是医院和社区获得性感染最常见的致病菌,极易黏附在导管和植入式医疗设备表面形成生物膜。传统的抗生素治疗导致耐药菌株的大量产生。患者一旦发生金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜感染,往往难以治愈,频繁的治疗大大加重了患者的痛苦和经济负担。明皇菊精油对金黄色葡萄球菌具有很强的杀灭和抑制作用,可以为医学的发展提供一定的参考和借鉴作用。
下面结合附图对本发明的明皇菊精油及其应用作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种明皇菊精油,包括明皇菊花的成分。
具体制备方法包括如下步骤:将3千克‘明皇菊’的花加入蒸馏锅中,加6升水,采用电陶炉加热,2000瓦加热至沸腾,后调至1500瓦,打开冷凝水,蒸馏2小时,获得3.4毫升精油;精油提取率(精油重量/鲜花重量)为1.13/1000。
精油主要成分及其相对含量:见表1。
功能:消炎,镇静,清除自由基、抗癌。

实施例2
一种精油,按如下方法制备得到:将‘明皇菊’精油,罗马洋甘菊和薰衣草精油按照体积比3:2:1的比例稀释到基础油(葡萄籽油,甜杏仁油或者橄榄油等)中,稀释后精油浓度为2%。
将本发明的精油混匀后涂抹到皮肤患处,一日涂抹3-4次,对治疗促进睡眠效果显著。
明皇菊精油抑菌实验:
选用金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538菌株,用双层平板法均匀的涂菌液制作带菌平板,在带菌平板上层琼脂中央挖出一个直径约10mm的圆孔,取50μl精油明皇菊精油加至于圆孔中,充分浸润后在36℃培养24h,以圆孔无精油的培养皿作为对照组。
实验结果:
如图1所示,36℃、24h培养后的菌落生长情况如下:实验组菌出现明显的抑菌带(A1-A3),对照组无抑菌带,由此可以说明明皇菊精油对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538的生长有一定的抑制作用。总抑菌环宽度分别为:23.00mm、23.00mm、22.00mm,圆孔孔径10mm,平均抑菌带宽度6.33mm,对照组抑菌带宽度为0。
分别划取实验组抑菌带区域和非抑菌带区域的培养基,在新的培养基上进行划线36℃培养24h,发现从抑菌带区域选取的培养基在新培养基培养后,只有极少甚至没有菌落长出。而从非抑菌带区域选取的培养基,在新培养基上划线培养后,细菌能正常生长并形成菌落。说明在明皇菊精油发挥作用的区域中,大部分细菌活性都受到抑制(图1中的B1-B3)。
以上所述的实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

1.一种明皇菊精油,其特征在于:包括明皇菊花的成分。
2.一种精油,其特征在于:包括权利要求1所述的明皇菊精油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的精油,其特征在于:包括明皇菊精油、罗马洋甘菊精油、薰衣草精油和基础油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的精油,其特征在于:所述明皇菊精油、罗马洋甘菊精油和薰衣草精油的体积比为3:2:1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的精油,其特征在于:所述明皇菊精油的浓度为2%。
6.根据权利要求3或5所述的精油,其特征在于:所述基础油为葡萄籽油,甜杏仁油或橄榄油。
7.权利要求1所述的明皇菊精油在消炎,镇静,清除自由基、抗癌中的应用。
8.权利要求1所述的明皇菊精油在抑菌中的应用,能够抑制或杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的活性。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,所述金黄色葡萄球菌为ATCC 6538菌株。
10.权利要求1所述的明皇菊精油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:将3千克‘明皇菊’的花加入蒸馏锅中,加6升水,采用电陶炉加热,2000瓦加热至沸腾,后调至1500瓦,打开冷凝水,蒸馏2小时,获得3.4毫升精油;精油提取率为1.13/1000。
