本发明公开了一种长效驱蚊花露水包括以下成分：水、混合精油、植物香精 、侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂和水 余量。本发明在原有的花露水的基础上加入了具有良好杀虫效果的侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂，侧孢短芽孢杆菌与中药精油中的菊花和薄荷相互配合，可以达到长效驱蚊的效果，驱蚊时间可以达到12‑16小时，满足过夜要求。

本发明涉及日化产品技术领域，尤其涉及一种长效驱蚊花露水的制备方法。
背景技术
传统的驱蚊花露水是在普通花露水的基础上，配以适量的驱蚊剂制成的一种香水类产品，用于驱避蚊虫、祛痱止痒、使皮肤清爽舒适等，其中常见的驱避剂有两种，分别是避蚊胺和驱蚊酯。避蚊胺或驱蚊酯是卫生用农药成分，属于微毒产品。
中国发明专利CN1548028A公开了一种驱蚊花露水，该花露水的主要成分包括：植物精油、香水香型香精、乙醇和水，迷迭香、桉叶油、松针油、薄荷油、薰衣草油、洋甘菊、丁香油、百里香油、香叶油、玫瑰油、香茅油、刺柏油；但是该产品的驱蚊时间只有5-7小时。
为了降低毒性，提升产品的安全等级，达到更长时间的驱蚊效果，本发明提供一种以中药和微生物为主要原料的长效驱蚊花露水。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种长效驱蚊花露水的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种长效驱蚊花露水的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A、将菊花、橙皮、薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、刺柏的精油混合，搅拌均匀，得到混合精油；
B、将乙醇和水混合后加入混合精油和植物香精，搅拌均匀，杀菌；
C、将侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂加入溶液中，均质后过滤，即可。
侧孢短芽孢杆菌具有杀虫（Singer, 1996; 1997）、杀线（ Favret, 1985 ）、抗菌（T. Foèldes, 2000）、抗肿瘤（Takeuchi, 1984）、溶磷（杜春梅, 2005）、降解有机污染物（Crawford, 1976 ）、生产赖氨酸（Kamiyama T, 1994）和多种酶类物质（Tadashi, 1990）等功能。
对侧孢短芽孢杆菌的研究已有近百年的历史，国外的研究一直非常活跃，尤其是俄罗斯、美国、英国、日本、比利时等国更是研究得极为深入。早期的研究主要集中在侧孢短芽孢杆菌的杀虫活性上，它对蚊类、甲虫类昆虫（而非鳞翅类昆虫）的幼虫以及线虫和软体动物等无脊椎生物具有毒性作用（Sirnova, 1996）。它们的杀虫活性主要是由于其类芽胞内含物或晶体中含有的蛋白质对很多种昆虫具有毒性作用。侧孢短芽孢杆菌产生的小分子细菌毒素能够抑制线虫卵的孵化或幼虫的发育，可以防治动植物寄生线虫（Singer,1996），美国将侧孢短芽孢杆菌制成粉剂用于防治动物的线虫病。我国对该领域也投入了越来越多的关注，云南大学的侧孢短芽孢杆菌杀线虫成果也已得到了应用(张克勤，田宝玉和周薇，2004)。印度己完成了三种侧孢短芽孢杆菌菌株全基因组的测序。世界酶制剂巨头．丹麦诺维信公司生产的诺沃TM微生物菌剂，其中也含有侧孢短芽孢杆菌。而近年来，有关侧孢短芽孢杆菌抑菌活性的研究越来越受到人们的关注，美国、日本等报道侧孢短芽孢杆菌可以产生多种抗菌物质，包括非肽类的芽孢菌胺、聚酮化合物、肽类抗生素以及几丁质酶等。以上这些侧孢短芽孢杆菌产生的抗菌物质主要用于防治临床上已经产生抗药性的革兰氏阳性菌和念珠菌，但对家庭蚊虫的抑制作用的报道极少。
菊花，中药名。在植物分类学中是菊科、菊属的多年生宿根草本植物。按栽培形式分为多头菊、独本菊、大立菊、悬崖菊、艺菊、案头菊等栽培类型；有按花瓣的外观形态分为园抱、退抱、反抱、乱抱、露心抱、飞午抱等栽培类型。不同类型里的菊花又命名各种各样的品种名称。菊花是中国十大名花之三，花中四君子(梅兰竹菊)之一，也是世界四大切花(菊花、月季、康乃馨、唐菖蒲)之一，产量居首。因菊花具有清寒傲雪的品格，才有陶渊明的“采菊东篱下，悠悠见南山”的名句。中国人有重阳节赏菊和饮菊花酒的习俗。唐·孟浩然《过故人庄》：“待到重阳日，还来就菊花。”在古神话传说中菊花还被赋予了吉祥、长寿的含义。
菊花为菊科植物的干燥头状花序。主产于浙江、安徽、河南等地。9-11月花盛开时分批采收，阴干或焙干，或熏、蒸后晒干。生用。药材按产地和加工方法不同，分为“亳菊”、“滁菊”、“贡菊”、“杭菊”等。由于又有花的颜色不同，又有黄菊花和白菊花之分。
菊花，主治风热感冒，头痛眩晕，目赤肿痛，眼目昏花，疮痈肿毒。
薄荷，中药名。土名叫“银丹草”，为唇形科植物，即同属其他干燥全草，多生于山野湿地河旁，根茎横生地下，是一种有特种经济价值的芳香作物。它是发汗解热药，治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。光明温室采摘的薄荷又是春节餐桌上的鲜菜，清爽可口。平常以薄荷代茶，清心明目。在中国，薄荷主要以江苏、安徽两省产量最大。
薄荷，辛能发散，凉能清利，专于消风散热。故头痛、头风、眼目、咽喉、口齿诸病、小儿惊热、及瘰疬、疮疥为要药。

优选的，所述的长效驱蚊花露水中，各成分的重量百分比为：水 11-23%、混合精油2-5%、植物香精 0.5-2%、侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂 0.1-0.3%和水 余量。

A、将菊花、橙皮、薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、刺柏的精油混合，搅拌均匀，得到混合精油；
B、将乙醇和水混合后加入混合精油和植物香精，搅拌均匀，杀菌；
C、将侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂加入溶液中，均质后过滤，即可。
所述的长效驱蚊花露水中，各成分的重量百分比为：水 23%、混合精油 2%、植物香精 2%、侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂 0.1%和水 余量。
所述的侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂含有5*107 CFU的侧孢短芽孢杆菌SNB10。
本发明的长效驱蚊花露水，驱蚊时间可以达到12-16小时，而不加入侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂的条件下，驱蚊时间缩短到5-7小时。
以上所述，仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种长效驱蚊花露水的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
A、将菊花、橙皮、薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、刺柏的精油混合，搅拌均匀，得到混合精油；
B、将乙醇和水混合后加入混合精油和植物香精，搅拌均匀，杀菌；
C、将侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂加入溶液中，均质后过滤，即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的长效驱蚊花露水的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的步骤B中，乙醇和水的体积比为（3-8）：1。
3.如权利要求1所述的长效驱蚊花露水的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的长效驱蚊花露水中，各成分的重量百分比为：水 11-23%、混合精油 2-5%、植物香精 0.5-2%、侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂 0.1-0.3%和水 余量。
4.如权利要求1所述的长效驱蚊花露水的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的侧孢短芽孢杆菌剂含有（2-5）*107 CFU的侧孢短芽孢杆菌SNB10。
