Abstract

本发明公开了一种植物提取液用于防治菊花病虫害的制剂及制备方法。将香樟根、狼毒大戟根和蒲公英全草按重量比1∶1∶1的比例混合,用粉碎机加工成颗粒,过60目筛,把20kg颗粒放入中药多功能提取设备提取釜中进行萃取,加入75升75%乙醇,在80~85℃的温度下蒸煮2.0小时后,再浓缩1小时,即成香樟根、狼毒大戟根和蒲公英全草复合提取物浓缩膏及结晶体;再加入75%乙醇溶剂,充分溶解,制成饱和液,装瓶密封即可制得本制剂的植物提取液。试验结果表明本发明的一种植物提取液用于防治菊花病虫害的制剂具有较高的防治作用,而且不污染环境,成本低廉、制造工艺简单,节约成本、安全、直接、环保、高效。

本发明涉及花卉病虫害防治领域,具体为一种植物提取液用于防治菊花病虫害的制剂及制备方法。
背景技术
菊花(拉丁学名:Dendranthema morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.):在植物分类学中是菊科、菊属的多年生宿根草本植物。按栽培形式分为多头菊、独本菊、大立菊、悬崖菊、艺菊、案头菊等栽培类型;有按花瓣的外观形态分为园抱、退抱、反抱、乱抱、露心抱、飞午抱等栽培类型。不同类型里的菊花又命名各种各样的品种名称。
菊花是中国十大名花第三,花中四君子(梅兰竹菊)之一,也是世界四大切花(菊花、月季、康乃馨、唐菖蒲)之一,产量居首。因菊花具有清寒傲雪的品格,才有陶渊明的“采菊东篱下,悠然见南山”的名句。中国人有重阳节赏菊和饮菊花酒的习俗。唐·孟浩然《过故人庄》:“待到重阳日,还来就菊花。”在古神话传说中菊花还被赋予了吉祥、长寿的含义。
菊花是经长期人工选择培育的名贵观赏花卉,公元八世纪前后,作为观赏的菊花由中国传至日本。17世纪末叶荷兰商人将中国菊花引入欧洲,18世纪传入法国,19世纪中期引入北美。此后中国菊花遍及全球。
菊花能入药治病,久服或饮菊花茶能令人长寿。宋代诗人苏辙:“南阳白菊有奇功,潭上居人多老翁”。菊花可以做成精美的佳肴。“菊花肉”是经过长期摸索制作成的一种菊菜,它由一块块用蔗糖熬浆炮制的白嫩猪肉加工制成,玲珑剔透,有如白玉。每块之上黏上几丝菊瓣,饱饮油脂糖甜,观其金黄色泽,吃到口里荤中有素,素中有荤,香甜不腻,实为名菜。还有菊花鱼球、油炸菊叶、菊花鱼片粥、菊花羹、菊酒、菊茶等等,这些菊餐不但色香味俱佳,而且营养丰富。北京有名的“菊花锅子”(即在涮羊肉火锅里放些菊花煮汤),清淡味美,更是别有风味。
菊花的功效散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒;养肝护肝安神镇定排毒解毒清热。主治:风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花,疮痈肿毒。
发明内容:
本发明提供了一种植物提取液用于防治菊花病虫害的制剂及制备方法,本制剂不污染环境,成本低廉、制造工艺简单,极大地减少了劳动量,安全、直接、环保、高效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种植物提取液用于防治菊花病虫害的制剂及制备方法,所述制剂由香樟根、狼毒大戟根和蒲公英全草的复合提取物与溶剂配制而成。
所述香樟根的复合提取物为黄樟醚、松油醇;狼毒大戟根的复合提取物为二萜内脂;蒲公英全草的复合提取物为绿原酸;茉莉酮酸为一种添加的复合提取物。
所述溶剂为有机溶剂75%乙醇。
一种植物提取液用于防治菊花病虫害的制剂及制备方法,按如下方法制备而成:将香樟根、狼毒大戟根和蒲公英全草按重量比1:1:1的比例混合,用粉碎机加工碎成颗粒,过60目筛,把20kg颗粒放入中药多功能提取设备提取釜中进行萃取,加入75升75%乙醇,在80~85℃的温度下蒸煮2.0小时后,再浓缩1小时,即成香樟根、狼毒大戟根和蒲公英全草复合提取物浓缩膏及结晶体;再加入75%乙醇溶剂,充分溶解,制成饱和液,装瓶密封。
所述菊花病虫害具体有蚜虫类、蓟马类、斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、番茄夜蛾和二点叶蹒等。次要的害虫有切根虫、拟尺蠖、斑潜蝇、粉虱、毒蛾、粉介壳虫、细蹒等,种类可说相当多。
本发明有益效果:
本植物提取液制剂对防治菊花病虫害具有很好的防控作用,不仅防控效果好,而且不污染环境,成本低廉、制造工艺简单,极大地减少了劳动量,安全、直接、环保、高效,并且生产过程中无“三废”排放,生产的原材料可再生;本制剂可用于防治菊花病虫害的防治,通过用药可以灭土壤杆菌,抑制菊花病虫害,控制病菌的传播、蔓延,危害,达到防控防治菊花病虫害的目的,为防治菊花病虫害提供了技术支持。

(2)加入75%乙醇75升,80℃温度蒸煮2.0小时后,再浓缩1小时,浓缩成浓缩膏及结晶体,即香樟根、狼毒大戟根和蒲公英全草复合提取物;
(3)取提取物再加入溶剂75%乙醇,边加边搅拌直至充分溶解配制成饱和液即为防治菊花病虫害制剂成品。
(4)分别灌装:将防治菊花病虫害制剂500ml装入塑料瓶中密封待用。
(5)将所述制剂配制成100ug/ml—150ug/ml的用量浸泡根系15分钟或直接喷洒花卉每天1-2遍。

(3)病株周围的土壤用150ug/ml的本制剂灌注消毒,防治菊花病虫害的发生、传播、蔓延本制剂的使用效果如下:
一、田间预防菊花病虫害发生效果试验
2016年4月9号在阜阳市颍东区新乌江镇花卉种植区,菊花栽植前用药剂浸泡根系15分钟,每个处理浸泡菊花100株。药剂处理为防治菊花病虫害制剂(实施例中所得产品)150ug/ml、防治菊花病虫害制剂100ug/ml、防治菊花病虫害制剂50ug/ml、20%百菌清可湿性粉剂(阜阳市威腾生化制品有限公司生产)100ug/ml、清水对照等共5个处理,每个处理3次重复,随机排列。种植后20天,调查菊花病虫害发病情况,每个处理随机调查60株菊花计数病株率,感病指数(1级数病虫害为0;2级病虫害占总株数1/5以下;3级病虫害占总株数1/5-3/5;4级病虫害占总株数3/5以上;5级为病死株数)。结果见表一。

感病指数=【(∑(病级株数×代表数值))/(株数总和×发病最重一级的代表数值)】×100%
由表一可以看出,预防菊花病虫害制剂使用浓度100ug/ml、150ug/ml均对菊花病虫害发生具有较好的预防效果,病株率相对降低分别为:97.0%、97.0%;感病指数相对降低率分别为:96.33%、96.67%,均高于对照20%百菌清可湿性粉剂100ug/ml,病株率相对降低、感病指数相对降低率,89.33%、89.67%的预防效果;防治菊花病虫害发生制剂使用浓度50ug/ml的预防效果相对较差。综合分析,防治菊花病虫害发生制剂使用浓度100ug/ml、150ug/ml均具有较好的预防效果,但比较成本以100ug/ml的使用浓度杀菌效果好,较经济。
二、田间防治菊花病虫害效果试验
2016年8月10号在阜阳市颍东区老庙镇花卉种植区,在菊花病虫害发生时,用120ug/ml的本制剂喷洒到菊花的茎和叶上每天1-2遍;,病株周围的土壤用药剂灌注消毒,每个处理100株,处理前调查病株率及感病指数(1级病虫害株数为0;2级病虫害株数占总株数1/5以下;3级病虫害株数占总株数1/5-3/5;4级病虫害株数占总株数3/5以上;5级为病死株数)。间隔20天再用药剂喷洒,病株周围的土壤用药剂灌注消毒,连处理二次。药剂处理为防治菊花病虫害制剂(实施例中所得产品)150ug/ml、防治菊花病虫害制剂100ug/ml、防治菊花病虫害制剂50ug/ml、20%百菌清可湿性粉剂(阜阳市威腾生化制品有限公司生产)100ug/ml、清水对照等共5个处理,每个处理3次重复,随机排列。二次喷施药剂完毕后20天,调查菊花病虫害情况,每个处理随机调60株树计数病株率,感病指数。结果见表二。
由表二可以看出,防治菊花病虫害制剂使用浓度100ug/ml、150ug/ml均对菊花病虫害具有较好的防治效果,病株率相对降低分别为:88.78%、89.77%;感病指数相对降低率分别为:86.66%、87.86%,均高于对照20%百菌清可湿性粉剂100ug/ml,病株率相对降低、感病指数相对降低率74.15%、70.76%的防治效果;防治菊花病虫害制剂使用浓度50ug/ml的防治效果相对较差。综合分析,防治菊花病虫害制剂使用浓度100ug/ml、150ug/ml均具有较好的
防治效果,但比较成本以100ug/ml的使用浓度杀菌效果好,较经济。
