二氢茉莉酸丙酯(Propyl Dihydrojasmonate),简称PDJ,是具有高生物活性的茉莉酸类衍生物,具有良好的化学稳定性,挥发性低,持效期长等特点,低浓度下也有较强的促进作用,是一种更具使用价值的茉莉酸类化合物。
二氢茉莉酸丙酯可促进植物内源脱落酸、乙烯的合成信号,从而促进植物内源乙烯合成,有促进果实成熟的作用,在达到一定量时可以有效促进果实自然转色成熟,优势明显;同时外源喷施二氢茉莉酸丙酯,可缩短果实的成熟期,促进果实成熟,使作物应激反应提升,迅速吸收积累营养物质,促进果实内可溶性糖分增加及积累。
绿原酸(Chlorogenic acid),简称CA,是由咖啡酸与奎尼酸生成的缩酚酸,是植物体在有氧呼吸过程中经莽草酸途径产生的一种苯丙素类化合物。
绿原酸具有广泛的生物活性,是一种重要的生物活性物质,具有抗菌、抗病毒的作用,可促进果实转色,诱导花青素的合成,促使果实着色,增加着色面积;果形周正、色泽鲜亮、果肉充实、成熟期提早7天以上;可增加果实的抗病性,具保鲜作用,降低果实的呼吸强度,减少果实水分的流失,延长果品贮藏期。

(1)将二氢茉莉酸丙酯与溶剂称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与乙醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、绿原酸、防冻剂称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入乳化剂,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明的一种含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯与绿原酸的可溶液剂,安全、环保,制作工艺简单,能显著促进果实着色、增强果实抗病性。
2、本发明的一种含有的二氢茉莉酸丙酯与绿原酸的可溶液剂,二者组合,增效效果显著,可有效降低用药量和施药次数,降低成本,转色效果更显著。
3、本发明提供一种将二氢茉莉酸丙酯和绿原酸复配的可溶液剂,可用于苹果、葡萄、草莓、樱桃、番茄、茄子等水果及蔬菜,能显著促进果实着色,促进果实内可溶性糖分的积累增加,增强果实的抗病性,促进果实成熟,安全、环保,制作工艺简单,二者组合可有效降低用药量和施药次数,降低成本,转色效果更显著。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶液剂,各组分含量如下:
二氢茉莉酸丙酯 1g;
绿原酸 0.2g;
乙醇 30g;
乙二醇 2g;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 5g;
纯净水 补足至100g。
上述含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯和绿原酸的可溶液剂的制备方式,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将1g二氢茉莉酸丙酯与30g乙醇称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与乙醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、0.2g绿原酸、2g乙二醇称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入5g烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。

一种含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶液剂,各组分含量如下:
二氢茉莉酸丙酯 2g;
绿原酸 0.4g;
甲醇 20g;
乙醇 20%;
丙二醇 4g;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 3g;
蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚 4g;
纯净水 补足至100g。
上述含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯和绿原酸的可溶液剂的制备方式,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将2g二氢茉莉酸丙酯与20g甲醇、20g乙醇称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与甲醇、乙醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、0.4g绿原酸、4g丙二醇称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入3g烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4g蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。

吐温60# 3g;
纯净水 补足至100g。

(1)将3g二氢茉莉酸丙酯、20g甲醇和15g乙醇称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与甲醇、乙醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、0.2g绿原酸、2g丙二醇称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入3g苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3g吐温60#,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。

正丁醇 20g;
丙三醇 1g;
吐温60# 8g;
纯净水 补足至100g。
上述含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯和绿原酸的可溶液剂的制备方式,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将2g二氢茉莉酸丙酯与20g正丁醇称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与正丁醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、1g绿原酸、1g丙三醇称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入8g吐温60#,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。
本发明一种含二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶液剂可用于苹果、葡萄、草莓、樱桃、番茄、茄子等水果、蔬菜,能显著促进果实着色,促进果实内可溶性糖分的积累增加,增强果实的抗病性,促进果实成熟。

一种含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶性液剂,各组分含量如下:
二氢茉莉酸丙酯 4g;
绿原酸 0.3g;
乙醇 40g;
乙二醇 4g;
蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚 5g;
纯净水 补足至100g。
上述含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯和绿原酸的可溶液剂的制备方式,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将4g二氢茉莉酸丙酯与40g乙醇称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与乙醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、0.3g绿原酸、4g乙二醇称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入5g蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。

烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4g;
纯净水 补足至100g。
上述含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯和绿原酸的可溶液剂的制备方式,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将5g二氢茉莉酸丙酯与10g异丙醇称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与异丙醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、0.8g绿原酸、4g丙三醇称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入2g苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4g烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。

二氢茉莉酸丙酯 5g;

异丙醇 25g;
丙二醇 5g;
苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10g;
纯净水 补足至100g。
上述含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯和绿原酸的可溶液剂的制备方式,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将5g二氢茉莉酸丙酯与25g异丙醇称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与异丙醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、0.4g绿原酸、5g丙二醇称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入10g苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。

吐温60# 5g;
纯净水 补足至100g。
上述含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯和绿原酸的可溶液剂的制备方式,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将5g二氢茉莉酸丙酯与30g甲醇称量好,置于一搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与甲醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、1g绿原酸、4g丙二醇称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入2g蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、5g吐温60#,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。

产品性能检测
以上8个实施例的性能测试结果,用表格及文字形式进行描述

由表1可知,实施例4冷贮稍浑浊,热贮少量沉淀,实施例4不合格;实施例6热贮稳定性也存在问题,因此选择实施例1,2,3,5,7,8六个实施例进行田间药效试验。
产品效果试验
(1)葡萄转色率试验
本试验共8个处理,本试验所制含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶液剂;对照药剂采颜(50g/L二氢茉莉酸丙酯);清水对照。本试验选用葡萄为试验材料,并选择两种不同的稀释倍数,每组选取十串葡萄,将对应浓度的药液均匀的喷雾至葡萄表面,7天后,记录不同处理的葡萄转色情况,再次按对应浓度药液进行第二次喷洒,7天后,观察,记录不同药液处理的葡萄转色情况,两次实验结果见表2。

由表2可以看出,含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶液剂对葡萄转色有很好的促进作用,混合物的促进效果明显优于单剂,稀释1500倍转色效果更佳,其中实施例8转色效果最好,当绿原酸含量相同时,二氢茉莉酸丙酯含量越高,效果越好。由此可见二氢茉莉酸丙酯与绿原酸的可溶液剂有良好的协同增效作用。
(2)苹果的转色试验
本试验共8个处理,本试验所制含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶液剂;对照药剂采颜(50g/L二氢茉莉酸丙酯);清水对照。本试验选用苹果为试验材料,并选择两种不同的稀释倍数,每组选取三株苹果,将对应浓度的药液均匀的喷雾至苹果表面,7天后,记录不同处理的苹果转色情况,再次按对应浓度药液进行第二次喷洒,7天后再次记录不同药液处理的苹果转色情况,两次实验结果见表3。

由表3可以看出,含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶液剂对葡萄转色有很好的促进作用,混合物的促进效果明显优于单剂,稀释1500倍转色效果更佳,其中实施例8转色效果最好,当绿原酸含量相同时,二氢茉莉酸丙酯含量越高,效果越好。由此可见二氢茉莉酸丙酯与绿原酸的可溶液剂有良好的协同增效作用。
本发明是可用于苹果、葡萄、草莓、樱桃、番茄、茄子等水果、蔬菜,能显著促进果实着色,促进果实内可溶性糖分的积累增加,增强果实的抗病性,促进果实成熟,安全、环保,制作工艺简单。二者组合,可有效降低用药量和施药次数,降低成本,转色效果更显著。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例所公开的内容。
Claims (2)
2.一种含有二氢茉莉酸丙酯、绿原酸的可溶性液剂的制备方法,其特征在于:方法步骤如下:
(1)将二氢茉莉酸丙酯与溶剂称量好,置于搅拌釜中,充分搅拌使二氢茉莉酸丙酯与乙醇混匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将纯净水、绿原酸、防冻剂称量好置于另一搅拌釜中,搅拌,至其充分溶解,为溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入至溶液A中,充分搅拌,混匀后,加入乳化剂,搅拌均匀后,取样检测,合格后即为成品。
