The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram 200 of an application scenario of a method for generating dial-in information according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
The execution main body of the dial-up information generation method of some embodiments of the present disclosure may be the first processing end, and may also be the second processing end. The first processing end is exemplified by a terminal 201 of a store, and the second processing end is exemplified by a terminal 202 of an exclusive warehouse of the store. The terminal may be hardware or software. When the terminal is hardware, it can be various electronic devices including, but not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a handheld PDA (personal digital assistant), a desktop computer, and the like. When the terminal is software, the terminal can be installed in the electronic device listed above. It may be implemented, for example, as multiple software or software modules to provide distributed services, or as a single software or software module. And is not particularly limited herein.
The terminal 201 of the store and the terminal 202 of the exclusive warehouse can communicate by wire or wirelessly. Optionally, a background server 203 may be further included as needed. So that both the store's terminal 201 and the proprietary warehouse's terminal 202 can communicate with the backend server 203. The method for generating the dial-up information according to some embodiments of the present disclosure may also be executed by the backend server 203 according to implementation requirements.
In the case where the execution subject is a terminal 201 of a store, in this scenario, the target place is a certain store, the target item may be any product sold in the store (for example, live shrimp), and the target category is for example a fresh category. On this basis, the terminal 201 of the store may first determine whether the category of the target item for the target place is the target category, i.e., whether the category of the live shrimps is the fresh category. Specifically, as an example, the database may be queried to determine whether the live shrimp data includes a predetermined flag. It is understood that the data of the items may be marked in the database in advance according to whether each item is an object type item with respect to the data of all items sold in the store. So that whether the data of a certain item contains a preset mark can be determined to be the target category.
On the basis, in response to determining that the category of the target item is the target category, first acquisition information corresponding to the target item may be generated. In this scenario, the category of the live shrimps is a fresh category, so that first acquisition information corresponding to the live shrimps can be generated. As an example, the first acquisition information may be a procurement plan. Then, second acquisition information for a storage bin corresponding to the target location and call information corresponding to the second acquisition information may be generated based on the first acquisition information, the call information including related information for calling the item from the storage bin to the target location. As an example, purchase orders and dispatch orders for a storage bin (exclusive warehouse) may be generated from a procurement plan.
For the case where the execution subject is a terminal 202 of the proprietary warehouse, the terminal 202 of the proprietary warehouse may increase the inventory quantity of the items in response to determining that the items of the target category are warehoused. As an example, the terminal 202 of the dedicated warehouse may increase the inventory amount of live shrimp in response to the live shrimp being warehoused. On the basis, the information is sent to the information receiving end (in the application scene, the background server 203 can be used for the application scene), so that the information receiving end updates the state of the acquisition information (in the application scene, the purchase order) corresponding to the live shrimps. After the exclusive warehouse is put in storage, the transfer processing is directly carried out without putting on a shelf. Specifically, based on the allocation information (in this scenario, the allocation sheet) corresponding to the acquired information, an operation for allocating the object of the object category to the object location (for example, store) is performed.
It should be noted that the number of terminals in fig. 2 is merely exemplary. There may be any number of terminals, as desired for implementation. In some scenarios, the first processing end and the second processing end may also be the same processing end.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a flow 300 of some embodiments of a method of dial-in information generation according to the present disclosure is shown. The method for generating the dialing information comprises the following steps:
step 301, determine whether the category of the target item for the target location is a target category.
In some embodiments, an executing subject of the dial-in information generating method (e.g., the terminal 201 of the store in fig. 2) may determine whether the category of the target item for the target place is the target category. Wherein the target item may be used in a target location in a variety of ways. For example, the target item may be stored in the target location. As another example, the target item may be sold at a target location. The target site may be any site and the target item may be any item for the target site. For example, the target location may be a store, and the target item may be any item sold in the store. Of course, the target item may also be an item that is intended to be sold at the store or that was once sold at the store, and so on. It can be understood that the target place can be a plurality of stores according to actual needs, so that subsequent storage bins can be conveniently and uniformly obtained.
In practice, the executing entity may determine whether the category of the target item is the target category in a variety of ways. As an example, the database may be queried to determine whether the data of the target item contains a predetermined tag. It is understood that the data of the items may be marked in the database in advance according to whether each item is an object type item with respect to the data of all items sold in the store. So that whether the data of a certain item contains a preset mark can be determined to be the target category. For another example, whether the item data corresponds to the target item in the database may be queried to determine whether the item data corresponds to the target item. It can be understood that this query method requires the value of the flag bit of the item data in the database to be set in advance. Of course, a field for indicating a category or the like may be provided.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, in response to receiving the acquisition demand information for the target item, it is determined whether the category of the target item for the target venue is the target category. In these implementations, the acquisition demand information may be user-entered, such as replenishment information entered by store personnel. In the modes, the opportunity of determining whether the category is the target category is increased, the matching degree with the actual application scene is higher, and the applicability is stronger. In addition, the consumption of resources such as a memory and the like by a frequently executed method can be avoided.
Step 302, in response to determining that the category of the target item is the target category, generating first acquisition information corresponding to the target item.
In some embodiments, in response to determining that the category of the target item is the target category, the executing entity may generate first acquisition information corresponding to the target item. Wherein the first acquisition information includes information related to an acquisition plan, including but not limited to: number of scheduled acquisitions, date of scheduled acquisition, level of scheduled acquisition, brand of scheduled acquisition, and the like. In practice, the information may be determined by receiving user input, and may be generated by preset information and certain logic or rules, as an example. As an example, a default number of each acquisition target item may be set in advance so that the default number may be directly read as the number in the first acquisition information.
And 303, generating second acquisition information used for the storage bin corresponding to the target place and allocation information corresponding to the second acquisition information based on the first acquisition information, wherein the allocation information comprises related information for directly allocating the articles from the storage bin to the target place without racking the articles.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may generate, based on the first acquisition information, second acquisition information for a storage bin corresponding to the target location and call information corresponding to the second acquisition information. The storage bin corresponding to the target site can be an exclusive warehouse of the target site. That is, items for the target site may be restocked from the corresponding storage bin. In practice, the storage bin corresponding to the target place can be determined in a preset or certain condition screening mode. The second acquisition information includes information related to the actual acquisition, including but not limited to: quantity, date, grade, brand, etc. In practice, these pieces of information are generated from the first acquired information. As an example, the second acquisition information may be an acquisition ticket. The second acquisition information is used for the storage bin, that is, for the storage bin, a process such as article acquisition (e.g., purchase) can be performed based on the second acquisition information. In addition, the allocation information corresponding to the second acquired information may be generated, where the allocation information includes related information that the article is directly allocated to the target location from the storage bin without being shelved, and includes but is not limited to: location information of the target site, time of call, number of calls, etc. In practice, this information may be determined in various ways. For example, it may be preset. For example, the location information of the target location may be input in advance in the system. In this way, the target place location information can be acquired by querying in the system. Of course, the information may be obtained based on the first acquired information. For example, the dial-in time may be a date in the first acquired information.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, in response to determining that the article corresponding to the allocation information has reached the target location, sending information to the information receiving end, so that the information receiving end updates a state of the allocation information. In the implementation modes, the information is sent to the information receiving end, and the state of the allocation information is updated, so that the state of the allocation information is monitored, and the state of the allocation information is convenient to know in time.
According to the method provided by some embodiments of the present disclosure, first acquisition information corresponding to a target article is generated, and then second acquisition information and corresponding allocation information of a storage bin corresponding to a target place are generated according to the first acquisition information. Thereby providing a foundation for the acquisition and allocation of the target articles in the storage bin. The second acquisition information and the transfer information are corresponding to each other, so that accurate and timely transfer is realized subsequently. Furthermore, by determining whether the category of the target item is the target category, the method of some embodiments may be performed only for the target category of items, thereby enabling differentiated processing for different categories of items. In practice, the target category can be set as needed to realize different functions. As an example, the target category may be a fresh category, thereby realizing subsequent differentiated acquisition and allocation of fresh items. Therefore, the replenishment time of the fresh goods can be reduced, and the loss can be reduced.
With further reference to fig. 4, a flow 400 of further embodiments of an information generation method is illustrated. The process 400 of the information generating method includes the following steps:
step 401, it is determined whether the category of the target item for the target location is a target category.
Step 402, in response to determining that the category of the target item is the target category, generating first acquisition information corresponding to the target item.
In some embodiments, specific implementations of steps 401 to 402 and technical effects thereof may refer to steps 301 to 302 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 3, and are not described herein again.
And step 403, based on the first acquired information, pushing audit prompt information for the first acquired information to the audit terminal.
In some embodiments, an executive body of the information generation method may push audit prompt information for the first acquired information to the audit end based on the first acquired information. The auditing end may be a terminal used by an auditor, and includes but is not limited to: smart phones, tablets, handheld PDAs (personal digital assistants), desktop computers, and the like. The audit prompt information may be various forms of information including, but not limited to: pictures, text, audio, video, etc. The auditor may be any user.
And step 404, receiving auditing indication information from the auditing end.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may receive audit indication information from the audit end. Wherein, the audit indication information can be used for representing whether the audit is passed or not.
And 405, responding to the fact that the audit indication information represents that the audit is passed, and generating second acquisition information used for the storage bin corresponding to the target place and allocation information corresponding to the second acquisition information based on the first acquisition information, wherein the allocation information comprises related information for allocating the articles from the storage bin to the target place.
In some embodiments, in response to the audit indication information characterizing the audit pass, the execution subject may generate, based on the first acquired information, second acquired information for the storage bin corresponding to the target location and allocation information corresponding to the second acquired information, where the allocation information includes related information for allocating the item from the storage bin to the target location.
As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 3, the steps of pushing the audit prompt information and receiving the audit indication information are added, so that the audit step is introduced in the method execution process to adapt to the audit scenario, and the application scenario is further enriched.
With further reference to fig. 5, a flow 500 of some embodiments of an item allocation method is illustrated. The process 500 of the method for transferring an article includes the following steps:
step 501, in response to determining that the object type of the object is stored, increasing the inventory quantity of the object.
In some embodiments, in response to determining that an item of the target category is in inventory, the executing entity of the item allocation method (e.g., the terminal 202 of the special warehouse of fig. 2) may increase the inventory quantity of the item. In practice, the execution subject may determine the target type of the article to be put in storage in various ways. For example, a purchaser may scan a bar code of an item being warehoused via a handheld PDA. The barcode may include information such as the name, category, etc. of the item. Thus, when the information of the object type of the object is scanned, the object type of the object can be determined to be stored in a warehouse. As another example, warehousing of items of a target category may be determined by receiving input from a purchasing personnel. On the basis of the above, the stock quantity of the articles can be increased. In practice, the specific amount can be obtained in various ways. For example, receiving a quantity entered by a buyer, etc.
Step 502, sending information to the information receiving end, so that the information receiving end updates the state of the acquired information corresponding to the article.
In some embodiments, the execution body may send information to the information receiving end, so that the information receiving end updates the state of the acquisition information corresponding to the article. The acquisition information is, for example, a purchase order. The purchase order may have different states. As an example, a classification into "completed status" and "incomplete status" may be made according to whether a purchase has been completed. When the corresponding article is purchased and put in storage, the state of the purchase order may be an "unfinished state", and when the corresponding article is purchased and put in storage, the state of the purchase order may be an "finished state". It is understood that, in practice, the acquired information may be in different states according to other division standards as needed.
And step 503, executing operation for allocating the object in the target category to the target place based on the allocation information corresponding to the acquired information.
In some embodiments, the executing body may execute an operation for allocating the object category to the object location based on the allocation information corresponding to the information. Specifically, the operation for transferring the object of the object category to the object place may be a series of logical operations. By executing the logical operations by the main body, a delivery person, an automatic delivery vehicle, or the like can transfer the object of the object category to the object location. As an example, these logical operations may be to display a prompt for the delivery personnel. Therefore, the distribution personnel can distribute according to the prompt information, and the objects of the target category can be allocated to the target place. As yet another example, an identification of the target location may be added to the item information for the item of the target category. Therefore, the automatic distribution vehicle can identify the identification so as to transfer the target type of articles to the target place.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the method further comprises: in response to determining that the item has been out of stock, reducing an inventory quantity of the item; and sending the information to the information receiving terminal so that the information receiving terminal updates the state of the call information corresponding to the acquired information. In these implementations, automatic updating of the state of the dial-in information is achieved.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the number of ex-warehouse items is determined according to the number of in-warehouse items and the number of items in the acquisition information.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the number of ex-warehouse is determined by: in response to the fact that the warehousing quantity is larger than the quantity of the articles in the acquisition information, determining the quantity of the articles in the allocation information corresponding to the acquisition information as the ex-warehouse quantity; and determining the quantity of the articles in the acquired information as the ex-warehouse quantity in response to determining that the warehousing quantity is less than or equal to the quantity of the articles in the acquired information. In the implementation modes, the automatic determination of the ex-warehouse quantity is realized under the condition of different warehousing quantities.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the method further comprises: and in response to determining that the warehousing quantity is greater than the quantity of the articles in the acquisition information, performing an operation for shelving the articles of the target quantity, wherein the target quantity is a difference value between the warehousing quantity and the ex-warehouse quantity. In these implementations, for the case where the warehousing number is greater than the number of articles in the acquisition information, an operation for shelving a target number of articles is performed, and then shelving processing of redundant articles is realized.
According to the method provided by some embodiments of the disclosure, after the target type of articles are put in storage, the allocation logic is triggered, and the execution main body can execute the operation for allocating the target type of articles to the target place without putting on the shelf, so that the rapid allocation of the articles is realized, the allocation time is shortened, and the loss of the target type (for example, fresh and fresh type) articles is reduced. In addition, by updating the state of the acquired information of the article, monitoring and automatic updating of the state of the acquired information can be realized.
With continuing reference to fig. 6, as an implementation of the methods illustrated in the above-described figures, the present disclosure provides some embodiments of a dial information generation apparatus, which correspond to those illustrated in fig. 3, and which may be particularly applicable in various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 6, the dial information generation apparatus 600 of some embodiments includes: a determination unit 601, a first generation unit 602, and a second generation unit 603. Wherein the determining unit 601 is configured to determine whether the category of the target item for the target location is a target category; the first generating unit 602 is configured to generate first acquisition information corresponding to the target item in response to determining that the category of the target item is the target category, the first acquisition information including information related to the acquisition plan.
