With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method for generating item deployment cues in accordance with the present disclosure is shown. The method for generating the item allocation prompt message comprises the following steps:
Step 201, obtaining an item allocation task list.
In this embodiment, the execution body (such as the server 105 shown in fig. 1) of the method for generating the item allocation prompt information may acquire the item allocation task list through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The article allocation task list can comprise warehouse entry mode information and article information, wherein the warehouse entry mode information and the article information are used for indicating whether to start an electronic tag warehouse entry mode. The electronic tag may include various tags that can be recognized by an electronic device, such as an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification ) tag, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, and the like. As an example, the above-mentioned item allocation task sheet may include a field "RFID warehouse entry"; the value corresponding to the field "RFID binning" described above may include "yes" or "no". Thus, the field "RFID binning" and the corresponding value may constitute the binning mode information. When the value is yes, the warehousing mode information can be used for indicating to start the electronic tag warehousing mode. When the value is no, the warehousing mode information can be used for indicating that the warehousing mode of the electronic tag is not started.
In this embodiment, the item information may include various details of the item indicated by the item allocation task sheet. Which may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the method comprises the steps of article name, article number, RFID information, warehouse-out warehouse identification, warehouse-in warehouse identification and order number corresponding to the articles.
Specifically, the execution body may acquire an item allocation task list stored locally in advance, or may acquire an item allocation task list transmitted by an electronic device (for example, a terminal device shown in fig. 1) connected to the execution body in a communication manner.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the executing body may obtain the item allocation task list according to the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of firstly, responding to receiving article delivery information sent by a terminal corresponding to an article originating bin, and obtaining relevant information of articles indicated by the article delivery information as article information.
In these implementations, in response to receiving the item shipment information sent by the terminal corresponding to the item origination warehouse, the execution body may acquire, as the item information, information about the item indicated by the item shipment information from the terminal corresponding to the item origination warehouse. As an example, the terminals corresponding to the article-originating bin may include fixed terminals disposed at the article-originating bin. As yet another example, the terminals corresponding to the above-described article-originating bins may also include mobile terminals used by staff members of the above-described article-originating bins. And are not limited thereto.
And secondly, generating an article allocation task list based on the warehouse entry mode information and the article information.
In these implementations, the execution body may generate the item allocation job ticket in various ways based on the warehouse entry mode information and the item information. The warehousing mode information can be generated based on whether the electronic tag warehousing mode is started by the article originating warehouse or not. As an example, in response to determining that the above-described article origination warehouse opens an electronic tag warehousing manner, warehousing manner information is generated that includes information indicating the opening of the electronic tag warehousing manner (e.g., a value corresponding to the field "RFID warehousing" is set to "yes"). As yet another example, in response to determining that the above-described item origination warehouse does not have an electronic tag warehousing manner activated, warehousing manner information is generated that includes information indicating the electronic tag warehousing manner activated (e.g., a value corresponding to the field "RFID warehousing" is set to "no"). The execution body may combine the article information acquired in the first step with the generated warehouse entry mode information to generate an article allocation task sheet.
Based on the optional implementation manner, the automatic generation of the article allocation task list can be realized according to the ex-warehouse condition, and the automatic degree of warehouse logistics can be improved.
Step 202, in response to receiving the operation information sent by the terminal associated with the item allocation task sheet, a record in an operation log consistent with the item indicated by the item allocation task sheet is generated.
In this embodiment, in response to receiving the operation information sent by the terminal associated with the item allocation task sheet acquired in step 201, the execution subject may generate a record in the operation log consistent with the item indicated by the item allocation task sheet by various methods. Wherein, the record can include information for indicating the operation in the process of allocating the article.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned process of preparing the article may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: and (5) warehousing and confirming the articles, checking and accepting the containers, and putting the articles on the shelf.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the operation information may include warehouse entry confirmation information sent by a terminal corresponding to the object warehouse. As an example, the terminals corresponding to the object destination bins may include fixed terminals provided to the object destination bins. As yet another example, the terminal corresponding to the above-mentioned object destination bin may further include a mobile terminal used by a worker of the above-mentioned object destination bin. And are not limited thereto.
Based on this, the execution body may generate a record in the operation log in accordance with the item indicated by the item allocation task sheet in response to receiving the operation information transmitted by the terminal associated with the item allocation task sheet, as follows:
The method comprises the steps of firstly, responding to receiving application warehousing information sent by a terminal corresponding to a target warehouse indicated by an article allocation task list, and determining whether the target warehouse starts an electronic tag warehousing mode.
In these implementations, in response to receiving the application entry information sent by the terminal corresponding to the destination bin indicated by the item allocation task sheet, the execution body may determine whether the destination bin starts the electronic tag entry manner.
In the warehouse logistics process, the articles which reach the warehouse after being transported are not necessarily guaranteed to be capable of being put in warehouse due to limited warehouse capacity. Typically, the aforementioned request for warehousing information may be sent when the item is transported to a warehouse. And when the item can be received by the warehouse for storage or shipment, the item can be considered to be confirmed as being warehoused.
And secondly, determining whether the warehousing mode information included in at least one item allocation task list corresponding to the warehousing information indicates to start the warehousing mode of the electronic tag or not in response to determining that the destination warehouse starts the warehousing mode of the electronic tag.
In these implementations, in response to determining that the destination bin opens the electronic tag warehousing manner, the execution body may determine whether the warehousing manner information included in the at least one item allocation task sheet corresponding to the application warehousing information indicates that the electronic tag warehousing manner is opened.
And thirdly, responding to the fact that the warehousing mode information included in at least one item allocation task list indicates to start the electronic tag warehousing mode, and generating records in an operation log consistent with the items indicated by the item allocation task list.
In these implementations, the record may include information indicating that the item is to be confirmed as being in inventory by the electronic tag. Optionally, the record may further include receiving batch information corresponding to the information for instructing the article to confirm warehousing through the electronic tag.
Based on the optional implementation manner, the method can realize automatic generation of records in the operation log which are matched with a plurality of article allocation tasks including the warehouse-in mode information for indicating the warehouse-in mode of starting the electronic tag.
Optionally, based on the above optional implementation manner, in response to receiving information for indicating that the container passes the inspection sent by the terminal corresponding to the container located in the destination bin indicated by the item allocation task sheet, the executing body may further determine whether to generate the label print task in various manners according to whether to confirm the information in the warehouse through the electronic label indicated by the record in the operation log.
In these implementations, the container may be, for example, a pallet for carrying items in a warehouse. As an example, in response to determining that the record in the operation log indicates that binning is confirmed by the electronic tag, the above-described execution subject may determine not to generate the tag print job. As yet another example, in response to determining that the record in the operation log indicates that the binning is not confirmed by the electronic tag, the executing entity may initiate full-flow electronic tag management according to whether the destination bin is open. If the full-flow electronic label management is started, the execution main body can determine to generate a label printing task. If the full-flow electronic label management is not started, the execution main body can determine that the label printing task is not generated.
Based on the optional implementation manner, the scheme can realize automatic confirmation in the container loading link through the identification of the electronic tag.
Optionally, based on the optional implementation manner, the executing body may further respond to receiving article loading application information sent by a terminal corresponding to an article loading device located in a destination bin indicated by the article allocation task list, and based on matching between the identification article information included in the article loading application information and the article information included in the article allocation task list, the executing body may generate an instruction for indicating article loading indicated by the article allocation task list.
In the warehouse logistics process, it is generally necessary to check the article before the article is put on the shelf to confirm whether the article is the article to be put on the shelf.
In these implementations, in response to determining a match between the identified item information included in the received item on-shelf application information and the item information included in the item allocation job ticket, the execution subject may generate, in various ways, an instruction for instructing the item on-shelf indicated by the item allocation job ticket.
Optionally, the item allocation task list may further include item status information. The item status information may be initialized when the item is delivered, for example, a value corresponding to the field "status" is set to "initial". The record may also include batch information indicating a shipping batch of the item. Based on this, in response to determining that the identified item information included in the item stocking application information matches the item information included in the item allocation job ticket, that the item status information in the item allocation job ticket matches the preset status information, and that the lot information corresponds to the item stocking device, the execution subject may generate an instruction for instructing stocking of the item indicated by the item allocation job ticket. Optionally, when the identification item information included in the item loading application information is not matched with any item of the item information included in the item allocation task sheet, the item status information in the item allocation task sheet is not matched with the preset status information, the batch information is not matched with any item of the item loading device, the execution subject may generate corresponding prompt information, for example, "item information is not matched", "item status is not matched", "batch is not matched", and the like.
Based on the optional implementation manner, the scheme can realize automatic confirmation of the articles to be put on the shelf through identification of the article information, the article state information and the batch information.
And 203, generating prompt information for representing whether the article allocation task indicated by the article allocation task list is completed or not based on the matching of the operation log and the article allocation task list.
In this embodiment, based on the matching between the operation log and the item allocation task list, the execution body may generate, in various manners, prompt information for indicating whether the item allocation task indicated by the item allocation task list is completed. As an example, in response to determining that the operation log and the item allocation task sheet match, the execution subject may generate prompt information for characterizing completion of the item allocation task indicated by the item allocation task sheet. As yet another example, in response to determining that the operation log and the item allocation job ticket do not match, the execution subject may generate a hint information that characterizes that the item allocation job indicated by the item allocation job ticket is not complete.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the executing body may further query according to the warehousing manner information. As an example, the warehouse entry mode information may be used as a query condition, and the value of the warehouse entry mode information may be selected for characterizing the opened electronic tag warehouse entry mode or for characterizing the record of the unopened electronic tag warehouse entry mode, respectively.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic illustration of an application scenario of a method for generating item deployment cues in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the application scenario of fig. 3, the backend server 301 acquires the item deployment job ticket 302. The article allocation task list 302 may include an article originating bin, a destination bin, information of a warehouse entry mode, and article information.
