Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a main flow of a packing method in the case of an abnormality of an automatic packing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the packing method when the automatic packing machine is abnormal may include:
step 101, scanning any one target object in the objects to be packaged to obtain the code of the target object.
When the automatic packing machine is abnormal, the conveying line gives an alarm, a packer pushes the abnormal packing vehicle to collect the articles to be packed on the conveying line, and the conveying line corresponding to the automatic packing machine is stopped; then, any one of the articles to be packaged is randomly scanned by the code scanner (as a target article), so that the code scanGoodsNo of the target article is obtained.
In the embodiment of the invention, the abnormal packing vehicle is equipment capable of manually packing; the automatic packing machine is a network device which can automatically pack articles into a carton, automatically seal the carton, stick package labels and the like; the conveying line is conveying equipment which can convey articles to the side of the automatic packing machine, and after the automatic packing machine finishes packing, another conveying line is used for delivering the packages out of the warehouse; the packer refers to operation and maintenance personnel without a warehouse, and when the automatic packing machine breaks down, the personnel who break down are processed at the first time.
Optionally, before step 101, the method further includes querying a to-be-packaged order list L ist corresponding to the automatic packaging machine according to the identification package no of the automatic packaging machine, and sorting each to-be-packaged order in the to-be-packaged order list L ist according to the order type order L ist and/or the order creation time.
Thus, the list of orders to be packaged may be expressed as:
orderList={orderNo,orderType,createTime,orderDetailList}
where orderNo indicates the order id, orderType indicates the order type (orderType ═ 0 indicates a single order, orderType ═ 1 indicates multiple orders), createTime indicates the creation time of the order, and orderDetail L ist indicates the order detail.
And step 102, determining the target order to be packaged containing the target item according to the item details corresponding to each order to be packaged and the code of the target item.
Optionally, the order details may be expressed as:
orderDetailList={goodsNo,goodsName,goodsQty,scanedGoodsQty}
wherein, goodsNo represents the item code, goodsName represents the item name, goodsQty represents the item quantity, scanedegoodsqty represents the scanned item quantity, and scanededgodqty has an initial value of 0. In embodiments of the present invention, a single order refers to an order for only one item, and multiple orders refer to orders containing multiple items.
Because the item code is recorded in the item detail corresponding to each order to be packaged, the target order to be packaged containing the target item can be searched from each order to be packaged according to the item detail and the code of the target item.
Specifically, the item detail orderDetail L ist of each order to be packaged in the order list order L ist to be packaged is traversed, whether the item detail contains the code of the item is judged, namely, whether the order L ist [ i ] order Detail L ist [ j ] goodsNo is equal to scanGoodsNo is true, wherein the order L ist [ i ] order Detail L ist [ j ] goodsNo represents the item code of the jth detail item of the ith order, if the order exists, the step 103 is continuously executed, otherwise, the step 101 is prompted to be ended, that the order containing the item does not exist, and that an item is required to be changed for rescanning, is skipped.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding order is automatically matched through the randomly scanned target object in the objects to be packaged, and a packager does not need to select the order in the order list, so that the packaging speed is increased.
103, screening the articles contained in the target order to be packaged from the articles to be packaged according to the article details corresponding to the target order to be packaged, and packaging the screened articles and the target articles.
In this step, according to the item details corresponding to the target order to be packaged found in step 102, items included in the target order to be packaged are screened from the items to be packaged in a manner of scanning item codes, and the screened items and the target items are packaged. It should be noted that the number of screened items may or may not be zero.
Optionally, the step 103 may include: judging whether the target order to be packaged is a single order or not; if so, only packaging the target object; if not, continuously scanning the to-be-packaged articles according to article details corresponding to the target to-be-packaged order, so as to screen out articles contained in the target to-be-packaged order from the to-be-packaged articles, and packaging the screened articles and the target articles. The packing speed is improved by judging whether the target order to be packed is a single order.
According to the item details corresponding to the target order to be packaged, continuing to scan the item to be packaged, so as to screen out the item contained in the target order to be packaged from the item to be packaged, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
setting the scanned quantity corresponding to the target object to be 1;
randomly scanning any one of the articles to be packaged to obtain the code of the article; judging whether the article belongs to the target order to be packaged or not according to the article details corresponding to the target order to be packaged and the article codes, and if so, adding 1 to the scanned quantity corresponding to the article;
and judging whether the scanned quantity corresponding to the item is equal to the detail quantity corresponding to the item, if not, continuing to scan the item to be packaged until the scanned quantity of the item contained in the target order to be packaged is equal to the detail quantity.
Specifically, whether the order is a single-piece order or not is judged, namely whether order L ist [ i ]. order detail L ist [ j ]. order type is equal to 0 or not is judged, if yes, the target object is packaged, if not, order L ist [ i ]. order detail L ist [ j ]. scanedGoodQty is set to be 1, and order details are displayed on a display.
Traversing order L ist [ i ] order Detail L ist, judging whether the scanGoodsNo is the item detail of order L ist [ i ], namely, an integer k exists, so that order L ist [ i ] order Detail L ist [ k ] gooodsNo is equal to the scanGoodsNo;
if the random scanning method exists, judging whether the order L ist [ i ]. order Detail L ist [ k ]. goodsQty is equal to the order L ist [ i ]. order Detail L ist [ k ]. scanedGoodsQty, if yes, prompting that the scanning of the article is finished, please confirm the number of the articles, randomly scanning any one of the articles to be packaged, and if not, adding 1 to the order L ist [ i ]. order Detail L ist [ k ]. scanedGoodsQty, and continuously and randomly scanning any one of the articles to be packaged.
And judging whether the scaneded goodsQty of the item details of the order L ist [ i ] is equal to the corresponding goodsQty, if not, continuously and randomly scanning any one of the items to be packaged, and if so, packaging the screened item and the target item.
After the screened object and the target object are packed, the method further comprises the following steps: and deleting the target order to be packaged from the order list to be packaged so as to improve the speed of matching the target order to be packaged from the order list to be packaged.
According to the various embodiments, the technical means that the target order to be packaged containing the target object is determined according to the object detail corresponding to each order to be packaged and the code of the target object, and the object contained in the target order to be packaged is screened out according to the object detail corresponding to the target order to be packaged is adopted, so that the problem that the order on the whole conveying line cannot be delivered out of a warehouse when the automatic packaging machine fails is solved. According to the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding order is automatically matched through the randomly scanned target object in the objects to be packaged, and a packager does not need to select the order in the order list, so that the packaging speed is increased. Particularly, under the condition that a plurality of single orders exist, the packing method provided by the embodiment of the invention directly matches the order to be packed through randomly scanned item codes, avoids matching items according to item details of the order to be packed, and can obviously improve the packing speed.
