Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of a packing method when an abnormality occurs in an automatic packing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the packing method when the automatic packing machine is abnormal may include:
step 101, scanning any one target object in the objects to be packaged to obtain the codes of the target objects.
When the automatic packer is abnormal, the conveying line alarms, and a packer pushes the abnormal packing vehicle to collect the articles to be packed on the conveying line, so that the conveying line corresponding to the automatic packer is terminated; then, any one of the articles to be packaged (which is taken as a target article) is randomly scanned by the code scanner, so that the code scangood No of the target article is obtained.
In the embodiment of the invention, the abnormal packing vehicle refers to equipment capable of manually packing; the automatic packing machine is a network device capable of automatically loading articles into a paper box, automatically sealing the paper box, pasting package labels and the like; the conveying line is conveying equipment, which can convey articles to the side of the automatic packing machine, and after the automatic packing machine finishes packing, another conveying line is arranged to deliver the packages out of the warehouse; the packer refers to operation and maintenance personnel without a person cabin, and when the automatic packer fails, the personnel processing the failure at the first time.
Optionally, before step 101, the method further comprises: inquiring an order list orderList to be packaged corresponding to the automatic packaging machine according to the identification packNo of the automatic packaging machine; and ordering all the orders to be packaged in the order list to be packaged according to the order type orderList and/or the order creation time createTime. Alternatively, the ordering policy of the orders to be packaged may be: the individual pieces are preferably sorted in ascending or descending order according to creation time.
Thus, the list of orders to be packaged may be expressed as:
orderList={orderNo,orderType,createTime,orderDetailList}
where orderNo represents an order identifier, orderType represents an order type (ordertype=0 represents a single order, ordertype=1 represents a multiple order), createTime represents a creation time of an order, and orderDetailList represents an order detail.
Step 102, determining a target to-be-packaged order containing the target object according to the object detail corresponding to each to-be-packaged order and the code of the target object.
Alternatively, the order details may be expressed as:
orderDetailList={goodsNo,goodsName,goodsQty,scanedGoodsQty}
wherein, goodsNo represents the article code, goodsName represents the article name, goodsQty represents the article quantity, scanedGoodsQty represents the scanned article quantity, and scanedGoodsQty has an initial value of 0. In an embodiment of the invention, a single order refers to an order with only one item, and a multiple order refers to an order containing multiple items.
Because the article codes are recorded in the article details corresponding to the to-be-packaged orders, the target to-be-packaged order containing the target article can be searched from the to-be-packaged orders through the article details and the codes of the target article.
Specifically, traversing the item detail ordertaillist of each order to be packaged in the order list orderList to be packaged, and judging whether the item detail contains the item code, namely whether the orderList [ i ] orderList [ j ] or good No is equal to the scangood No, wherein the orderList [ i ] orderList [ j ] or good No represents the item code of the j-th item of the ith order. If such an order exists, execution continues with step 103 otherwise, prompting "no order containing the item exists, please replace an item for rescanning", and jumping to step 101.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding order is automatically matched through one target object randomly scanned in the objects to be packaged, and the order in the order list is not required to be selected by a packer, so that the packaging speed is improved.
And 103, screening the articles contained in the target to-be-packaged order from the to-be-packaged articles according to the article details corresponding to the target to-be-packaged order, and packaging the screened articles and the target articles.
In this step, according to the item detail corresponding to the target to-be-packaged order found in step 102, the items included in the target to-be-packaged order are selected from the to-be-packaged items by scanning the item coding method, and the selected items and the target items are packaged. It should be noted that the number of the selected articles may or may not be zero.
Optionally, the step 103 may include: judging whether the target order to be packaged is a single order or not; if yes, only packing the target object; if not, continuing to scan the articles to be packaged according to the article details corresponding to the target order to be packaged, so as to screen the articles contained in the target order to be packaged from the articles to be packaged, and packaging the screened articles and the target articles. By judging whether the target order to be packaged is a single order or not, the packaging speed is improved.
And continuously scanning the articles to be packaged according to the article details corresponding to the target order to be packaged, so as to screen the articles contained in the target order to be packaged from the articles to be packaged, wherein the method comprises the following steps of:
setting the scanned quantity corresponding to the target object to be 1;
randomly scanning any one of the articles to be packaged to obtain the code of the article; judging whether the object belongs to the target to-be-packaged order or not according to the object detail corresponding to the target to-be-packaged order and the object code, if yes, adding 1 to the scanned quantity corresponding to the object;
and judging whether the scanned quantity corresponding to the articles is equal to the detail quantity corresponding to the articles, if not, continuing to scan the articles to be packaged until the scanned quantity and the detail quantity of the articles contained in the target order to be packaged are equal.
Specifically, whether the order is a single order or not is judged, namely whether the order is judged to be an orderList [ i ]. OrderList [ j ]. Orderlype is equal to 0 or not is judged, if yes, the target object is packed; if not, then set orderList [ i ]. OrderDetailList [ j ]. ScanedGoodQty=1 and display the order details on the display.
Randomly scanning any one article in the articles to be packaged to obtain the code scangood No of the article; traversing the order orderList [ i ]. OrderDetailList, judging whether the scanGoodsNo is the item detail of the order orderList [ i ], namely that an integer k exists, so that the orderList [ i ]. OrderDetailList [ k ]. GoodsNo is equal to the scanGoodsNo;
if so, judging whether the orderList [ i ]. OrderDetailList [ k ]. Good Qty is equal to the orderList [ i ]. OrderDetailList [ k ]. Scanedgood Qty is met, if so, prompting that the article is scanned completely, requesting to confirm the number of articles, and randomly scanning any article in the articles to be packaged; if not, adding 1 to the orderList [ i ], orderDetailist [ k ], scanedGoodsQty, and continuing to randomly scan any one of the objects to be packaged.
Judging whether the scanedGoodsQty of the object detail of the orderList [ i ] is equal to the corresponding goodsQty, if not, continuing to randomly scan any one of the objects to be packaged, and if so, packaging the screened object and the target object.
After packaging the screened item and the target item, the method further comprises: and deleting the target to-be-packaged order from the to-be-packaged order list so as to improve the speed of matching the target to-be-packaged order from the to-be-packaged order list.
According to the various embodiments described above, it can be seen that the present invention solves the problem that when an automatic packer fails, an order on the whole conveying line cannot be taken out of a warehouse by determining a target to-be-packed order containing the target item according to the item details corresponding to each to-be-packed order and the code of the target item, and by clearly screening the items contained in the target to-be-packed order according to the item details corresponding to the target to-be-packed order. According to the method and the device for automatically matching the corresponding orders through the target object randomly scanned in the objects to be packaged, the packer is not required to select the orders in the order list, and therefore the packaging speed is improved. Especially in the case of more single orders, the packing method provided by the embodiment of the invention automatically matches the orders to be packed directly through the randomly scanned object codes, so that the matching of the objects according to the object details of the orders to be packed is avoided, and the packing speed can be remarkably improved.
