Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
According to one aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, a method for reducing store order picking time is provided.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of a method for reducing store order picking hours according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for shortening the order picking time length of the store according to the embodiment of the present invention includes steps S101, S102, S103, S104, S105, S106 and S107.
Step S101: setting basic configuration information.
The basic configuration comprises picking storage areas-goods positions and/or goods-goods positions, wherein the storage areas-goods positions represent goods position information contained in each picking storage area, and the goods-goods positions represent goods position information stored in goods.
The setting of the basic configuration information comprises dividing the store front area into a plurality of picking areas according to a predetermined rule, wherein the predetermined rule comprises at least one of the following parameters: physical space layout, commodity storage types, temperature control attributes and picking lines, and maintaining the goods positions contained under each picking area and the picking lines of the picking areas; goods are stored in the goods space, and one goods space can store various different goods. Optionally, the basic configuration information includes a picking order, and the picking order is set as: picking is preferably performed on the spot, preferably on the front spot, or randomly.
Step S102: the items in all orders included in one aggregated order are aggregated according to the underlying configuration information and one or more picklists are generated.
The orders generate an aggregate list, and one aggregate list generates a plurality of aggregate lists, such as aggregate list 1, 2 and 3 …, wherein the aggregate list 1 contains an order A, B, C. For example, in the collection 1, the order A, B, C is included, the items in the three orders are collected and a plurality of picking orders, such as picking orders a, b, c, are generated, each picking order includes a plurality of items, and the plurality of items may be respectively affiliated to the order A, B, C;
step S103: and a transmission inlet of the suspension chain is respectively arranged for each goods picking storage area, and the goods corresponding to each goods picking order are received through the transmission inlet.
When the order picking personnel picks the order, the order picking bag codes are scanned, all goods are picked under the task one by one, after the order picking is finished, the order picking bag is hung at the transmission inlet of the suspension chain, the goods corresponding to each order picking list are received through the transmission inlet, then the goods are transmitted to the back yard by the suspension chain to finish the confluence of the order picking bags, and when one bag is not enough for one order picking task, a plurality of order picking bags can be used.
Step S104: and distributing the order picking sheets belonging to the same collection sheet to the same slideway port of the suspension chain, and finishing confluence of all the commodities of the order picking sheets in the collection sheet at the corresponding slideway ports.
The radio frequency identifier is arranged at the slideway port of the suspension chain, so that all goods of the picking order included in the collection order can be converged at the corresponding slideway port. Distributing a chute port for all the picking bags under a collection sheet, wherein the picking bags pass through a radio frequency identifier hung on the chute port of the chain, and when the confluence of the distributed chute ports is finished, an indicator light at the chute port turns red, and then the next packing is waited.
After step 104, further comprising: packing and delivering, wherein a packer scans and picks the goods bag codes one by one, completes the composite confirmation of the collection list, sorts the goods according to the order, packs the goods and then delivers the goods out of the warehouse, the collection list is convenient for express scanning and receiving the goods, and the shopping list of the customer is delivered to the customer for checking; the distributor scans the single code of the collection sheet, and because the collection sheet contains a plurality of customer orders, the distributor can distribute the plurality of customer orders at one time.
It should be noted that the whole offline store is divided into a front store and a back store according to a physical space, wherein the back store stores large goods, online marketable goods, online activity sales promotion goods and the like; the front field is divided into a plurality of storage areas according to a plurality of factors such as physical space layout, commodity storage types, temperature control attributes, a goods picking line and the like, and each storage area or a plurality of storage areas are provided with a goods loading port of a suspension chain.
After receiving the on-line order, the invention leads to the principle of 'prior back-end delivery', so that the back-end can meet the requirement of excellent-priority delivery, avoids influencing the experience of shopping users in stores due to the fact that a delivery picker picks the delivery in the front-end, and can not determine the delivery picking line and finish the delivery picking in time effectiveness due to the influence of factors such as physical space layout of the stores, the number of customers in the stores and the like, thereby reducing the interference to off-line shopping customers while shortening the delivery picking time. The goods needing picking in the front field are separated into a plurality of picking order tasks according to the stock area, and a plurality of pickers pick the goods at the same time. After picking, the picking worker directly hangs the bags on the goods loading port of the suspension chain, the suspension chain replaces people to convey the bags to the back yard, and confluence of the collection sheets is completed on the back yard; the picker then begins the picking job for the next task. Compared with the current order production process, the picking capacity is obviously improved, and meanwhile, the delivery efficiency is greatly improved due to delivery according to the collection list.
FIG. 2 is a more detailed flow chart of a method for reducing store order picking hours according to the present invention.
Fig. 3 is an exemplary flow chart compared to the prior art of fig. 2.
According to yet another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for shortening a store order picking time period.
