Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of the business service capability of the medical data management system according to the embodiment of the present invention, in which a seller shop operator connects the medical data management system through the seller management system to realize the purchasing, distribution and storage service of medical articles; a seller cashier is in butt joint with the seller management system and the medicine data management system through a POS end system, so that inquiry and sale payment of medicine articles and inventory are realized, and invoice service is provided; the medical data management system itself has procurement capabilities, warehousing capabilities, internal distribution capabilities, financial/payment capabilities, and invoicing capabilities.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the overall design of the medical data management system of the present invention, in which the seller management system 1, the seller management system 2 and the seller management system 3 are three different medical management systems, and the medical data management system meets the differentiation of the different management systems through personalized services, such as adaptation of data protocols, adaptation of services, etc.; the management of services such as purchase, storage, internal distribution, finance/payment, invoice, logistics and the like of the medicine data management system is realized through the universal support of standard services (open services) on medicine full-link business management.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of main modules of a medicine data management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the medicine data management system 900 mainly includes a purchase processing module 901, an inventory increase module 902, a seller interaction module 903, and an inventory deduction module 904.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the medical data management system 900 may further include a basic data maintenance module (not shown) for: and establishing an association relation between the medical article and the seller and the supplier according to the attribute qualification of the seller and the supplier.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the basic data maintenance module (not shown in the figure) may be further configured to: acquiring attribute qualifications of all sellers and suppliers of the medical articles, wherein the attribute qualifications comprise prescription qualifications and cold chain qualifications; according to the type of the medical article, comparing the medical article with the attribute qualification of the seller and the supplier; and associating the sellers and suppliers who pass the comparison with the medical articles.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the purchase processing module 901 may further be configured to obtain a set of purchase attribute category keys according to the preset first splitting dimension; obtaining attribute information of the medical article to be purchased according to the purchase list, wherein the attribute information is associated with the purchase attribute category key; splitting the purchase list according to the attribute information of the medical article to be purchased and the collection of the purchase attribute category keys to obtain the list information of the medical article to be purchased corresponding to each purchase attribute category key in the collection of the purchase attribute category keys; and taking the list information of the medical articles to be purchased corresponding to each purchase attribute category key as a purchase sub-list.
According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the seller interaction module 903 may be further configured to: acquiring a set of pickup attribute category keys according to the preset second splitting dimension; obtaining attribute information of the medical articles to be picked according to a picking list, wherein the attribute information is associated with the picking attribute category key; splitting the goods picking list according to the attribute information of the medical goods to be picked and the collection of the goods picking attribute category keys to obtain list information of the medical goods to be picked corresponding to each goods picking attribute category key in the collection of the goods picking attribute category keys; and taking the list information of the medical articles to be picked corresponding to each purchase attribute category key as a picking sub-list.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the purchase processing module 901 may further be configured to: performing purchase verification on the purchase sub-list, and storing the purchase sub-list after verification is passed; the seller interaction module 903 may also be configured to: and after the goods picking audit is passed, the goods picking sub list is saved.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the medical data management system 900 may further include a save retry module (not shown) for: in the process of storing the purchasing sub-list and the picking sub-list, if the data cannot be successfully stored, the data is stored again according to the preset number of times of retry; under the condition that the storage is not successful after the retry reaches the retry number, storing the data to be stored in the middleware, and storing the data at the system timing; and under the condition that the system fails to store regularly, manual intervention is carried out, and the smooth data storage is ensured.
According to still another embodiment of the present invention, the medicine data management system 900 may further include a point-of-sale module (not shown) for: acquiring information of the medical articles according to the sales requests of the medical articles for sales, and modifying inventory data of the medical articles according to the sales results; the medical data management system 900 may also include an invoice module (not shown) for: and executing invoice issuing according to the invoice issuing request, and sending the download address of the invoice after receiving the invoice acquisition request.
Fig. 10 is an exemplary system architecture diagram in which embodiments of the present invention may be employed.
As shown in fig. 10, the system architecture 1000 may include terminal devices 1001, 1002, 1003, a network 1004, and a server 1005. The network 1004 is used to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 1001, 1002, 1003 and the server 1005. Network 1004 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 1001, 1002, 1003 to interact with a server 1005 via a network 1004 to receive or transmit messages or the like. The terminal devices 1001, 1002, 1003 may have installed thereon various communication client applications, such as a medicine data management application and the like (for example only).
The terminal devices 1001, 1002, 1003 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 1005 may be a server that provides various services, such as a back office management server (for example only) that supports management of medicine data by the user using the terminal devices 1001, 1002, and 1003. The background management server can split the purchasing list according to a preset first splitting dimension to obtain a purchasing sub-list, wherein the purchasing sub-list is used for purchasing the medical articles from a supplier of the medical articles; in response to a pharmaceutical item purchase success, increasing an inventory of the pharmaceutical item; splitting a seller pick-up list according to a preset second splitting dimension to obtain a pick-up sub-list, and performing pick-up examination and pick-up configuration according to the pick-up sub-list and inventory data of the medical articles; the inventory of the medical articles is deducted and the like according to the delivery configuration, and the processing result (such as inventory data and the like, for example only) is fed back to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the method for managing medical data provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 1005, and accordingly, the medical data management system is generally disposed in the server 1005.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 10 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for an implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 11, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1100 suitable for use with a terminal device or server implementing embodiments of the present invention. The terminal device or the server shown in fig. 11 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, the computer system 1100 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1101, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1102 or a program loaded from a storage section 1108 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1103. In the RAM 1103, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1100 are also stored. The CPU 1101, ROM 1102, and RAM 1103 are connected to each other by a bus 1104. An input/output (I/O) interface 1105 is also connected to bus 1104.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1105: an input portion 1106 including a keyboard, mouse, and the like; an output portion 1107 including a signal output unit such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and a speaker; a storage section 1108 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1109 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1109 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1110 is also connected to the I/O interface 1105 as necessary. A removable medium 1111 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1110 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1108 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for executing a system as shown in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication portion 1109 and/or installed from the removable medium 1111. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are executed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1101.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems that perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor comprising: the system comprises a purchase processing module, an inventory increasing module, a seller interaction module and an inventory deduction module.
The names of these modules do not constitute a limitation on the module itself under certain circumstances, for example, the purchase processing module can also be described as a "module for splitting a purchase inventory according to a preset first splitting dimension to obtain a purchase sub-inventory".

According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the method has the following advantages or beneficial effects: splitting the purchasing list according to a preset first splitting dimension to obtain a purchasing sub-list, wherein the purchasing sub-list is used for purchasing the medical articles from a supplier of the medical articles; in response to a successful purchase of the pharmaceutical item, increasing an inventory of the pharmaceutical item; splitting the seller pick-up list according to a preset second splitting dimension to obtain a pick-up sub-list, and performing pick-up examination and pick-up configuration according to the pick-up sub-list and inventory data of the medical articles; according to the technical scheme of deducting the stock of the medical goods according to the goods picking configuration, the medical goods are purchased after the purchase list is split in the first dimension, the stock of the corresponding medical goods is increased after the medical goods are successfully purchased, the second dimension splitting, auditing and configuration are performed on the goods picking list of the seller according to the received goods picking list of the seller, and the stock of the corresponding medical goods is deducted according to the configuration, so that the universal medical data management method is realized, not only is the personalized medical data management of different sellers compatible, but also the unified management capability is provided, the related medical data resources are integrated, the management cost is saved, and the management efficiency is improved.

Claims (11)

1. A method for managing medical data, comprising:
splitting a purchasing list according to a preset first splitting dimension to obtain a purchasing sub-list, wherein the purchasing sub-list is used for purchasing medical goods from a supplier of the medical goods;
in response to a pharmaceutical item purchase success, increasing an inventory of the pharmaceutical item;
splitting a seller pick-up list according to a preset second splitting dimension to obtain a pick-up sub-list, and performing pick-up examination and pick-up configuration according to the pick-up sub-list and inventory data of the medical articles;
and deducting the inventory of the medical goods according to the goods picking configuration.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and establishing an association relation between the medical article and the seller and the supplier according to the attribute qualification of the seller and the supplier.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein establishing the association between the pharmaceutical item and the seller and the supplier based on the attributes of the seller and the supplier comprises:
acquiring attribute qualifications of all sellers and suppliers of the medical articles, wherein the attribute qualifications comprise prescription qualifications and cold chain qualifications;
according to the type of the medical article, comparing the medical article with the attribute qualification of the seller and the supplier;
and associating the sellers and suppliers who pass the comparison with the medical articles.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein splitting the procurement manifest according to a preset first splitting dimension to obtain a procurement sublist comprises:
acquiring a set of purchasing attribute category keys according to the preset first splitting dimension;
obtaining attribute information of the medical article to be purchased according to the purchase list, wherein the attribute information is associated with the purchase attribute category key;
splitting the purchase list according to the attribute information of the medical article to be purchased and the collection of the purchase attribute category keys to obtain list information of the medical article to be purchased corresponding to each purchase attribute category key in the collection of the purchase attribute category keys;
and taking the list information of the medical articles to be purchased corresponding to each purchase attribute category key as a purchase sub-list.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein splitting the seller pick-up list according to a preset second splitting dimension to obtain a pick-up sublist comprises:
acquiring a set of pickup attribute category keys according to the preset second splitting dimension;
obtaining attribute information of the medical articles to be picked according to a picking list, wherein the attribute information is associated with the picking attribute category key;
splitting the goods picking list according to the attribute information of the medical goods to be picked and the collection of the goods picking attribute category keys to obtain list information of the medical goods to be picked corresponding to each goods picking attribute category key in the collection of the goods picking attribute category keys;
and taking the list information of the medical articles to be picked corresponding to each purchase attribute category key as a picking sub-list.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after splitting the purchase manifest according to a preset first splitting dimension to obtain a purchase sub-manifest, the method further comprises:
performing purchase verification on the purchase sub-list, and storing the purchase sub-list after verification is passed;
after the goods picking audit and the goods picking configuration are carried out according to the goods picking sub-list and the inventory data of the medical goods, the method further comprises the following steps:
and after the goods picking audit is passed, the goods picking sub list is stored.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
in the process of storing the purchasing sub-list and the picking sub-list, if the data cannot be successfully stored, the data is stored again according to the preset number of times of retry;
under the condition that the storage is not successful after the retry reaches the retry number, storing the data to be stored in the middleware, and storing the data at the system timing;
and under the condition that the system fails to store regularly, manual intervention is carried out, and the smooth data storage is ensured.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring information of the medical articles according to the sales requests of the medical articles for sales, and modifying inventory data of the medical articles according to the sales results;
and executing invoice issuing according to the invoice issuing request, and sending the download address of the invoice after receiving the invoice acquisition request.
9. A medical data management system, comprising:
the purchasing processing module is used for splitting a purchasing list according to a preset first splitting dimension to obtain a purchasing sub-list, and the purchasing sub-list is used for purchasing the medical articles from a supplier of the medical articles;
an inventory increase module to increase an inventory of the pharmaceutical item in response to a successful purchase of the pharmaceutical item;
the seller interaction module is used for splitting a seller pick-up list according to a preset second splitting dimension to obtain a pick-up sub-list, and carrying out pick-up examination and pick-up configuration according to the pick-up sub-list and the inventory data of the medical articles;
and the inventory deduction module is used for deducting the inventory of the medical goods according to the goods picking configuration.

the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method recited in any of claims 1-8.
