Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of an inventory management method according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the inventory management method according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes steps S101 to S104 as follows.
Step S101: and receiving a first receipt, wherein the first receipt is used for indicating that preset inventory operation is carried out on the articles in the appointed channel.
The first document may also include a rank dimension of the item and an operating warehouse (i.e., warehouse dimension) of the item. The ranking of items may be divided by some attribute of the item, such as: the classification may be high-grade, low-grade, etc. according to the item phase of the article, the item phase of the high-grade article is better than that of the low-grade article, the specific classification rule may be set as required, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The channel may be a sales channel for the item.
The preset inventory operation may be one of an in-warehouse operation, an out-warehouse operation, and an in-warehouse inventory adjustment operation. The in-warehouse inventory adjustment means that the inventory is adjusted only for the articles in different channels in the warehouse without warehousing or ex-warehouse.
Step S102: and filtering channel information in the first bill to obtain a second bill irrelevant to the channel.
Step S103: and issuing the second bill to the warehouse management system to instruct the warehouse management system to carry out preset inventory operation on the articles in the warehouse and generate inventory operation data of the articles.
Step S104: after receiving inventory operation data of the articles returned by the warehouse management system, adding channel information to the inventory operation data of the articles to determine inventory variation of the articles corresponding to the specified channel, and updating the inventory of the articles in the specified channel according to the inventory variation.
Before filtering out the channel information in the first document, the method may include: and recording the corresponding relation between preset information and the quantity of the articles of the preset inventory operation, wherein the preset information comprises a channel identification of a specified channel.
The number of the appointed channels is one or more; determining the inventory variation of the item corresponding to the specified channel may include: and determining the inventory variation of the designated channels corresponding to the articles according to the inventory variation values in the inventory operation data of the articles and the corresponding relationship of the records, wherein the sum of the inventory variation of each designated channel corresponding to the articles is equal to the inventory variation value in the inventory operation data under the condition that the designated channels are multiple.
Before filtering out the channel information in the first document, the method may include: and carrying out basic information verification on the first document, and determining that the basic information verification is passed.
In the case that the preset inventory operation is an ex-warehouse operation or an in-warehouse inventory adjustment operation, before filtering out channel information in the first document, the method may include: determining that the inventory of the articles in the designated channel meets the demand of the preset inventory operation on the articles in the designated channel, and pre-occupying the channel inventory of the articles corresponding to the demand, wherein the channel inventory is the inventory in the designated channel. The channel inventory corresponding to the demand is pre-occupied so as to ensure that the part of the channel inventory corresponding to the demand is not deducted due to other conditions, thereby ensuring the normal execution of the ex-warehouse operation or the in-warehouse inventory adjustment operation.
Filtering channel information in the first bill to obtain a second bill irrelevant to a channel, comprising: and filtering channel information in the first receipt, and then integrating the first receipt according to preset dimensions to obtain a second receipt, wherein the preset dimensions comprise one or more dimensions of article dimensions, warehouse dimensions and grade dimensions.
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of inventory management according to one embodiment of the invention.
The inventory Management method of the embodiment of the invention can be executed in an OMS (Order Management System), as shown in FIG. 2, the OMS sets corresponding channel platforms (such as a channel A, a channel B and a channel C in FIG. 2) and channel numbers according to different channels, receives an Order from a merchant System (namely receives a first Order), the Order of the merchant (namely the first Order) can be an ex-warehouse Order, an in-warehouse Order or an in-warehouse Order of a specified channel platform, the first Order indicates a preset inventory operation on articles of a specified channel, and the ex-warehouse Order is taken as an example, wherein the ex-warehouse operation on the articles of the specified channel is indicated.
After receiving the first document, the OMS may record a corresponding relationship between preset information in the first document and the number of articles for which inventory operations are preset. The preset information includes a channel identification (e.g., channel number) specifying the channel, and in cases where information of other dimensions besides the channel is involved, information of other dimensions, such as warehouse dimensions, rank dimensions, etc., may also be included.
When the OMS issues the first document to the WMS (inventory management system, or called warehouse management system), the dimensions of the channel platform are filtered (i.e., channel information in the first document is filtered), and the first document is integrated according to the preset dimensions, specifically, the number of articles in the preset inventory operation may be combined according to the preset dimensions, such as sku dimensions (i.e., article dimensions), warehouse dimensions, and level dimensions, to obtain a second document. For example, in the first bill, 10 items with high-level sku of 1234 are stored in the first bill in the channel a warehouse, 20 items with low-level sku of 1234 are stored in the second bill in the channel B warehouse, 30 items with high-level sku of 1234 are stored in the second bill in the channel B warehouse, and 40 items with low-level sku of 1234 are stored in the second bill in the channel B warehouse. The WMS performs stock processing of the physical object according to the second document (the physical object is the real object in the warehouse, and is not the information representing the object recorded by the channel platform), and generates stock operation data of the object, where the stock operation data is a record of the preset stock operation, for example, for the above example, the stock operation data of the object with sku of 1234 may include the following information: 40 items with a high sku of 1234 were put in storage in the first warehouse, and 60 items with a low sku of 1234 were put in storage in the second warehouse.
The WMS returns the inventory operation data of the item to the OMS, and the OMS determines the inventory variation of the item corresponding to the designated channel according to the correspondence recorded before corresponding to the inventory operation data, for example, for the above example, according to 10 items of the item with sku of 1234 at the high level of warehouse entry in the channel a warehouse, 20 items of the item with sku of 1234 at the low level of warehouse entry in the channel B warehouse, 30 items of the item with sku of 1234 at the high level of warehouse entry in the channel B warehouse, and 40 items of the item with sku of 1234 at the low level of warehouse entry in the channel B warehouse, that is: in the first warehouse, 10 inventory changes of channel A and 30 inventory changes of channel B are included in 40 high-grade sku-1234 articles, and in the second warehouse, 60 low-grade sku-1234 articles, 20 inventory changes of channel A and 40 inventory changes of channel B are included, and the inventory of the articles in the designated channel (A, B, C three channels) in the OMS is updated according to the determined inventory changes.
And the OMS records the channel inventory, so that the accuracy of the channel inventory of the merchant is guaranteed. According to the warehousing quantity of channels specified by the warehousing documents, increasing the warehousing stock of the recording channels; deducting the warehouse-out inventory quantity of the recording channel according to the warehouse-out quantity of the channel specified by the warehouse-out document; and according to the in-stock adjustment quantity of the channel specified by the in-stock documents, recording the in-stock adjustment inventory quantity of the channel. Meanwhile, the WMS records the physical stock, and the goods in multiple channels of the merchant can be guaranteed to be stocked.
Fig. 3 is a warehousing flow diagram of inventory management according to one embodiment of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 3, the merchant places an order from the document system of the OMS, and the OMS receives the first document. And the OMS checks the basic information of the first bill, if the basic information is not checked, the first bill is rejected, and if the basic information is not checked, the flow is continued. The OMS records a corresponding relationship (not shown in fig. 3) between preset information (including a channel identifier of a specified channel) in the first document and the number of articles in the warehousing operation. And filtering channel information in the first document, combining warehousing operations in the first document according to a preset dimension, for example, combining the number of warehoused articles according to a sku dimension, a warehouse dimension and a grade dimension to obtain a second document, and issuing the second document to the WMS. The WMS operates and puts the articles in the warehouse into the warehouse according to the information in the second document, generates put-in data (i.e., inventory operation data of the articles), and returns the put-in data to the OMS (i.e., the operation racking returning step in fig. 3), and the WMS records the increase of the physical inventory. After receiving the warehousing data, the OMS document determines the inventory variation of the designated channels corresponding to the articles according to the inventory variation values in the warehousing data and the recorded corresponding relationship, wherein under the condition that a plurality of designated channels are provided, the sum of the inventory variation of each designated channel corresponding to the articles is equal to the inventory variation value in the warehousing data, referring to the above example of warehousing the articles with the sku of 1234, the sum of the inventory variation (10 pieces and 30 pieces respectively) of the high-grade articles with the sku of 1234 in the channels A and B is equal to the inventory variation value (40 pieces) in the warehousing data of the high-grade articles, and the OMS completes the channel information, thereby determining the inventory variation of the warehoused articles in each channel, and updating the inventory of the channels of the OMS according to the inventory variation of the articles in each channel.
The basic information verification means that the basic information of the article provided in the document is complete and corresponds to the information in the OMS. For example, if an article in the document is put in storage in the channel D, but the channel D does not exist in the OMS, the basic information is checked to be not passed, and if the two pieces of information correspond to each other, the checking is passed.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an ex-warehouse process for inventory management, according to one embodiment of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, the merchant places an order from the document system of the OMS, and the OMS receives the first document. And the OMS checks the basic information of the first bill, if the basic information is not checked, the first bill is rejected, and if the basic information is not checked, the flow is continued. The OMS records a correspondence (not shown in fig. 4) between preset information in the first document (including a channel identifier of a specified channel) and the number of items for the ex-warehouse operation. And judging whether the stock of the articles in the specified channel meets the demand for carrying out warehouse-out operation on the articles in the specified channel, if not, rejecting the first bill (the situation of non-satisfaction is not shown in the figure), if so, checking the channel stock to pass, pre-occupying the channel stock of the articles corresponding to the demand, namely, executing the steps of pre-occupying the logical stock and checking the channel stock of the articles corresponding to the demand, wherein the channel stock is the stock in the specified channel. And filtering channel information in the first document, combining warehouse-out operations in the first document according to a preset dimension, for example, combining the quantity of the articles out of the warehouse according to a sku dimension, a warehouse dimension and a grade dimension to obtain a second document, and issuing the second document to the WMS. And the WMS operates the articles in the warehouse to be delivered out of the warehouse according to the information in the second document, generates delivery data (namely inventory operation data of the articles), and transmits the delivery data back to the OMS, and the WMS records the real object inventory deduction. And after receiving the ex-warehouse data, the OMS determines the inventory variation of the designated channels corresponding to the articles according to the inventory variation values in the ex-warehouse data and the recorded corresponding relationship, wherein under the condition that a plurality of designated channels exist, the sum of the inventory variation of each designated channel corresponding to the articles is equal to the inventory variation value in the ex-warehouse data, and the OMS completes channel information and updates the channel inventory of the OMS. Since the warehousing process of inventory management according to the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above, a person skilled in the art may refer to the description of warehousing to correspondingly implement the ex-warehousing process, and thus, details are not described again.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of an inventory adjustment process for inventory management according to one embodiment of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 5, the merchant places an order from the document system of the OMS, and the OMS receives the first document. And the OMS checks the basic information of the first bill, if the basic information is not checked, the first bill is rejected, and if the basic information is not checked, the flow is continued. The OMS records a correspondence (not shown in fig. 5) between preset information in the first document, including a channel identification of the specified channel, and the quantity of the item in the library inventory adjustment operation. Judging whether the inventory of the articles in the designated channel meets the demand for performing inventory adjustment operation on the articles in the designated channel, if not, rejecting the first document, if so, checking the channel inventory to pass, pre-occupying the channel inventory of the articles corresponding to the demand, and the channel inventory is the inventory in the designated channel. Filtering channel information in the first document, combining in-store inventory adjustment operations in the first document according to preset dimensions, for example, combining the quantity of the articles adjusted in-store inventory according to sku dimensions, warehouse dimensions and grade dimensions to obtain a second document, and issuing the second document to the WMS. The WMS adjusts the inventory of the articles in the warehouse according to the information in the second document, generates the inventory adjustment data in the warehouse (i.e., the inventory operation data of the articles, i.e., the operation adjustment document of fig. 5), and returns the inventory adjustment data in the warehouse to the OMS, and the WMS records the physical inventory adjustment. And after receiving the in-library inventory adjustment data, the OMS document determines the inventory variation of the designated channels corresponding to the articles according to the inventory variation values in the in-library inventory adjustment data and the recorded corresponding relationship, wherein under the condition that a plurality of designated channels are provided, the sum of the inventory variation of each designated channel corresponding to the articles is equal to the inventory variation value in the in-library inventory adjustment data, and the OMS completes channel information to update the channel inventory of the OMS.
And the OMS records channel inventory and manages the channel inventory. The sum of the inventory of the merchant in the OMS in the channels is equal to the inventory of the merchant in the WMS in the real object. Inventory and document interaction are carried out through channel inventory, and accuracy of channel inventory is guaranteed.
