Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, a method of article review is provided.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for article review according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method for article review includes: step S101, step S102, and step S103.
Step S101, obtaining an order list corresponding to target equipment, and binding orders in the order list with sorting equipment in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
The target equipment is used for containing the articles to be rechecked, and the sorting equipment is used for containing the articles after rechecking. The target equipment and sorting equipment may be sorting carts, sorting baskets, etc.
Typically, each target device holds multiple orders of items. The order list is a list of orders corresponding to the items contained in the target device. In the embodiment of the present invention, the total number of sorting devices is generally greater than the number of orders in the order list, and before performing binding, the sorting devices may be first selected according to the number of orders, and then the sorting devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the orders. In general, different orders may be bound to different sorting equipment, i.e., for any two different orders in the order list, the sorting equipment to which they are bound is different.
The binding mode between the target equipment and the sorting equipment can be selectively determined according to the actual situation. Illustratively, the order list of the target device is obtained by scanning an identification code of the target device by the scanning gun. And the rechecking personnel scans the identification code of the sorting equipment through the scanning gun and binds the sorting equipment with an order. And after all orders are bound with one sorting device, stopping continuously scanning the sorting device, and completing the binding of each order in the order list and the sorting device.
Step S102, determining display information of sorting equipment bound by the order according to the item list and the item quantity of the order; the display information includes: list of items and quantity of items to be dropped.
The invention displays the item list and the item quantity needing to be put in the sorting equipment. In practical application, the device for displaying may be a part of a sorting device; the sorting device can also be used in combination with a sorting device, for example, sorting baskets are used as sorting devices, and a device for displaying is arranged beside each sorting basket. The device for displaying may be an LED display screen or the like.
And S103, sorting the articles in the target equipment into the sorting equipment according to the article list and the article quantity displayed in each sorting equipment.
Illustratively, the target device contains three items, item 1, item 2, and item 3. The number of articles 1 is 3, the number of articles 2 is 2, and the number of articles 3 is 3. Order 1 binding sorting equipment 1, order 2 binding sorting equipment 2 and order 3 binding sorting equipment 3. The order list of the target device and the corresponding item list and item quantity are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002378377450000071
In the rechecking process, 1 article 1 and 1 article 2 are sorted from the target equipment into the sorting equipment 1, 2 articles 1, 1 article 2 and 1 article 3 are sorted from the target equipment into the sorting equipment 2, and 2 articles 2 are sorted from the target equipment into the sorting equipment 3.
According to the invention, the list of the articles to be put and the quantity of the articles are displayed on each sorting device, so that the rechecker can put each article according to the displayed information, and the article putting error is greatly reduced.
Optionally, sorting the items in the target device into the sorting devices according to the item list and the item quantity displayed in each sorting device includes: for any article in the target equipment, responding to a sorting trigger event of the article, and displaying prompt information in all sorting equipment containing the article in an article list; the prompt message comprises: the number of items of the item; and sorting the object in the target equipment into the sorting equipment according to the prompt information displayed in any sorting equipment. By displaying the prompt information, the rechecker can conveniently and accurately determine the sorting equipment to which the current article needs to be put.
When the articles in the target equipment are thrown into the sorting equipment, the articles can be randomly taken out from the target equipment for throwing. Taking table 1 as an example, 1 article 1 may be taken out from the target device and placed into the sorting device 1, and then 1 article 2 may be taken out from the target device and placed into the sorting device 2, and the taking out and the placing may be performed randomly until all the articles are sorted and placed. Of course, the items in the target device may be delivered to the sorting device in a certain order.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the process of article review includes:
step S201, a jth article in the ith article in the target equipment is scanned, wherein i and j represent positive integers. Under the initial condition, i ═ j ═ 1;
and S202, displaying prompt information in sorting equipment corresponding to the ith article. Taking table 1 as an example, when scanning an article 1, because the article 1 needs to be put in the sorting equipment 1 and the sorting equipment 2, prompt information is displayed in the sorting equipment 1 and the sorting equipment 2;
and S203, sorting the jth article in the ith article to the xth sorting equipment according to the prompt message, wherein x represents a positive integer. Under initial conditions, x is 1. Taking table 1 as an example, 1 article 1 is taken out from the target device and put into the sorting device 1;
step S204 determines whether J is true. J represents the item count for the ith item in the xth sorting facility. Taking table 1 as an example, the number of articles 1 in article 1 is 1, the number of articles 2 in article 2 is 1, the number of articles 1 in article 2 is 2, and the number of articles 3 in article 3 is 1 in article 1 in sorting apparatus 1. If J is true, it indicates that the sorting of the ith item in the xth sorting device is completed, and the process goes to step S205; otherwise, indicating that the ith type of articles in the xth sorting equipment are not sorted, j +1, and then skipping to the step S201;
step S205, determining whether I ═ I holds; i represents the number of article types contained in the xth sorting apparatus. Taking table 1 as an example, the number of article types included in sorting apparatus 1 is 2, the number of article types included in sorting apparatus 2 is 3, and the number of article types included in sorting apparatus 3 is 1. If I is true, indicating that all the articles in the xth sorting equipment are sorted, and skipping to the step S206; otherwise, indicating that some kinds of articles in the xth sorting equipment are not sorted, i +1, j is 1, and then jumping to step S201 to scan the next article in the xth sorting equipment until all articles in the xth sorting equipment are sorted;
step S206, determining whether X is true; x represents the number of sorting devices. When X is true, all sorting devices are indicated to finish sorting, namely all articles in the target device are thrown into the sorting devices, rechecking is finished, and the process is finished. If X is not established, it indicates that there is still sorting equipment that does not complete sorting, and X +1, i is 1, and the process goes to step S201.
Taking table 1 as an example, when rechecking, 1 article 1 is taken out from the target device, 1 article 2 is put into the sorting device 1, and the article sorting in the sorting device 1 is completed. Then 2 articles 1, 1 article 2, 1 article 3 are taken out of the sorting device and put into the sorting device 2, and the articles in the sorting device 2 are sorted. And finally, taking out 2 articles 3 from the sorting equipment and putting the articles into the sorting equipment 3, finishing the article sorting in the sorting equipment 3 and finishing the rechecking process.
The article that need put in among each letter sorting equipment of this embodiment letter sorting one by one can further improve recheck efficiency, and then improves order production efficiency.
It should be noted that, in the practical application process, articles of various types in the target device may be sorted one by one, and after the article of one type is sorted, an article of the next type is sorted. As shown in fig. 3, the process of article review includes:
s301, scanning a jth article in the ith article in the target equipment; i. j represents a positive integer. Under the initial condition, i ═ j ═ 1;
step S302, displaying prompt information in the sorting device corresponding to the ith item, please refer to the description in step S202 for details, which are not described herein again;
step S303, sorting the jth item of the ith item to the xth sorting device according to the prompt information, wherein for details, reference is made to the description in step S203, which is not described herein again;
step S304 determines whether J is true. J represents the item count for the ith item in the xth sorting facility. Taking table 1 as an example, the number of articles 1 in article 1 and the number of articles 2 in article 1 in sorting apparatus 1 are 1, the number of articles 1 in article 1 in sorting apparatus 2 is 2, the number of articles 2 in article 2 is 1, the number of articles 3 in article 3 is 1, and the number of articles 3 in sorting apparatus 3 is 1. If J is true, it indicates that the sorting of the ith item in the xth sorting device is completed, and the process goes to step S305; otherwise, indicating that the ith type of articles in the xth sorting equipment are not sorted, j +1, and then skipping to the step S301;
step S305 determines whether X is true. X represents the number of sorting devices. When X is satisfied, it indicates that all the ith items in the target device are dropped to the sorting device, and the process goes to step S306. If X is not equal to X, it indicates that there is an i-th article in the sorting equipment that is not sorted, X +1, j is equal to 1, and the process skips to step S301;
step S306 determines whether I ═ I' holds. I' represents the number of article types contained in the sorting apparatus. Taking table 1 as an example, the number of article types included in the target device is 3. If the I is true, all the articles in the target equipment are sorted, rechecking is completed, and the process is finished; otherwise, it indicates that there are unsorted items in the target device, i +1, and x j 1, and then it goes to step S301 to scan the next item in the sorting device until all items in the target device are sorted.
Taking table 1 as an example, 1 article 1 is taken out from the target device and put into the sorting device 1, 2 articles 1 are put into the sorting device 2, and the article 1 is sorted. Then 1 article 2 is taken out from the target device and put into the sorting device 1, 1 article 2 is put into the sorting device 2, and the sorting of the articles 2 is completed. And finally, taking out 2 articles 3 from the target equipment and putting the articles into the sorting equipment 3, and finishing rechecking and finishing the process.
The embodiment sorts each kind of article one by one to the sorting equipment, and the rechecking efficiency can be further improved, so that the order production efficiency is improved.
Optionally, for any sorting apparatus, further comprising: recording a first weight of the sorting equipment prior to sorting the any item in the target equipment into the sorting equipment; after the object in the target equipment is sorted into the sorting equipment, recording the second weight of the sorting equipment; checking the quantity and the weight of the articles in the sorting equipment according to the quantity and the single-article weight of the articles; sorting the next item when the number of items in the sorting apparatus equals the number of items for that item and the difference between the second weight and the first weight equals a sort increment; otherwise, sending out alarm information; wherein the sort increment is determined based on the item quantity and the individual item weight (i.e., the weight of an individual item) for that type of item.
Illustratively, taking table 1 as an example, a first weight W1 of sorting equipment 2 is recorded before article 1 is dropped into sorting equipment 2, and a second weight W2 of sorting equipment 2 is recorded after 2 articles 1 are dropped into sorting equipment 2, and the sorting increment Δ W is 2 × the weight of a single article 1. And when the (W2-W1) is not equal to the delta W, the warning information is sent out through the light flicker, and after the articles 1 in the equipment to be sorted 2 are sorted correctly, the warning information is cancelled, and the subsequent flow is continued.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the sorting quantity and sorting increment of a single article are automatically checked, so that abnormal conditions can be found in time when a certain article is put in a wrong way, the manpower and time consumption is reduced, the abnormal checking efficiency is improved, and the order production efficiency is further improved.
Optionally, for any sorting apparatus, further comprising: recording a third weight of the sorting equipment before the items in the target equipment are sorted into the sorting equipment; after the items in the target equipment are sorted into the sorting equipment, the method further comprises the following steps: recording a fourth weight of the sorting apparatus; checking the quantity and the weight of all the articles in the sorting equipment according to the article list and the article quantity of the sorting equipment; when the number of all the articles in the sorting equipment is equal to the number of the articles and the difference between the fourth weight and the third weight is equal to the total sorting increment, the verification is passed; otherwise, sending out alarm information; wherein the total sort increment is determined based on the number of items in the sorting apparatus and the individual item weight of each item.
Taking table 1 as an example, the third weight W3 of sorting facility 1 is recorded before articles 1 and 2 are loaded into sorting facility 1, and after 1 article 1 and 1 article 2 are loaded into sorting facility 1, the fourth weight W4 of sorting facility 1 is recorded, and the sorting increment Δ W is (weight of single article 1 + weight of single article 2). And when the (W4-W3) is not equal to the delta W, the warning information is sent out through the light flicker, and after the articles 1 in the equipment to be sorted 2 are sorted correctly, the warning information is cancelled, and the subsequent flow is continued.
The embodiment of the invention automatically checks the total sorting quantity and the total sorting increment of the sorting equipment, can check from multiple dimensions, and further improves the checking accuracy while reducing the manpower and time consumption.
FIG. 4 is a schematic flow chart of weight verification in an alternative embodiment of the present invention. In this example, the sorting vehicle is used as the target device, and the sorting boxes in the shelf are used as the sorting devices. The sorting operator pushes the sorting vehicle to a rechecking platform, and the rechecking device (namely the device for realizing the article rechecking method) scans the identification code of the sorting vehicle by the rechecking operator to obtain the order list of the sorting vehicle. The goods shelf is provided with an LED display device and an electronic scale device for each goods distribution frame separately, and is connected with a rechecking device, and the LED display device visually displays information of a corresponding order, such as an article list, the quantity of the articles, and a sorting state (such as sorting completion, sorting in progress, or numbers for indicating sorting progress). And carrying out zero-returning verification processing on the electronic scale.
After the orders in the sorting vehicle are bound with the corresponding goods distribution frames, the items in the sorting vehicle are scanned, and the LED display equipment of the goods distribution frames to be released on the goods shelf flashes to prompt the quantity (the number to be released) of the items to be scanned and the total weight (the sorting increment) to be released in the goods distribution frames. And delivering the articles to a plurality of shelves prompted on the shelves according to the prompting information. For each sorting frame, after one of the articles is put, checking the sorting quantity and the sorting increment; if the checking is passed, the sorting of the articles in the goods distribution frame is finished; otherwise, the sorting is continued.
As shown in fig. 4, the verification process of sorting increments includes:
s401, sorting the ith article to the xth sorting equipment;
step S402, carrying out single-item sorting incremental verification on the ith item in the xth sorting equipment, and judging whether the verification passes. If the sorting quantity of the ith type of articles in the xth sorting equipment meets the requirement of the sorting increment, the step S403 is skipped; otherwise, indicating that the sorting quantity and the sorting increment of the ith article in the xth sorting equipment do not meet the requirements, and skipping to the step S405;
in step S403, it is determined whether or not M is satisfied. M represents the number of article types in the x-th sorting apparatus. If the i is true, the M indicates that all the articles in the xth sorting equipment are sorted, and the process skips to step S404; otherwise, indicating that an unsorted article exists in the xth sorting device, i +1, skipping to step S401 to continue sorting the next article in the xth sorting device;
and S404, carrying out total sorting increment verification on the xth sorting equipment and judging whether the verification passes. If the sorting quantity of all the articles meets the sorting increment requirement, rechecking is finished, and the process is finished. Otherwise, the sorting quantity of the partial articles in the xth sorting device is not in accordance with the sorting increment, and the step S405 is skipped;
and step S405, sending alarm information to prompt the rechecker to check.
In the embodiment, the article list and the article quantity of each goods distribution frame are visually displayed through the LED display device, and compared with the prior art that the putting position of each article is only displayed on the computer display, the commodity putting position of a rechecker can be more intuitively guided, and the cost is low; sorting increment verification of single commodity input is added, verification is carried out in the article putting process, time consumed for reworking after rechecking is finished can be reduced, and cost is low; and after the order quantity is confirmed, the total sorting increment verification is added, so that the customer complaints and after-sale problems caused by errors in the rechecking process can be further reduced, and the customer satisfaction is improved.
