Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
1) The existing automatic rechecking scheme is an incomplete automatic rechecking scheme, the article identification link of the scheme completely depends on manual code scanning, the manual operation cost is increased, and the line-casting efficiency of the articles is reduced.
2) The current code scanning scheme has low fault tolerance rate: when an operator scans non-bar codes such as two-dimensional codes, WeChat public numbers and the like by mistake, article identification and error reporting are caused, and bar code information needs to be collected again; when one code and multiple articles are encountered, the prior system also does not support continuous distribution, so the fault-tolerant rate is low.
3) The step of collecting the article bar code is complicated: if the article has the unique code or the serial number, the operator needs to scan the code for the second time to acquire the information of the unique code or the serial number, so that the efficiency and the experience of the automatic equipment are influenced.
4) Because the current portal frame does not have the barcode recognition capability, in order to avoid the occurrence of goods mixing, only one article can be processed by the same bag supplying table at the same time, and only after the article of the current bag supplying table passes through the portal frame sensor, the next article can be allowed to be subjected to line casting, so that the line casting speed is low and the motion is not consistent.
5) The current automatic rechecking system adopts a task serialization processing solution, and a plurality of other tasks need to be processed before an article lattice-falling task, so that the article lattice-falling task cannot be issued late, and even an over-circle exception occurs.
6) When the article falls into the abnormal port, various abnormal reasons exist, the article abnormality cannot be effectively distinguished by using one abnormal port, and the time consumption of the article abnormality treatment process is serious.
7) Based on the reasons, the rechecking efficiency can be improved only by increasing the induction setting of the ladle supplying table and the portal frame matched with the ladle supplying table and the personnel for scanning the yard and the line, so that the investment of equipment and personnel is large, the efficiency is low, and the popularization of automatic rechecking equipment is restricted.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a review method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the review method may include:
step 101, receiving at least one scanning code collected by a visual code reader, and sending the at least one scanning code to a barcode center.
As shown in fig. 2, the operator of the supply table 2 puts the back surface (barcode side) of the article upward on the rechecking line 3, which is composed of a plurality of transport units, one article can be put on each transport unit, the transport unit transports the article to the target cell 6, and then one side of the transport unit is lifted up so that the article falls into the target cell 6.
As shown in fig. 3, when an object approaches the gantry 1, the sensing device 5 sends a collecting instruction to the visual code reader 4 when sensing that the object passes through the gantry 1. The visual code reader 4 is fixed on the top of the portal frame 1, the visual code reader 4 collects an article image by adopting a High Dynamic Range (HDR) image technology, analyzes various scanning codes of the article by utilizing a 1DMax or 2DMax algorithm, and then sends the scanning codes to the rechecking device.
And the rechecking device receives the scanning codes sent by the visual code reader 4 and then sends each scanning code to the bar code center. It should be noted that the visual code reader 4 can resolve at least one scan code from the collected article image, such as a bar code, a serial number, a unique code, a two-dimensional code, a wechat public number, and the like, but the visual code reader 4 cannot identify the types of the scan codes, so that the rechecking device sends all the scan codes to the bar code center, and the bar code center identifies the scan codes one by one.
Optionally, after receiving the at least one scan code acquired by the visual code reader, the method further includes: and binding the at least one scanning code with the serial number of a transportation unit, wherein the transportation unit is used for transporting the article to the target grid and throwing the article into the target grid. As shown in fig. 2, when the sensing device 5 senses that an article passes through the gantry 1, the number of the transport unit transporting the article is collected, and the number of the transport unit is sent to the rechecking device. After the rechecking device receives the scanning code collected by the visual code reader, the scanning code is bound with the serial number of the transportation unit, and the transportation unit is conveniently controlled to transport articles to the target grid.
And 102, receiving the bar code information returned by the bar code center.
After receiving the at least one scanning code reported by the rechecking device, the bar code center matches bar code information corresponding to the at least one scanning code in the article resource pool, and returns the bar code information to the rechecking device. The bar code information comprises a scanning code, a scanning code type and scanning code article information, wherein the scanning code type comprises a bar code, and the scanning code article information comprises at least one article number.
Typically, there will be one bar code for each item, i.e., 69 codes. The bar code is an abbreviation of the article bar code of the people's republic of China, and the prefix code distributed to China by the international article numbering organization GS1 is 690-695, so the prefix code is often abbreviated as 69. However, the same 69-code may correspond to multiple item numbers (i.e., SKUs).
Optionally, the barcode type further includes a serial number or an unidentified code, and the barcode center can identify three types of barcodes: a bar code, a serial number, and an unidentified code. And the bar code center sequentially matches bar code information corresponding to each scanning code in the article resource pool according to the reported at least one scanning code, marks each scanning code and marks specific bar code information of the scanning code.
The bar code information (including the scanning code, the type of the scanning code and the article information of the scanning code) is shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0002640590950000081
therefore, the bar code information returned by the bar code center to the rechecking device comprises a scanning code, a scanning code type and article information of the scanning code, wherein the scanning code type at least comprises the bar code and possibly also comprises a serial number and/or an unidentified code; the item information of the scan code includes at least one item number (SKU).
As shown in fig. 4a, the scan code type matched by the barcode center in the article resource pool is a barcode, and therefore, the scan code (code), the scan code type (type), and the article information (info) of the scan code are returned to the review device. The item information may include an item number (SKU), an item name, a length, a width, a height, and the like, and the item information usually includes the item number.
For the case of one code and multiple products (the same 69 codes corresponds to multiple article numbers), as shown in fig. 4b, the scan code type matched by the barcode center in the article resource pool is a barcode, but the matched article information includes two article numbers, so the barcode center returns both the two article numbers and the article information corresponding to the two article numbers to the rechecking device. As shown in fig. 4b, if the barcode center cannot match the scan code type in the article resource pool, the scan code type is marked as unidentified code.
As shown in fig. 4c, the scan code type matched by the barcode center in the article resource pool is a serial number (type ═ 2), and similarly, the scan code (code), the scan code type (type), and the article information (info) of the scan code are returned to the review device.
It can be seen that in fig. 4a, the visual code reader resolves one scan code (barcode), in fig. 4b, the visual code reader resolves two scan codes (unidentified code and barcode), and in fig. 4c, the visual code reader resolves three scan codes (unidentified code, barcode and serial number).
103, judging whether an order containing the item number exists in the current to-be-distributed aggregated list or not according to the bar code information, wherein the order only contains one item number; and if so, determining a target order according to the article number, and determining a target grid corresponding to the target order.
After receiving the barcode information returned by the barcode center, the rechecking device can store the barcode information in a cache in a classified manner, for example, the serial number and the unique code of the article are respectively stored by adopting a character string type, and other information can be stored or not. And then judging whether an order containing the item number exists in the current to-be-distributed collection list or not according to the bar code information, wherein the order only contains one item number. And if the order containing the item number exists in the current to-be-distributed aggregate list and the order only contains one item number, determining the target order according to the item number so as to determine the target grid corresponding to the target order. The transport unit is then controlled to transport the item to the target cell so that it falls within the target cell.
Optionally, the determining whether an order including the item number exists in the current to-be-distributed aggregate list and the order only includes one item number includes: placing the order containing the item number in the current to-be-distributed collection list into a Map collection; wherein, the key of the Map set is an article number, and the value is order information; and carrying out duplication elimination processing on the keys in the Map set, and judging whether only one article number exists in the Map set. For the condition of one code and multiple products, the rechecking device receives a plurality of item numbers corresponding to one bar code, inquires whether the current collection list to be distributed has orders containing the item numbers, and places the orders into the Map collection as long as one item number is contained no matter which item number is contained. Optionally, the order information may include an order number rebinnardno and may further include a distribution number rebinnno.
And then, carrying out deduplication processing on the keys in the Map set, and judging whether only one article number exists in the Map set subjected to deduplication processing. And if so, determining a target order according to the item number, thereby determining a target grid corresponding to the target order. If not, the rechecking process of the article is terminated, namely, the target lattice of the article is determined to be an abnormal lattice. The rechecking system will distribute the code of multiple items to the abnormal grid, and then manually distribute the code of multiple items. In an actual scene, the proportion of the quantity of the one-code multi-commodity articles existing in the current distribution detail is small, and most one-code multi-commodity articles can be processed by the method. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can avoid the limitation that one code of multiple articles can not be automatically rechecked, and improves the fault-tolerant capability and the processing capability of the equipment.
Optionally, before determining the target order according to the item number, the method further includes: acquiring a management mode corresponding to the item number from a cache, wherein the management mode comprises serial number management or unique code management; determining a serial number or a unique code in the at least one scanning code according to the management mode; if the serial number in the at least one scanning code is one and only one, or the unique code in the at least one scanning code is one and only one, the serial number or the unique code is persisted in a database for storage.
Serial numbers, also known as "machine codes," are globally unique identification codes for like articles, typically electronic products, that are commonly used for counterfeit protection. In order to distinguish each product more conveniently, a plurality of manufacturers assign different serial numbers to each product, and various circulation states of each product are tracked through the different serial numbers. The serial number is most characterized as unique, and different serial numbers represent the uniqueness of each product (only). The serial numbers are collected when entering and leaving the warehouse, and the logic of the check-up of leaving the warehouse is as follows: the warehouse has records and only allows the warehouse to be taken out once.
The unique code is the unique identification of the article, and the unique code is collected during the warehouse-out process and is allowed to go out of the warehouse only once. The unique code is also called a lightweight serial number, which imposes a requirement that it be lower than the serial number, and an item will not possess both the unique code and the serial number.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since there may be a case of an unidentified code, a management manner corresponding to an item number needs to be acquired from a cache, and if there is only one unidentified code and the item is managed as a unique code, a scan code corresponding to the unidentified code is the unique code. If the unidentified codes are multiple, the unidentified codes cannot be identified, and the target grid of the article is determined to be an abnormal grid. If the management mode corresponding to the article number is serial number management, but the barcode information returned by the barcode center does not have a serial number, the serial number is missing, and the target grid of the article is determined to be an abnormal grid. Therefore, the bar code information can be further verified through a management mode, whether the article is a normal article or not is judged, if the article with the serial number has only one serial number, the article is a normal article, or if the article with the unique code has only one unique code, the article is a normal article. And if the article is an abnormal article, entering an abnormal grid.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the whole review task starts, a management mode corresponding to each item number may be loaded according to a rule of "get cache-if not, calculate" [ get-if-present-computer ] by using a cache technology of the guava cache, and the capacity and the effective survival time of the cache are set to avoid the problem of memory overflow. The cache key is an item number, and the value is an item management mode (serial number management or unique code management).
Optionally, before persisting the serial number in the database, the method further includes: and if the at least one scanning code is determined to contain the serial number, calling a warehouse management system to check the serial number. And if the verification is passed, the acquired serial number or unique code is persisted in a database for storage, so that the intelligent matching process of the article and the automatic acquisition process of the serial number or unique code of the article are completed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the rechecking system can be provided with two abnormal grids, one abnormal grid is used for storing common abnormal articles such as multiple goods, no bar codes or missing serial numbers, and the articles at the abnormal grid are processed by adopting the current offline manual distribution mode. Another abnormal grid is stored, because the packaging personnel pack untimely, the grid resources are not effectively released, the subsequent articles matched with the grid fall into the grid due to overtime, and the articles with the abnormal grid only need to be taken out for secondary routing. The embodiment of the invention effectively distinguishes the abnormity by adopting a multi-abnormity grid mode and improves the abnormity processing speed of the automatic rechecking equipment.
According to the various embodiments described above, it can be seen that in the embodiments of the present invention, the scanning code is acquired by using the visual code reader, and if an order containing an item number exists in the current to-be-distributed aggregate list and the order only contains a unique item number, the target order is determined according to the item number, so that the technical means of determining the target cell corresponding to the target order is provided, thereby solving the technical problem of low rechecking efficiency in the prior art. According to the embodiment of the invention, the manual code scanning and the collection process of the bar code information such as the serial number and the unique code are cancelled, and the matching is carried out through the bar code center, so that the rechecking efficiency is improved; the embodiment of the invention can cancel the arrangement of a plurality of bag supplying tables and a plurality of gantry, thereby reducing the investment of equipment and personnel; the limitation of the bag supplying table to the number of the object lines at the same time can be eliminated, and the rechecking efficiency of the equipment is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a review method according to a referential embodiment of the present invention. As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the review method may include:
and step 501, receiving the serial number of the transportation unit collected by the sensing device.
An operator of the packing table upwards puts the back face (the bar code side) of an article on the transportation unit, when the transportation unit transports the article to the portal frame, the induction device senses that the article passes through the portal frame, the serial number of the transportation unit is collected, and the serial number of the transportation unit is sent to the rechecking device; meanwhile, the sensing device sends an acquisition instruction to the visual code reader.
Step 502, at least one scan code collected by a visual code reader is received.
The visual code reader is fixed at the top of the portal frame, the visual code reader adopts a High Dynamic Range (HDR) image technology to collect an article image, various scanning codes of the article are analyzed by utilizing a 1DMax or 2DMax algorithm, and then the scanning codes are sent to the rechecking device.
Step 503, sending the at least one scanning code to a barcode center, and binding the at least one scanning code with the serial number of the transportation unit.
And the rechecking device receives the scanning codes sent by the visual code reader and then sends each scanning code to the bar code center. After the rechecking device receives the scanning code collected by the visual code reader, the scanning code is bound with the serial number of the transportation unit, and the transportation unit is conveniently controlled to transport articles to a target grid.
Step 504, receiving the bar code information returned by the bar code center.
After receiving the at least one scanning code reported by the rechecking device, the bar code center matches bar code information corresponding to the at least one scanning code in the article resource pool, and returns the bar code information to the rechecking device. The bar code information comprises a scanning code, a scanning code type and article information of the scanning code, the scanning code type comprises a bar code, and the article information of the scanning code comprises at least one article number. The barcode type may also include a serial number or an unidentified code, and the barcode center can identify three types of barcodes: a bar code, a serial number, and an unidentified code. And the bar code center sequentially matches bar code information corresponding to each scanning code in the article resource pool according to the reported at least one scanning code, marks each scanning code and marks specific bar code information of the scanning code.
And 505, placing the order containing the item number in the current to-be-distributed collection list into a Map collection.
And after receiving the bar code information returned by the bar code center, the rechecking device puts the order containing the article number in the current collection list to be distributed into a Map collection. And the key of the Map set is an article number, and the value is order information. The order information may include an order number rebinnardno and may also include a distribution number rebinnno.
Step 506, performing deduplication processing on the keys in the Map set, and judging whether only one item number exists in the Map set.
And 507, acquiring a management mode corresponding to the item number from the cache, wherein the management mode comprises serial number management or unique code management.
Step 508, determining a serial number or a unique code in the at least one scanning code according to the management mode; if the serial number in the at least one scanning code is one and only one, or the unique code in the at least one scanning code is one and only one, the serial number or the unique code is persisted in a database for storage.
Because there may be a case of unidentified codes, a management mode corresponding to the item number needs to be acquired from the cache, and if there is only one unidentified code and the item is managed as a unique code, the scanning code corresponding to the unidentified code is the unique code.
Step 509, determining the target order according to the item number, thereby determining the target slot corresponding to the target order.
After the target lattice opening is determined, the transportation unit is controlled to transport the object to the target lattice opening, and then one side of the transportation unit is lifted up, so that the object falls into the target lattice opening.
In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the detailed implementation of the review method is described in detail above, so that the repeated description is not repeated here.

and before the serial number is persisted in a database for storage, if the at least one scanning code is determined to contain the serial number, calling a warehouse management system to check the serial number.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the review apparatus of the present invention, the details of the review method are already described above, and therefore, the repeated descriptions herein are not repeated.
There is provided a rechecking system comprising a visual code reader, a barcode center and a rechecking device as described in any one of the above embodiments, wherein: the visual code reader is used for acquiring an article image, analyzing the article image to obtain at least one scanning code, and sending the at least one scanning code to the rechecking device; the bar code center is used for receiving the at least one scanning code sent by the rechecking device, matching bar code information corresponding to the at least one scanning code in the article resource pool, and returning the bar code information to the rechecking device.
Optionally, the system further comprises an induction device and a gantry; the sensing device is used for sending an acquisition instruction to the visual code reader when sensing that an article passes through the portal frame; the visual code reader is arranged at the top of the portal frame and used for collecting an article image after receiving a collecting instruction sent by the induction device, analyzing the article image to obtain at least one scanning code and sending the at least one scanning code to the rechecking device.
Optionally, the sensing device is further configured to, when sensing that an article passes through the gantry, acquire a number of a transportation unit that transports the article, and send the number of the transportation unit to the rechecking device. In the embodiment of the invention, only one bag supplying table is needed, because when the article passes through the portal frame, the rechecking device can bind the serial number of the transportation unit acquired by the sensing device and the scanning code acquired by the visual code reader, so that the transportation unit on which the article is positioned can be known, and the article and the transportation unit on which the article is positioned can be automatically bound so that the article can not be mixed. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention enables multiple persons to be simultaneously on line, and obviously improves the processing efficiency of the rechecking system. In addition, in order to exert the potential of the rechecking system provided by the embodiment of the invention to the maximum extent, multi-allocation-list simultaneous broadcasting can be carried out.
However, in the prior art, the code scanning and the goods passing through the portal frame are two independent links, and since the goods are projected on the line after the code scanning is carried out manually and the goods are not known on which transport unit, only when the transport units pass through the portal frame, the goods are bound by the transport unit and the goods are sensed by the sensing device of the portal frame. For this reason, if the production efficiency of the traditional rechecking production line is to be improved, a mode of increasing the bag supply tables is adopted, but each bag supply table is provided with a portal frame and a sensing device which are matched with the bag supply table, and an individual rechecking operator (each operator performs bar code scanning and line throwing operation on the article on the bag supply table) is also adopted, so that equipment and personnel are put into operation; and the limitation that only one collection list can be operated at the same time is eliminated, and the productivity of the system is improved.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the review process is divided into a plurality of task types, for example: reporting the state of the sub-broadcast line; reporting the state of the cell; the grid is bound with the rechecking frame; passing the articles through a portal frame; reporting the scanning code; the article falls into the grid; matching orders of the articles; carrying out lattice matching on the articles; taking away and reporting the rechecking frame; the distributed broadcasting line is registered on line, and the like, each type of task has a separate processor, so that the blockage and stagnation of the subsequent node of the initially-on-line object caused by the queuing execution of a plurality of tasks of the same type are avoided, and the processing performance of the system is improved.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention further employs a dynamic processing mechanism to perform task processing. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
xml, defining a Bean, wherein the corresponding class is the task processing class of the system;
creating an instance management factory, BeanFactory, such as a DefaultListableBeanFactory which can be provided by using an open source framework Spring;
creating a reader loaded with BeanDefinition, and configuring the reader to BeanFactory through callback;
reading and assembling configuration information containing a task processor, and completing analysis by an xml solution tool XmlBeanDefinitionReader to complete the loading and registering processes of the whole task manager;
loading the information according to the task type when the equipment is registered, and dynamically generating a task processor;
by utilizing a Netty channel monitoring mechanism, when the communication of the equipment is abnormal and a channel of the system is closed, the processing process related to the current equipment is automatically destroyed, and system resources are effectively released.
