The business handling method provided by the embodiment of the application is described below with reference to the business handling system shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 3 provides a business handling method, which is applied to a server, and can also be applied to devices in the server, such as a chip. For example, the server may be server 12 of FIG. 1. The embodiment of the present application is illustrated by taking application to a server as an example, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps S301 to S304:
S301, responding to the scanning operation of the terminal equipment on the target identification code, and controlling the terminal equipment to display the target page.
The target page is used for handling target business. For example, the target service may be a card opening service. The target page includes a plurality of candidate numbers. The plurality of candidate numbers include numbers that are not in an occupied state in the current province, the current city, and the current channel (business hall).
As a possible implementation manner, after responding to the scanning operation of the terminal device on the target identification code, the server may control the terminal device to display a jump confirmation option, and display the target page after the terminal user clicks on the jump confirmation option.
It should be noted that the type of the target identification code may be set as required. For example, two-dimensional codes, bar codes, and the like are possible.
In practical applications, the skip confirmation option may be a pre-accept button, which may be used to skip the H5 link to display the target page.
In some embodiments, the destination page may further include number resource information for a plurality of candidate numbers. For example, the code resource information may include a number type (e.g., a beautiful number, a general number), pre-stored information, low-consumption information, number segment information, etc.
In some embodiments, the destination page may also include a pick number, and a number of waiting people before picking the pick number.
In some embodiments, the target page may also have a remark frame, and the end user may add remark information according to the remark frame.
S302, receiving a target number sent by the terminal equipment, and sending a plurality of package services to be selected to the terminal equipment.
The target number is determined in response to the selection operation of the terminal user on a plurality of numbers to be selected; the plurality of package services to be selected are package services with transactable target numbers.
As a possible implementation manner, the server may determine a plurality of package services to be selected based on the type of the target number, and send the plurality of package services to be selected to the terminal device.
For example, the types of the target number include a beautiful number and a common number, and the server may take a plurality of package services included in the beautiful number package service library as a plurality of package services to be selected and send the plurality of package services to be selected to the terminal device when determining that the type of the target number is the beautiful number. And under the condition that the type of the target number is determined to be the common number, the server can take a plurality of package services included in the common number package service library as a plurality of package services to be selected and send the plurality of package services to be selected to the terminal equipment.
In some embodiments, the server may further screen a plurality of package services in the beautiful number package service library or the common package service library according to the package service of the terminal number of the terminal user (i.e., the original number of the terminal user) by using rule verification capability (for example, the package service may exist on the user and have a mutual exclusion relationship with a plurality of package services in the beautiful number package service library or the common package service library), so as to obtain a plurality of screened package services, and use the screened package services as a plurality of package services to be selected.
In some embodiments, the server may change the usage status of the destination number to the occupied status within the destination time period after receiving the destination number.
The target duration may be set as needed. For example, 30 minutes may be used.
It should be noted that the target number in the occupied state cannot be queried by other users, and after the target duration, the server can release the target number back to the resource pool.
It can be understood that by changing the occupation state of the target number, the target number can be prevented from being transacted by other people when transacting the target service, and the user experience is improved.
S303, receiving the target package service sent by the terminal equipment.
Wherein the target package service is determined in response to an end user selection operation of the plurality of packages to be selected.
As a possible implementation manner, the terminal device may determine the target package service based on a selection operation of the plurality of packages to be selected by the terminal user, and send the target package service to the server. Correspondingly, the server receives the target package service from the terminal equipment.
In some embodiments, the server may further select a target number of package services to be selected for comparison based on a comparison operation of the user, obtain a comparison result, and send the comparison result to the terminal device. For example, the comparison items may include information such as price, voice, flow, text messages, etc.
Wherein the target number can be set as required. For example, it may be 2, 3, etc.
S304, binding the target number, the target package service and the terminal user to generate service pre-acceptance information, and transacting the target service according to the service pre-acceptance information.
As a possible implementation manner, the server may bind the target number, the target package service and the end user through the terminal number of the end user, so as to generate service pre-acceptance information. Further, the server can transact the target business according to the business pre-acceptance information under the control operation of the salesman.
For example, when a target service is handled, the salesman may input identity information of the end user, and the server may search for service pre-acceptance information corresponding to the identity information based on the identity information of the end user, and backfill the service pre-acceptance information with information, so that the service pre-acceptance information is displayed in a terminal display page of the salesman, and further, in the case that a confirmation operation of the salesman is received, the server generates order information, so as to complete the target service.
In some embodiments, the server may change the usage status of the target number to the occupied status during the target duration of transacting the target service.
In some embodiments, the server may further control the image capturing device to capture a picture of the end user, obtain portrait information of the end user, and transact the target service according to the service pre-acceptance information if the portrait information passes the authentication.
In some embodiments, the server may further send a broadcast message based on the number fetch, where the broadcast message is used to remind the user to transact the target service.
Based on the technical scheme provided by the application, the terminal equipment is controlled to display the target page by responding to the scanning operation of the terminal equipment on the target identification code, and the terminal user can select numbers on the terminal equipment in advance because the target page comprises a plurality of numbers to be selected; further, after determining the target number from the plurality of candidate numbers, the server can determine a plurality of candidate packages which can be handled by the target number, so that the terminal user can select the target package service on the terminal device in advance; finally, the server can bind the target number selected by the terminal user and the target package service with the terminal user to generate service pre-acceptance information, so that when the terminal user handles the target service, the server can handle the target service according to the service pre-acceptance information under the control operation of the salesman, interaction time with the salesman is reduced through the preposed service, handling efficiency of the salesman is improved, waiting time of the user is reduced, and user experience is improved.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in order to control the terminal device to display the target page, the service handling method of the present application may further include the following steps S401 to S403.
S401, receiving access request information of the terminal equipment.
The access request information comprises a user number, and is used for requesting access to the target page.
As a possible implementation manner, in the case that the terminal device scans the target identification code through the target application program, the terminal device may automatically identify the user number of the terminal device based on the target application program, and further send the access request information to the server. Correspondingly, the server receives the access request information from the terminal device.
As yet another possible implementation, in the case that the terminal device scans the target identification code through the non-target application program, the server may send a second indication message to the terminal device for indicating that the terminal user inputs the user number; correspondingly, the terminal equipment receives the second indication message, identifies the user number of the terminal equipment based on the input operation of the terminal user, and further sends access request information to the server. Correspondingly, the server receives the access request information from the terminal device.
In practical applications, the target application may be an operator application.
S402, under the condition that the user number is the home network number, user identity information is determined according to the user number and the first mapping relation.
The first mapping relation comprises different home network numbers and corresponding user identity information.
As a possible implementation manner, the server may determine, from the first mapping relationship, user identity information having a mapping relationship with the user number according to the user number.
S403, authenticating the user identity information, and controlling the terminal equipment to display the target page under the condition that the user identity information passes the authentication.
As a possible implementation manner, the server may retrieve the user identity information from the identity information database to obtain a retrieval result, authenticate the user identity information according to the retrieval result, and control the terminal device to display the target page if the user identity information passes the authentication.
The search results include a first search result and a second search result. The first search result is used for indicating that the user identity information exists in the identity information database, and the second search result is used for indicating that the user identity information does not exist in the identity information database.
